My nails were a mess from the previous nail place I went to, but Ben put me back in the game!! I love the experience from start to finish. Chris also did a great job on my pedi. I love the spa like vibes. I will definitely be returning.

Lana and Christopher are amazing! My husband and I went in this morning as walk-ins and they took us right in even though they prefer appointments and did not disappoint. Everyone was warm and friendly, we felt like family!The shop was nice with a bright and invigorating interior and all brand new massage chairs that were out of this world!Thank you! Absolutely one of the best nail shops Ive been to hands down. As soon as I walked in everyone was super kind and courteous. Ben was my nail tech and he was literally the best. Completely listened to everything I wanted but I left with something completely different because he promised to make me happy and man did he! Ive never been somewhere that actually personally called me by name!! They even offered me drinks and snacks! Definitely one quality place and let me tell you the prices are amazing too. Under $50 for a full set of beautiful gel nails! So many colors and styles to choose from. They also look like they have some amazing pedicures and Ill definitely be getting one when I go in for my fill!!

Ben is so professional and does an AMAZING JOB!! I have never been happier with my nails! I walked in and waited for 5 minutes that was it! I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. Ben took his time and really listened to what I wanted. He even gave me suggestions and made my experience so much better! They are so welcoming and wonderful! This place is amazing. I went in for a manicure/pedicure. I ended up switching colors after my toes were done, and Christopher (who gave an AWESOME pedicure) took the time to add a layer in the changed color so they would still match. Ben is phenomenal at dip nails, took his time, and gave me the best looking manicure I have ever gotten. His wife Lana said something that made me choose this as my new favorite nail salon - There are a lot of nail salons in Pensacola, but we actually care about you and your nails, and want you to walk out every time feeling beautiful. All the staff here are incredibly professional, kind, and do AMAZING work.

Ben and his beautiful sister worked on mom and myself. They were extremely attentive to our needs and nail concerns( mom dropped 2liter on nail). All utensils and tub were sterilize & individually clean wrapped. Their massage chairs are new and relaxing. I have frequented many spa and salons and found Bens salon spa to be a cut above all the rest. I would recommend this location for a quality relaxing experience! Heading back to Atlanta but will head back once back in Pensacola!

Me and my boyfriend had Christopher and Lana and they were absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back! We called and got an appointment and when we got there they were already set up for our pedicures. They made sure we were relaxed and enjoying our services the entire time. And they were very personable and nice to us! Absolutely recommend to give this place a try!

I decided to go somewhere that I hadnt been before because this salon was closed that day and let me just say I HATED my nails and I was trying to chew them off they were chunky, different lengths and the color was not what I had asked for, so I decided to come to the salon I know and love to get them fixed/ redone and they did not disappoint! Needless to say I will never be going anywhere else to get my nails done again. I absolutely cant say anything bad or negative about this salon they are kind, friendly, clean and relaxing! When you walk in you are met with nice relaxing piano/ spa music and their entire staff is fabulous! Ben pays extra attention to detail and Lana does fabulous eyebrows and their pedicures are a must, I honestly dont think I have walked out of a salon as happy as I have been with this one. I have been a repeat customer here since they have opened and they never disappoint if you want quality and friendly service this is the place to go!

My went here to get my birthday nails. I’m not sure if they were feeling busy, but they refused to do designs on me and told me putting jewels on because it was too tedious. I was trying them for the first time, but I wouldn’t really go back

My daughter arrived for her appointment 5 min early and was not assisted until 15 min after her appointment time. She got a full set of acrylic nails, her cuticles were badly cut all nails were badly shaped.

They were amazing, very nice people, the owner gave me her personal cellphone number in case I ever need anything done with my nails. They are very professional and the environment is very relaxing. 10/10

I was so pleasantly surprised by this nail salon. The employees are genuinely kind. The gentlemen, Ben who did my gel polish did an excellent job making sure to stay off the cuticle to ensure my gel polish lasts which is a major plus for me! I waited a week before writing a review just to be sure the quality was great. It definitely is. Well worth the money spent.

Never had a bad day out the door with their service, even when quickly done manicure. Few new staff and talented wax staff.
