I have recently started coming here and now it’s my forever go-to place! Chris did my nails yesterday and they came out perfect ☺️ The hearts are so even and cute! Totally recommend anyone to come here and get their nails done!

Very busy salon, should tell you theyre doing something right. Ive been going here for years and I love the place. The girls who work here are very good at their job and Shirley has been running this place like a boss!! So be prepared to wait but the service is worth the wait 👌🏽

I just got my nails done along with my sister. The nail art was done by someone with the name Nancy(didn’t catch the last name). She took her time and made sure there were no mistakes. She also made conversation and was so sweet. I usually go here, and some of the past experiences weren’t that good but this by far was my favorite experience.

OMG, what an amazing experience. My baby indulged me to a manicure and pedicure. I love what a fantastic job they do in pampering you. The deluxe pedicure is amazing. Love the paraffin treatment and thorough foot treatment. Loved it. Also indulged in a mini chair massage. Such a delightful experience. Cant wait to go back.

I first get there and had to wait over a hour, then I chose my colors and the First Lady who had started on my nails was really nice then they switch nail techs on me the second one was really rough and hurt me and I asked for a French tip on top of a tan base and she totally messed up my nails and didn’t add the tan my French tips are uneven plus they waited till I payed extra for the tan base to tell me they couldn’t do it. So not only did I pay extra for French tips that were rushed and uneven but I also payed extra for a color I never got. Everything is way over priced the nail techs are yelling and there’s buzzers going off constantly. I will never return to this spa again.

Great place for a massage or just to get your nails done.

First time they messed up my acrylic nails, I went back and asked for a refund they said they will not refund only redo, when they redid them they still looked absolutely horrible but at that point I was fed up and just left because they would not do what I asked. I went back for a pedicure because I knew i wouldn’t get my nails done again and within 2 days all my toe nails chipped and they denied my service because they were “too busy” and they denied me a refund. The manager claimed she didn’t speak English so she couldn’t help me.

Super clean. Quick and affordable place to get a pedicure. The chair massage is great as well.

Before this place changed to new owners/managers, it was very open and laid back. Great atmosphere. You got an AMAZING foot and leg massage. Now there are timers going off all around you and you barely get massaged. Prices went up and the quality went down. So sad. Go across the street to Elegance by Jewel. They are way better!

Tina does my services and she is great!! My nails and toes are always spot on. Tina does a wonderful job and so so sweet🥰

They don’t respect people time I had an appointment they made me wait 20 minutes to even go the pedicure chair and then the soaked my feet for 30 minutes in water and they didn’t even do the things I wanted such as doing my nails they said they don’t have enough time I came at 6:00pm and they closed 8:00 pm you’re telling me you need 2 hours to do just pedicure.

Had the Grand Deluxe pedicure. He did a great job. I was able to use my expired gift certificate that I got for Christmas pre-Covid, which I was very happy about. Everything was wonderful!

Coming here today and I got to say very good service and for basic pedicures it’s amazing

I got no chip nail polish and it came off literally two days later but I couldn’t do anything about it because I was out of state. The same thing happened to two other people I know who went there. 1 time is an accident but multiple times is a pattern. They were super rude and unprofessional as well

I come here for eyebrow waxing and they are awsome, and quick. Youre usually in and out in a couple minutes of thats the case.

Think toes needed additional dry time. But otherwise chair and service was great

This was my second time here, I asked for coffin shaped nails some of the nails were coffin and some weren’t. The guy who did my nails got really irritated that he had to put another coat of paint. My nails had gotten messed up and I offered to pay because the nail got messed up and he kept shaking his head. The lady that was next to him was polite about it but he wasn’t so polite and it wasn’t busy. My nails also turned out 2 different colors. I wouldn’t come here again.

First time at the spa. Came in as a walk-in and they were busy, but NOT over-crowded. I waited about 30 minutes - not too bad. They had good COVID-19 precautions in place and I never felt uncomfortable. The nail tech was thorough, and even with people waiting, I never felt that my service was being rushed, which I really appreciate. Ill be back!

I had THE WORST mani pedi Ive ever had in my life, they werent authentic asian nail techs, and ruined my nails, all 20 of them! just a horrible experience all together, they kept talking bad about me in a different language thinking i couldnt understand them.. but.jokes on them., i could!!! never again will i return here they need to have better techs and better attitudes. i was more than polite to my nail artist. my nails started falling off after 3 days. and nail polish was supposed to be no chip and i paid extra for that but it wasnt what it was supposed to be!!!

