Horrible experience will never spend money again there. Didnt speak at all. Asked for coffin shape and didnt get at all.i have nail polish all over hand. Charged me for coffin shape and half a nail to be painted didnt get anything I asked for. I told them a nail was crooked they didnt want to fix it. So much more but my spot was closed so will never spend money again there

Asked for specific design and they said they could do but it looks nothing like what I wanted and he cut my toe during pedicure. Will not be back.

$50 dollars for powder nails and they have all chipped or fallen off within ONE WEEK. Total dissapointment and waste of money.

I don’t know what people comments here about the price, but what cost a living this day and expect for cheap service. To me it fair price in town . Please if you don’t have money don’t even think get pretty lol . They are great people, shop clean services good, all I said be back again. 5 stars

I called for a feeling they told me to come right in when I got there the guy that did my feeling didnt even do them right and he tried to get the lady to come over and all she tried to do is fill it in with Polish which was very poor quality very bad attitude they were speaking amongst ourselves about me that was not very nice and my fingernails look so bad that I literally had to go to a nail shop to get them redone and the guy that did my nails there about died he couldnt believe the mess they had made of my fingers that is a very bad shop to go and get nails in please stay away

Was a waste of $60 they said it was $40 and when I went to pay it was $60 for a pedicure um no thanks will not go back!

Went on Monday for a fill on a new set..Tuesday next day was back to do a whole fill on 1 nail.Wednesday back for her to remove another nail that was lifting. She decided to take her glue bottle and go around all of my nails cause they were lifting. Crazy. If you want to waste your money put it in a blender n turn it on.

I got to the shop late. It was approximately 6:25. They still told me they would do my nails when most salons turn you away. They stayed late in order to do my fill in. They did not have the polish that was my first choice but they had a color very close to the shade I wanted. They were fast and did not hurt me. I did ask for my nails to be cut down and she did cut them shorter than I would have chosen but they are great for my job so it all worked out well. The price was the same as other salons. She was fast and I was out of there in about an hour. After my nails she asked me if I wanted a pedicure as well even though it was after hours. I told her no because the salon was already closed. I thought it was great that she offered as most places would be rushing you out of the door. My nails look good and Im pleased with the whole experience. I do wish they would have all the colors on the display.

They dont understand basic intructions and my eye brows are ugly and uneven!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and my pedicure was perfect. Young guy took his time and gave a great massage! I will return here for my nail needs.

Pros:- Super friendly women- No wait- Felt welcomeCons:- $15 extra for gel on a pedi is just too much. Im used to paying $10 for gel on both a mani and a pedi.- 3 different people touched my feet.- Big toes werent clipped/filed to be same length.- Not the cleanest nail salon.

Customer service was good but my pedi was done by a lady with shoulder length. She didnt scrub my feet right. The lady with a ponytail came over to cap my big toes and messed them up. They wasnt filed or buffed she just put acrylic on. The other lady came back to paint them and afterwards the price that I chose was $30 when I was done it was $60 saying they used gel polish. I didnt see no gel polish I used to do nails so plss stop it! I paid the $60 but it aint worth going back ever! I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST

For me there no other place in Pensacola to get top notch service. The small staff is courteous and very professional in there work. The prices are also a great bonus for a thrifty customer. Come treat yourself. They have a lot to offer you.

Overall I like Diamond nails, but what I dont like is when I ask how much my nails will be theyll quote me a price and then when its time to pay they raise it. The first time I got pink square nails and the lady told me it will be twenty dollars. Okay fine. When I was getting ready to swipe my card she said its twenty-five dollars. They did this to me twice. The other time I got blue almond nails and was told it would be twenty five dollars. Got ready to pay and the lady told me thirty dollars. I like their work but for that reason alone I have not been back in months.

I asked for a wax and this lady started waxing everywhere and I didnt even ask her for that . Then they charge me $25 and when I looked closely in the mirror I seen that she didnt even get all the hair off ! I called back and they said they will fix it with no charge .. they had me wait 45 minutes just to get a wax ! They kept telling me one minute and when I finally was walking out the door they said one minute and took me back ... poor service

Very nice staff..been going here for awhile..last night i went in and what i have been paying jumped up by 15 dollars .Expected to pay my usual 35 but was told i owed 50 dollars what tje hell ..ok and then had the nerve to ask for a tip!! Heres a tip...great way to loose a customer..i wont be going back !!

