I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PURE HEALTH DENTAL IN GARFIELD HTS!! STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY, PATIENT, and CONSIDERATE! I never have to wait long while I am here nor have I had a bad experience! Employees are very welcoming. The hygienist was very nice and informative as she worked in my mouth. The Dentist was very good, she listened to me. I felt very relaxed.At this point I would recommend Pure Health Dental

I was apprehensive at first. Dentists give me real anxiety….they have made me feel comfortable and definitely are getting my smile back in tip top shape. Save for one experience with the office manager that left a real bad taste in my mouth…this office has been amazing…can’t wait to finish my implant and smile regular again…they are very in front with pricing and make sure you understand what you need to get done. Efficient, clean and friendly. Happy to have found a good dentist office.

The dentist was all over the place leaving the room for 20 minutes at a time to go do other things on other patients during my root canal. I know this because I could hear him speaking to and working on the man next door to me. I was told two days prior when I called with questions about my procedure that the receptionist would schedule me for three fillings as well as the root canal, I get there the day of and they tell me it was never put in the system for me to get any fillings, and they didn’t have time to do them so I would have to come back. The tooth that I had the procedure on is still in excruciating pain over a week later, so much so that I am completely unable to chew on the left side of my mouth. I came to this office because I was told I needed the root canal. I wasn’t in any pain prior to coming in, and left in pain.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I stopped going here at the end of 2020 because they did such horrible work on the fillings I had done there. Im still in the process of having their mistakes fixed by a competent dentist. Tonight, one of the horrible fillings this place (PureHealth) did on a FRONT TOOTH broke for the SECOND TIME....the first time this happened, which was only a few days after having it done, the dentist fixed it (at PureHealth when I was still a patient). So now Ill be calling my current dentist to make an emergency appointment, which Ill need to take off from work, to fix my tooth ASAP so Im not walking around with a hole in my tooth for everyone to see. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A GOOD DENTIST!

I spent 4 days trying to find a dentist for me after many offices claiming to take my insurance then saying they dont and issuing a bill. When I expressed this during my intake call with Pure Health they assured me they will confirm everything and every cost prior to any service. My appointment was made on Friday for the upcoming Monday. I needed a few cavities filled and had an opening for the next day. My cleaning was thorough with Diane, she was gentle and even though they closed within an hour she did not rush. During my filling everyone was professional, I barely felt the needle when numbing- took away all the anxiety. I highly recommend

I’ve had 6 cavities filled here. Not one, and I mean not ONE is right. I’m still in pain in every last one of them. I had to go back so many times for them to “Re-do the fillings they messed up, 🤦‍♀️ and their still messed up. How do you get chance after chance to get things right and still get it wrong? It’s a freaking filling!!!!! I’m so upset and stressed out about this. Took off so much work for absolutely nothing. Plus! They just fired the dentist that did 4 of my fillings and actually told me that he messed a lot of patients up? The heck? Beware of this place. Worst experience ever! I love the dental hygienist there though. She was awesome. She needs to work somewhere that deserves her.

The women at the front desk are completely incompetent. i was trying to make a simple appointment for a root canal, but somehow that was way to difficult . she put me on hold and transferred me to the lady sitting right next to her ... and even that didn’t go smoothly . denise / yvonne.. do better .

I was in major pain and was able to be seen by the Pure Health dental staff in Garfield Heights.From the front desk, Dental Assistant and Doctor this has got to be hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to. Their facility is always very clean.The staff is always welcoming and polite. The Doctor is very detailed as he explains what procedure he is about to complete on you. Ive had experiences where the Doctor will just rush you through the process so they can hurry to get to the next patient. This is not how things get done here.I can go on and on about how fabulous this office is but the only way you will know is....if you need a cleaning, simple dental check up or some work done go and experience it this place yourself. You wont regret it.

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I took 3 of my children here and I didnt have a long wait. They were every professional in doing their work. The office manager Erica is amazing ag her job. She was able to give me a referral for my son to continue care. She was fabulous in helping get everything set up and scheduled 6 month appointments also. I love it here and Im glad I choose pure dental.

Terrible service, legal aid currently working! Dislocated jaw did not use proper mouth material.then the dentist assistant that works over at maple heights also was told she was going too call me back concerning not getting any discharge papers nor medication, never received a call back!!! Very Unsatisfied.

I Highly recommend Pure Health Dental in Garfield Heights. The staff is very nice and they provide the best care to make a patient feel comfortable. I also get free teeth whitening on my first visit!!!!

If you are a former patient of Dr. Patacca, you will be greatly disappointed with this new chain restaurant style of dental office. My insurance was billed incorrectly for an out of network visit and I was over charged. Good thing I called my insurance company before paying the bill. Then, after changing dentists, I found out that I have 3 old cavities that need fillings. My advice to everyone is to locate a private practice dental office where your dentist will be around for more than 2 years before going to greener pastures.

The staff there is so helpful and friendly! I came in with my elderly grandfather and they could not be more accommodating. Thank you so much Pure Health Garfield Heights!

Dr.Atarchi and Thina pulled multiple teeth and placed 8 implants same day for me, When I walked in I was so nervous this was the biggest procedure I ever had done the staff made me feel so at ease walked me through every step and explained everything I needed to know. My heeling went great after the implant placement now I can’t wait to see how my teeth will look in a few months, I’m very happy thanks for having such a great team.

I came in a few days ago for a cleaning, extraction, and implant. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. The staff welcomed and comforted me from the moment I walked in and provided excellent care. Dr. Zimmerman did a thorough check up on me. Dr Atarchi extracted my tooth and placed an implant for me. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure! I also found out that Pure Health Dental is a local family business and I highly recommend them!