They ripped me off! I asked for a certain thing they gave me a different a different thing. They also told me on the phone it would be $50 for my nails when I got there they made me pay $100. The nails they put for me are wider then my actual nail. And they supposedly put me no chip nail polish but my nail polish is still chipping. It was not clean. And they made wait 10mins before doing my nails. I wanted a girl to do my nails yet they still gave me a boy. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGIAN!!

First experience at a facial and it was wonderful. I tried a hydration anti-wrinkle product and it was a relaxing experience as well as leaving my skin feeling much healthier, smooth and softer than when I came in. Beautician also left me with some great skin care tips.

I always try different nail salons and have never had the one salon I always go to since none have really impressed me too much. I’m positive I found the perfect salon I can come to consistently now. Grand Nail Spa was this quick stop by today for a no-chip acrylic manicure. I’m so happy I stopped by because it’s the perfect place for me. Clean, large space, friendly staff! Ryan worked on my nails and they are more than perfect! Requesting him always. Definitely coming here from now on.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I get my nails done every other week, and had to go here for connivence. My tips weren’t even filed square. I had to ASK for another coat, they still look horrible. Blotchy uneven finish. Terrible

So I came in and they sat me. I wanted the 25 dollar one for the pedi kit and they went and gave the 45 one. For my mani I told them I want gel nail polish and they went and put me acrylics and btw I took a long time to grow my nails and they cut them with out even asking me. The nails r very wide on me and they put me non chip gel nail polish and they are literally going away from the sides and its only have been 2 weeks. After that I got in trouble from my mom and now I cant go to a salon thanks to them. Oh yea and they ripped me off and I had to pay a hundred dollars for the trashiest nails and the ok service. I would only give one star because they are clean and the rest is ALL BAD. Come here if you want a Rip off and bad nails. Grand Nail Spa, you need to change your workers to get customers. PERIODDDDDDDD

My friend and I went in for two “grand deluxe” pedicures, the quality of the pedicure was average. Before even sitting down to dry my toes, the lady is chasing me down with my bill. I put it on my credit card and wrote $0 for tip on the receipt (I always tip in cash right before leaving as this is what they prefer) the lady has the audacity to say “no tip? Really? Wow” I stated how I was planning on tipping in cash. She replies “okay” and continues to stand there right behind me with her hand out waiting on her tip! I found this to be extremely unprofessional! Will not be back.

They are the best quality, they have top of line products, nothing but the best I only trust them!!!!

Went in on a Thursday afternoon around 6:30 to get a basic mani and pedi, supposed to be a relaxing experience right? Well after waiting for someone to free up for about a half hour I got the pleasure of getting my nails done by the owner. She went on to scream across half the salon at her employees and her receptionist while not even looking down at the nails she was doing in front of her, MY NAILS! This mani lasted a whole 5 minutes. I was told to then go sit at the pedicure station. Sat there from around 7:10 to 8 pm! The water was cold and someone finally came around to do my toes. Literally the place was closed and I was still sitting there getting my feet half heartedly scrubbed and filed by an exhausted employee. This place only cares about money and quantity not quality. They’ll take in 30 people and do 30 terrible jobs instead of doing less clients with more focus. Do not come here unless 1. You don’t care what your end results are 2. You personally know one of the employees 3. You have money to throw away and time to wasteMy pedi chipped within 24 hours because no one bothered to seal the tips of my nails with the top coat or even the actual color. I can paint my own nails for free and they’ll last 5-6 days...

My mom and I walked in. No one said anything. We picked out our colors and sat down. No one said anything to us. Another customer came back from the bathroom and asked us if anyone greeted us because she was never greeted. We sat there for another 20 minutes and nothing. The owner came over and grabbed the first girl and never said anything to us. I made another appointment somewhere else and left. I’ve never been ignored like that at a nail salon before and they have officially lost 2 customers of over 10 years. Their customer service has gone completely down hill over the last few years.