By far the worst experience ever at a nail shop!! Me and my mom went here and they hurt both of us repeatedly! The polish is terrible! I got a fill and it looks like I still need a fill! Full set says $18 but they charged $25 for a basic set of nails! NEVER again will I go here! They dont even know how to paint nails! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have been coming to them forever and never an issue until today the guy Steve i think is his name was actually falling asleep while doing my nails to the point of snoring he was coughing alot and overly tired...got full set with pedi and brows....like i said i normally dont have issues here today though was horrible.......my nails suck all the way around

I would give a zero if I could. My daughter only went to Diamond Nails because she received a gift card from there for her birthday. She came home with SEVERAL noticable cuts on her fingers, one still bleeding, and longer nails than she wanted. She was rushed into paying, therefore when she reached into her bag to get the cash, the nails were messed up. She asked for them to be fixed, they were half fixed and she ended up coming home with a dent in several of them. I called and spoke to the owner, she said her skin is probably dry. I stated that was not the case and obviously the tech has no clue what she is doing. She now has to go back to get the nails fixed by the owner. Do not waste your time going here unless you like having your skin hacked off, you like getting ignored when you ask for your nails to be shorter, and you have to make a second trip in the hopes you get your nails looking half way decent!!!

She seems nice, but my nails are ugly! They shaped differently and polished so sloppy. I stopped on the way home home and bought nail polish remover. I took it off immediately smh wasted my $. I will never go back...

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I came for an eyebrow wax that was supposed to be $7. The lady who did my wax starts applying wax to my checks! I asked her to stop because my skin is very sensitive and it will break me out! She says ”ok” and proceeds to apply the wax!!!! I said that I did not ask for that service and would not pay for it. She continues! After she told me it would be 38 dollars and asked for tip!

All of the licenses need to be checked. Cut my foot when scraping dead skin. Cut too much off. Never going back.Three strikes you are out.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give negative Stars I would Ive never in my life had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. I went when afternoon to gets a full set and get my previous Nails soaked off well first of all the lady did not soak them off said that took too much time even though they had no one else in the entire building but me. she used a fake nail to Jam in between my nail and my previous acrylic nail to pop it off it hurt so bad it brought tears to my eyes but I suffer through it. Then I second lady came and started putting acrylic on my nails this lady literally had no idea what she was doing she got the acrylic all over my fingers made it way too thick kept putting layer after layer after layer on each nail then she would go back and put more layers on previous nail shed already done the acrylic was so far past my nail beds it glued my fingers to my nail. I kept telling her I dont want it like that thats not like I want it and she kept saying she would fix it but Ive been getting my nails done for a long time and I could tell she did not know what she was doing they were crooked Lumpy and all over the place finally I just stood up halfway through before she could even finish filing them down and I said this is not what I wanted whatsoever you dont know what your doing and I just left. Then I had to pay another salon extra just to fix what she destroyed never go there trust me you will regret it

I will NEVER go here again. I literally just walked out and i HATE my nails. I was charged 35$ for my nails and my nail Polish looks as if they were done at home. She didnt get any access Polish off my fingers. My nails are uneven and crooked i got one nail design on each hand and my diamonds are crooked. My nails might last a week seeing she took less than 30mins doing them. She did not care to look at the picture i showed her she did her own thing. And the result is terrible. I do not recommend anyone going here.

Service ok.. Friendly ladies and helpful.. But place was kinda dirty and i left with a lot of polish on my skin to get off. Also they need to realize Nascar turned up in there while u get your nails done isnt appealing to a lot of women.

If you are in this area, never go here. Customer service was poor, nails look like I’ve had them for three weeks and I only had them for 4 days. Nail polish is chipping. I had to have the guy that did my nails redo my nails before I left. Save your money and go somewhere else.
