THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERTHEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OBVIOUSLY,BUT WILL TALK ABOUT YOU IN THEIR LANGUAGE. MY NAILS LOOK AWFUL AND SHE OVER PLUCKED MY EYEBROWS. IT HURTED SO BAD I TRIED LEAVING TWICE.THE NAILTECH NEXT TO ME WAS WALING AROUND BARE FOOTED AND THEN PROPPED HER FEET UP IN THE CHAIR THAT YOU SIT IN TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE A LADY WALKED IN TO GETHER NAILS DONE AND THE TECH SAT HER IN THE SAME SEAT☹😯

My goodness this was the worst experience I’ve ever ever had! I left very unsatisfied and almost in tears so angry/unsatisfied. Looks like I did my own nails and feet. And my feet are still rough. Keep in mind, I regularly get pedicures.

The nail tech wouldnt listen to me. I told her I didnt want my nails long. But she said, Let me do it the way I want. That was rude & unprofessional. They are also impatient. All the techs in there may not be rude but the one I had was & she couldnt see very well.

Went for the first time not too long ago, got my nails done, and a facial. I highly recommend I will come back again.

They are articulate with their care and above average with style. Im a perfectionist and am always pleased with their french manicures and pedicures. I called ahead late one afternoon because granddaughters were coming in from out of town for brothers wedding. They kept the shop open and made the entire experience so special. Kim really cares for her clients.

My mother and I always visit this salon for the spa pedicure. It is so relaxing and refreshing. The ladies truly make you relax and enjoy the pampering that you receive. The tea is amazing! If they ask if you would like some you must say yes! You will not be disappointed.

Kim is genuinely concerned with customer care, cleanliness and keeping prices competitive. Kims massage skills are continuously being updated to include new techniques such as hot rocks, suction cups and bamboo. The worst nail experience I have ever had. I went in and asked for a full set coffin shaped. Instead of saying they didn’t know how to do coffin shaped they passed me from tech to tech. Every nail had it’s own shape and length. Acrylic was applied very sloppy causing the nails to have all different kinds of thickness. After being passed around for an hour I decided to leave. Never did get them actually polished. Was charged $22 for a incomplete set. My natural nails were damaged as well.

Ms. Kims is the best for manicures, pedicures,facials and massages!! Been coming here for a couple yrs now and will never go anywhere else. The cleanest and most thorough spa Ive ever been too.

Had a wonderful experience at Kims Nails. I was with my family to get pedicures and they opened the private room for just the four of us. They served us ginger lemon tea and bottled water. The service was fantastic! They took their time with us and made sure we were taken care of. The ladies were so sweet and personable. Definitely going again!

This is the only place my sister and I will come for pedicures, manicures and massages. Kim and crew have excellent customer service! When I’m having back pain I come see Kim she can always pin point the area and I feel 100% better when I leave. We would only recommend Kim’s nails for all your spa needs.

I went in for a pedicure and a massage today and both were absolutely wonderful. Kims massage was a strong, firm pressure and she continued to make sure it was not too much throughout the massage. It was also the first time I have ever had anyone use bamboo and hot stones. I found both to enhance my relaxation and work the tension from my muscles better than hands alone. I have massages regularly at home, but this one was one of the best I have ever had.The pedicure I recieved was also top notch. It was one of the longest calf massages I have had during a pedicure and I loved the hot stones she used on my calves. The massage chairs for the pedicure were comfortable and relaxing. The tea was a nice treat too. The environment in general in the spa area of the shop was very well done, inviting, and relaxing. I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

Been going there 21 years. Just want last week nails were not cut down looks like I didnt have a fill in st all. Had a pedicure as well cant tell it was done also wanted a breast cancer ribbon on my big toe. Not a ribbon at all everyone thought it was a black cat with a sparkle for an eye. Never been so disappointed wanted to have it redone Kims husband said it would be another charge because I came to ask a day later. Cant believe it now plan to find another nail salon after all these years😞

I have been coming to Kims Nails for years now. I have never had bad service and all of the ladies are very friendly.The facial and spa manicure are very relaxing and enjoyable.

Both times I went in to try them out, since I work next door, the old Asian man was the one who I talked to and he was the extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve read really good reviews about this place but the customer service I’ve experienced so far has been the worst I’ve had with any nail salon.

The nail tech was rude, she did not communicate well. I didn’t get anything that I wanted done and they made me pay $5 to walk out with absolutely NOTHING done to my nails! The nail tech was rude. Talking to other nail techs about me. NEVER will be back again!

Im very disappointed. I came in for a full acrylic nail set, Kim greeted me and sat me down right away... that was the only positive experience about my visit. I explained what I wanted ( full set with ombre natural colored, coffin shaped) she got started and then decided to move me over toher sister. Thats fine I personally didnt care but her sister obviously did or was having a horrible day and was noticeably irritated the entire time. She didnt want to listen to what I wanted. I had to explain like 4x. She didnt want to shape my nails how I wanted. They charged me $55 which I was prepared to pay, but here I am 1.5 weeks later and 2 nails have popped off and they look horrible 😤

All of the ladies here are great! This is the only pedicure and manicure salon I go to in the area. The deluxe side on the right is absolutely incredible.

I went in for a pedicure this afternoon & the lady was done in 17 minutes. Prices are decent, but 17 minutes? Really? She cut 2 of my toes, didnt file my toenails, & removed part of the Polish when cleaning up. I have had several pedicures there before, but this one was very disappointing. Too many places around that does the same service so I wont be back.