I went in to get a fill in without an appointment so knew I was likely to wait. But as I was sitting and waiting, 2 other women walk in. They took them both before me. As I brought to their attention that I was there first and waiting, they looked at me and in a rude and condescending tone say “they have simple manicures”. That is just wrong and TERRIBLE customer service

All I have to say is - RUN. Lack of customer service. I walked in, stood there for a good 3 minutes while the employees were all talking amongst one another. Placed the pallet of colors down and walked right out of there. I have gone here through out the years as it was my “go-to”, nothing special, prices are high, they sneak extra charges in your bill at the end of the service, talk to you as if you were a piece of meat. Will NOT be returning. Find a different place ASAP!!!

I always feel so welcomed every time I come here. I WILL ONLY GO TO TINA, she is amazing and very sweet. She always goes above and beyond on my nails. I go every other week for a fill in. It’s so nice in there also and very big.

I love Salon Max! Shirley and Tommy, the owners, are great! They do their absolute best to provide a nice atmosphere and give good customer service. Everyone knows what their doing, and they get things done fairly fast. Sure they speak a different language to each other and they are of a different culture, but thats OK! They run a good business, have good prices, are very friendly, and do what they can to accommodate each client!

These people took advantage of me because I am a minor, They chosen my nail color for me when I wanted to speak to an employee they would walk away from me. The person who was doing my nails and my friend nails they were both talking about us, they cut my friends nails way to short and they were digging in her fingers with scissors to get the nails out. I do not recommend this place they only use you for your money. DO NOT GO

Monday through Wednesday, they offer a special on pedicures. Previously, it was $15, but I went in today (July, 17, 2013), and it is now $18. Still a good deal. Maybe they will bring the price back down to $15, after summer is over and pedicures are not in such demand.The salon is clean, and very open and spacious. It is not a modern-style salon-- more quaint and simple. During your pedicure, they do have those elaborate massage chairs with kneading rollers. There are always many technicians on hand, and most do a good job.I have only been here a handful of times, and I have only received their pedicure during the special days. All of the times, I have been happy with my experience and the result, except for once, where my nail polish peeled off in the shower later that night. Maybe the tech didnt apply it well, maybe the polish was old, whatever the case: shouldnt have happened. But again, this was just once.For the price, you can get a great, basic pedicure.

I usually get my eyebrows done here and they look so good! I’ve been sitting here for 10-15 minutes and I am still not getting my eyebrows done. This is ridiculous.

Ive been going to Salon Max since they opened approximately 10 yrs ago...I love the Shirley the owner and her staff... Ive always received excellent service and they have always gone above and beyond to make my experience wonderful... EVERYTIME!! My 3 daughters are also regular customers as well as many of my friends and family!! They are all very satisfied customers...just like me!!!

So my daughter is heading out of town for a week so I decided we would spend a little time together and get manicures. Wasnt sure where to go so I Google the place that was close to our home. The Aesthetics of the salon were fine not the most luxurious but not bottom of the barrel either. The manicures were fine. My manicurist cut three of my cuticles, completely skipped the lotion and hand massage which wasnt even the worst of it, the constant up selling the entire time I was sitting in the chair was ridiculous. She asked me no less than 10 times to upgrade to a gel manicure or a no chip even though I was perfectly clear I just wanted a regular manicure. She embarrassed me with the constant barrage of selling me pedicures regardless of the fact I said we didnt have time. Not returning.

They offer a citrus pedicure for 45 dollars which is over priced for the time they spend on you then they offer a 15 min foot/leg massage for 15 dollars. They don’t use any pressure at all. When I asked if they could use more pressure they said yes and continued to pretty much just touch my legs. Waste of money!

Always come to get mynails done here . Friendly staff and great service ! Love the atmosphere and they treat you with care. My sisters and I have been coming here for about 6 years now. Will continue to do so.

The service was great, they knew EXACTLY what they were doing & they did it FAST! They were friendly & did a good job. I was very impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!

If I could leave NO stars I would. Today I went for a fill-in and showed a picture of what I wanted to the lady. The moment she started to do the designs and then asked her if she can match the picture if not to just not even even bother And just do a a simple pink only . She stated she can do it just like the picture and that at the end I would see. I said fine, at the very end I said I don’t really like how it looks and she said step outside it will look nicer. So she began to change the subject and tell me I had to pay in the middle of me telling her that I still didn’t like them the shape or design . Since it still didn’t look anything close to what I asked for. I could tell she was in a bad mood because she was arguing with the guy next to her working due to them switching on and off with customers. So the moment she started with my nails she just began to huff and puff which made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed. After today I will never go here and it ducks because this place is basically walking distance from my house.

