This was the most painful waxing I’ve ever had. I thought it hurt because I hadn’t gotten them done in months. It’s scabs above my eyelids so I’m realizing my skin being ripped was what I was that feeling. It felt like she was tweezing more than one hair at a time.These are the best eyebrows that I ever got, though. My eyelids are healing quickly.

I spent over 2 hours here and was skipped by a lady and when i asked for no metal to be used on my feet the lady got a real nasty attitude with me. But the price was good and i love how my feet look.

She didnt even paint the WHOLE nail she made them super uneven and messy. Didnt listen to what I asked for and shaped them unevenly

It should not hurt to get your nails done. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have NEVER had an experience like this. I have recently moved to another side of town and was trying a new place closer to home. This is what brought me here. The lady that did my nails I am pretty sure is the owner and she was in such a hurry ( I don’t know why because nobody was waiting ) that she cut me multiple times with her drill and then would look at me like it was my fault!! Like really lady? How about slow down and try and actually do a good job and not cut people!! She clearly doesn’t care about the customer but only about rushing and not caring what the end result would be. If she went to school to be a nail tech I don’t know where because she was backwards in the process. I have never seen nails done like this. My nails are half the length I asked for because they were all so crooked that she kept having to file them down and I was left with nothing more than a little over the tips of my fingers. I have cuts all around the edges of my nails and woke up today with my entire fingernails hurting from all the careless done by this lady. I will NEVER be back and I will be sure to spread the word as I know a lot of people that are always looking for a good nail place. This place should be shut down if the owner herself doesn’t even care enough to do a good job and take care of her customers. There are plenty of other nail shops close to this one and I would choose one of those. Any of them have to be better then this place.

The nail technicians are very polite, professional and good at what they do. Their prices are very competitive, the salon is always clean and they offer a nice range of services. I highly recommend them.

This is not the first time I have visited this nail salon, but I decided to try once more before leaving a negative review the first two times. The first two visits I had to wait for over an hour to get serviced. The son was polite and offered a drink for the wait. The most recent visit, the salon had only one other patron, so I was able to get started immediately. The owner started my nails, but never asked what shape I wanted for my nails. Without notice, she cut my nails into a shape she wanted although I wanted them square. I let her continue on. As the other reviews stated, she taps your hands as though you are a child when she wants your hands moved. The main reason for the low star review is that she left excess polish on certain fingers and had the nails different shapes on each hand. This was not a huge issue for me since I knew the quality of the salon and know how to fix my nails myself--which I did. This should not ever be the case in a salon. She is also not very polite and was short-staffed with her and only one other technician. Go a little bit further up the road to the other nail salon which is way better with more polite staff.

I go here every 2 weeks and the sisters alway take such great care of me. They listen and bend over backwards to make me happy! Love it

I called in at 6:30 which is 30 mins before closing to tell them I will be there by 6:50 to get my eyebrows done really quickly. I came to the shop and they were closed after I just spoke to someone. Extremely unprofessional, if you didn’t want to do them you should’ve simply said that!

Friendly, fast and inexpensive. I am impressed with the work and will visit again. I read some of the reviews and thankfully we didnt experience anything negative.

This was the worst toe nail trim I have ever gotten. The man cut mytoe. Didnt trim nails well and than charged me more than he charged my Mom 5 days earlier. Clean shop, but I will not go back. My feet hurt so much the next day.

Sorry for anyone who could have been saved should have posted this weeks ago I took my wife to get her nails done they were not professional and the quality of the work they did was sub par at best but price was for best quality in pensacola ten dollars over what we normally pay nails look terrible less than 24 hours later 2 nails starting to lift and already need to be filled would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Worst set of pink and whites Ive ever had done. I was cut be the file multiple times. They were unfriendly, unprofessional, and should not be allowed to touch anyones nails! The set below was done less than 24 hours ago and they look hideous.

This is my go to place for a pedicure! My sister and I found this place a couple years ago and have been going back every time we need a pedicure. Wonderful massage chairs! The best part to me is that they do not try to talk you into every service available- I have been to other nail salons where I couldnt relax and enjoy the massage chair because they were trying to sell me a manicure, eyebrow wax, or an upgrade on my pedi the entire time I was there- needless to say I never go back to places that do that!

Needed someone to do my nails for a party. My first time here the owner I think her name is Helena she rushed the whole process. I brought my own polish and she kept trying to get me to change my polish to one of hers. I told her no and she decided she was going to leave polish on my toes after painting them. I had to tell her 3 time and show her where she needed to remove excess polish. On top of that while she was rushing my pedicure she end up cutting my toe. Another thing I had to remind her to put a top coat on both my nails and toes. I dont know what kinda nail shop she runs but I would avoid her like the plague. The other ladys in there did my mom nails and did a fantastic job. AND THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING SO WHAT IS THE RUSH.

They were great for my husband and I. They took their time, and let us relax as we had our pedicures. We went at a time where they werent busy. Im seeing a lot of bad reviews and not 100% sure why. The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I called ahead and they said 20$ for pedicures so I was expecting to only pay 40 but when we checked out it was 70. They explained that they did deluxe instead of standard but never asked what we wanted. We got wonderful service though and so the price went with it.

I have to say this is the worst nail shop I’ve ever visited Nd I’ve lived in Pensacola all my life.. Staff was rude, my hands were handled rough the tech even tapped my hand as if I were a child.. I asked for a certain color she kept trying to get me to change my color while saying the color I choose was not an Easter color 😡 I also hand my feet painted the tech was rushing, she used a drill to take my current nail polish off.The drill took the skin off my foot it was bleeding. She don’t know anything about my health but she continued to paint my foot while dipping the bloody brush back into the nail polish.. There was another lady that couldn’t decide what color she wanted her nails the tech screamed for the lady to hurry up very bad Nd unsanitary service..

He rushed through my pedicure and he also was very aggressive. My nails look like I️ could have done them at home. They also have poor cleanliness. None of the tools or products are organized. Absolutely terrible. He also hurt my fingers squeezing them to hard .

I walked in on a mothers day Sunday, it was empty, one other client and nail tech and my pedi was going great. Then a huge group came in. I thought Id be out on hold before my mani but I remained priority. The guy doing my nails was very professional and funny. I told him I wanted almond tips, he asked for a picture and made it happen! I chipped my paint 10min after leaving, my fault!

Annie has done my nails and feet,for over 3 years.Shes Wonderful.The owners are also very involved in the business.And are very nice.

They did a decent job on my nails but it was a fill in so its kinda hard to mess up whats Already done really. What I found disturbing was the lack of real service. My nail tech never talked to me, but talked to her co-workers- probably about me😂😂- and on the phone the whole time.. also, regular polish selection was old. Everyone doesnt like You want Gel nail? It last long for you and no Im not being racist. Its annoying that I was told no one really want regular polish- I do and Im someone.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Lady was super rude & rough with my nails. Burned three nails while she was filing them. Tried to charge me an extra 5 dollars for my shape but I just went last Saturday & three nails have fallen off and the color looks disgusting. Do not recommend anyone to go unless you want to have a terrible experience.