I have been a life long customer to Kim and Sinh for the last 23+ years. I have always been 100% satisfied and would recommended this salon to anyone looking for services that they have to offer. They have always been accommodating to our needs and request with the upmost professionalism. They have very reasonable pricing and i have found there products exceed my expectations. The lady that did my nails was absolutely horrible she cut me several times with the machine she was using to file my nails. They are completely uneven at the top and all I got was an SNS dip I asked her if she would curve them to fix it and she filed them again, and I look back down and they are still very uneven, its completely obvious they arent symmetrical. she left nail polish residue all over my fingertips to dry . Underneath my fingernails there was lots of excess polish that I had to have her drill out from underneath my nails and had to ask. I could have done a better job at my house to be honest and I wouldnt have cut myself so do not go here unless you want to have your hands drilled and sliced on and an extremely uneven manicure.

They do a wonderful job! The spa side is to die for. Everyone is super nice and friendly.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I WAS GETTING MY NAILS DONE AND A ROACH CRAWLED ON THE MANS DESK AND HE GOT IT OFF WITH ONE OF HIS BRUSHES VERY UMPROFFESIONAL HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB CAUSE IT WAS THE LAST 20 MINUTES UNTIL THEY CLOSED SO HE JUST RUSHED. I RECOMMEND THE PLACE ON 9 MILE BY FIREHOUSE SUBS THEY DO WONDERFUL.!!!!!

Great prices ! I honestly enjoyed my visit here as it was my first time. I got a full set French for $23 and I really can’t beat that price as every salon in town charges $30+. My nails are clean and neat and I exceptionally recommend

If you go there make sure you don’t get the girl named “Sandy”. She is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. In fact she lacks common courtesy. What should have been a relaxing experience was very agrivating because of her.

Recently had a 60 minute facial and Kim was marvelous!! Well worth the money! Highly recommend it!!

Worth the trip.

This was one of the WORST nail salons I’ve been to. The lady that did my dip polish was rushing and cut me more than once, she didn’t listen to the shape I told her I wanted and the dip is very bumpy and had a lot of imperfections. So to top it off I got them done on Friday and by the time I got home one had broken, I went back the next day to get it fixed and while they did fix it for free. The employees were not very nice about it and seemed irritated. And now it’s Monday and I have broken yet another nail by CLOSING MY CAR DOOR. and this time it has completely ruined my nail. I will not be going back and will not be recommending this salon to anyone.

When ever my sistet comes to visit she cant wait until I take her for a spa pedicure and manicure. Kim also cares personnly about her clients a few months ago I was in the hospital and Kim came and saw me to see if I needed anything and how I was doing, that is a truly caring business owner. I love Kim and her staff.

Very disappointed in my manicure. First I had to pay ahead of the actual manicure and then after I told them what kind I wanted they proceeded to do whatever they wanted. I had to ask them to cut my nails down and they added another color without asking me. You can see where the brush strokes are and there are gaps and bubbles in the paint. I could hacmve done a better job myself, I will never be coming back here.

The guy that works there I dont know if hes the owner of a cousin or what but he asked me to leave and come back when my son stops crying talking about hes to noisy when I told him he was just sleepy and will be asleep soon but with all that said and done God bless you and have a nice day I come here to get my eyebrows done and feet cuz they do a good job but I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!

They did a good job on my eyebrows but cut me 3 times on my pedicure. Im getting a manicure also. Im a bit terrified. Considering just leaving 🤤I ended up staying to get a manicure because it was a different girl doing my fingers. She did a good job But the gel drying machine they used was one that you would go to Walmart and buy for your kids to play with. I was very disappointed. She had to redo 1 hand because the machine was not working correctly and they still ended up charging me way too much even though I pointed out that 2 of my toes were still bleeding. NEVER going back!

There was nail polish all over my fingers. And she got nail glue all over my hands. And was very aggresive with everything. Definitely wouldn’t come here again

The customer service is awful. I told the guy what I wanted and he told me $25 and then while he was doing my nails he kept hiking the price. And I didnt ask for anything extravagant. They were basic nails with no designs and I ended up paying way more than I intended. Make it a set price to begin with.

Not a good experience! The lady who did my nails acted like she did not want to do them, was super aggressive and my nails look bad! They are just simple French tip acrylics but the acrylic is on my skin, they’re full of bubbles and they hurt. I don’t recommend this place!

They have the worst customer services. Ive gone many time just cause its close to home and never really busy but I cant keep spending money with them if theyre disrespectful. Half of the times I go they make a big deal of how long my nails are or the shape I want and only one girl can do my nails exactly how I like. The last time I went for a repair the man wasnt to sure how to get the shape how I wanted so I kept telling him file here or make this side straight (which makes no sense since theyre supposed to be the experts) then the owner interrupts me and says let him finish as if Im a problem cause I have a specific way I want MY nails done that IM PAYING FOR ! I was so irritatied but he finally shaped it right after my instructions but I definitely wont be going back. DONT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE !

Had a h as lf leg wax. Worst EVER!!! WAX must have veen old as it took forever and it didnt glude on..plus i have several patches that werent done!!!

Went in with a friend. We were rushed through our pedicure. The massage on the calf an feet were less than 60 sec., the scrub on the bottom of the feet were not even attempted to remove an rough areas, and the paint job was no better than I could have done my self. I am very disappointed.

Worst experience ever, the girl left wax on my eyelids, she cut me while doing my nails and was so rude. Never will I ever go back, Ill not recommend this trash hole to anyone

Seems like no one can speak English. They seem to do what they want not what you ask for even if you tell them 100 times . When I was getting a mani done the shop owner was telling me that my nails were ruin from whoever I got my nails done before her and that I should never go back to that shop again. She didnt like it when I told her I got my nails done there last time. So Im going to take her advice and never go there again