Unbelievable kids prices say $28 & bill $70 the salon wouldn’t honor my daughters age they said this price is only for kids 10 & under. And the no chip was $30 no chip feet $30 no chip hands. They won’t be getting my business back before I use to like coming here.

Not the worst but not the best either. Cuticles werent cut. Nails are crooked. It was supposed to be $23... the man added $5 for shortening the nail length.. total was $28 which is cheap but he tried to tell me $40 till I told him I called ahead of time to ask prices.

I went today with my girlfriend and I got an acrylic fill-in and she got a no-chip mani. This has been her go-to place for around a decade and I went with her because I was in the area. My fill-in was way better than my original full set that I got from another salon. The woman who did my nails did an AWESOME job. I wish I asked her name. Not to mention it was only 15$!!!! So satisfied. Not sure why they only have a 2.5 rating because my experience was wonderful.

I was a bit hesitant to come here after looking at all of the negative reviews, but in the end, I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the front desk with the gauges and tattoos was extremely friendly and made great conversation, and my nails came out beautiful. The pedicure was pretty good too, and priced well. I also noticed that someone came in stating one of the nails popped off and they were quick to fix the problem, with no issues or arguing. Very nice.

Terribly rude ownership! Poor quality, do not listen to what customers want and talk about them openly. Hard pressure bullying of customers to spend money on additional packages. You may never see a business that has less customer value! They are lower priced than surrounding salons because that is all that’s bringing customers in. Small minded, unprofessional, beyond rude, and the service is terrible! Ladies, we need to stop patronizing such businesses! And i know because I’ve given this place many chances. If you had a good experience once you got lucky, trust me, it will go bad. Salon owners, you are in the customer service business...learn to be kind and friendly to your customers! And learn to be quality business people!! People want to patronize your salon but they DESERVE to be treated respectfully. And learn to listen to your customers!! I’ve been coming here for awhile this place has terrible customer service the only reason I kept going back was for the price but now since they’ve remodeled they charge way more and the owner is still rude and only cares about money. They offer services such as 15 min back massages but no ones ever available and all the male nail techs are not good. They are now called grand salon, highly do not recommend! I will not be returning!

Went to get a regular $12 manicure and was not satisfied. The man who was doing my nails was too slow. At first, I was glad he was taking his time until I looked down and my nails looked clumpy from how many coats of nail polish he did. They push for things without letting you know how much it costs. EXTREMELY greedy when wanting tips. He expected a tip even before he painted my nails. A customer is not obligated to tip anyone before they get full deserved service. After I walked over to dry my nails, the man who did them stood right beside me aggressively waiting for a tip. How am I supposed to dig into my purse for the cash when my nails are still wet? So he proceeded to go into my purse and take out the cash without making sure I am ok with him doing that. Worst experience and worst customer service EVER. Questioning all the people who gave this place 3+ stars

Went in for 3 full sets and 3 pedicures. During the whole pedicures they were talking to each other and laughing really loud. Then as we were waiting for our toes to dry I was paying I tipped each one of them 5 dollars the one who did bother feet and nails ten dollars. The one girl had the nerve to come to me and say you forgot to tip for one pedicure . Im sorry but when is it ok to beg for tips!!!!! I had spent over 200 dollars.

I’ve been there 3 times and this is the last. Everytime I’ve gotten a classic pedicure and they try to convince you every time to upgrade. It’s really annoying. Two different people did my mani and pedi and it was a problem that I didn’t give two separate tips. She says “ this my tip he did your nails too now you tip him too”. I thought that was so rude!!! Never will I return.

Love the staff here. Everyone here is always very very polite and they are attentive and great at pedicures and manicures. They are also careful in keeping everything very clean and sanitary

I like this place because I think their prices are decent. I dont care that very little English is spoken - I want to relax, not chat. The woman who seems to run the place is pretty abrupt but very efficient. A couple technicians are not very good but most are just fine. They are busy but I seldom with have to wait long.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service received. The lady that took care of my mother did a horrible job she was rushing to get her done. I had to inform her three times that she was a diabetic and we were paying for the service. The lady hurt two of her nails. I will never go back to that place. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well.

They tried to force me to have a $35 pedicure on the $18 day. They implied my friend should pay for it if I couldn’t. The entire pedicure the lady was badgering me about getting the $35 pedicure after I clearly said no many times. I was trying to tell her what I wanted and she got mad and rolled her eyes and sent me off to another tech who tried to push a no chip manicure rather than a fill in my entire manicure. Then they both EXPECTED a tip. They got $2 tips but should have gotten nothing. NEVER GO HERE. RUDEST TECHS EVER

My experience at this salon was beyond awful. Terrible service. The lady with the weird hair ASKED ME for a tip. Like, that is just straight up rude. She had the audacity, the nerve to ask me for a tip. Um, no you earn it. Also, after the tip incident she did my nails horribly. They look like I just came from a war zone. Honestly the worst experience ever. the man doing my pedicure & full set changed the price of which I was paying 4 times & kept adjusting it higher. then had the nerve to ask for his tip, a customer is not obligated to give you a tip if they feel that the job wasnt satisfactory. after telling him he wasnt getting a tip, he complained & sped through painting my nails. this was honestly the worst service I have ever received & advise people not to waste their time & money coming here

I ususally dont post reviews like this but I left Salon Max completely unsatisfied with my whole entire visit. First of all as I was beginning to get my nails filed and prepared for my no chip, I felt the file digging under my nails and into my skin. I would overlook this fact if my nails actually ended up decently shaped but they were crooked and uneven, I honestly couldve shaped them better myself. But it doesnt stop there, the lady who was doing my nails attempted to talk me into getting designs on my nails without deciding to inform me that they cost extra. After she finished my nails she began to massage my hands as a part of the manicure even though I repeated multiple times that I just wanted the polish alone not the whole manicure. Overall she was very quick and careless and did my nails as if she had a line of customers waiting for her but the place was empty. I ended up paying $30 in cash when my friend once paid $28 with the whole manicure included. This was an honest waste of money and I will certainly not be returning.

Decent nails. Cant understand when they are speaking. Ehh pricing but Nails are always tilted or not coated enough. Crooked, or scratched. Long waits. Nail shapes aren’t right and also they are really tough and agressive with nails. Hurt and peel cuticle along with skin on the sides.

I went to get my nails done, and they are HORRIBLE. They were rude, my nails arent even all the same shape, and my no chip has so many clumps in it that it looks like beach waves. The lady tried PUSHING A DESIGN ON ME and was not going to tell me that it was an EXTRA $5. Good thing I did not agree to it!!!!! Also, my friend was about to pay in cash and a guy said her no chip was $30, but thats the price if you use your card. The other worker had to tell him No its $28. He was going to charge her extra without telling her. THEY SHOULD KNOW THEIR OWN PRICES.

I came here to do my nails and the lady who did them was very rude. i wanted them long but she cut them short and i continued to remind her that i didn’t want them short but she continued to do as she pleased. i found this very disrespectful and i didn’t like how she’d ignore me when i told her i don’t want them this way. i think i’ll be finding somewhere else to get my nails done..

Nails break easily and they rush. Came in during lunch break and they had workers not doing a thing but sitting. They need better customer service. Never again

Horrible costumer service.. I went with my cousin and she went to get a no chip manicure and a pedicure so i went next to her and the lady asked me if I wanted one and I said “ no I’ll just watch” and she started repeating what I said and started laughing and talking about me to her co workers in a different language. THATS NOT EVEN THE BEST PART LADIES AND GENTS!! After charging her and extra $10 for a couple rhinestones the total was $63!! And as the lady counts the money she says “ wanna give me something?” And out of shock my cousin hands her the change of $2 keep in mind the total was supposed to be $32 but all these extra “ necessary charges” popped up? Discusting place

Ive been going to this nail salon since I moved to the area over 5 years ago. They are fairly priced & you rarely have to wait since they have a lot of workers there. For that, Id give them 5 stars. Ive never had any issues with them until this week. I had a no-chip manicure done & it all peeled off 5 days later. I went into the salon to show the owner what happened & ask if they would re-do it...the owner said I would have to pay $30 again. He acknowledged that I go to their salon a lot but in the same sentence told me he has never heard of no chip coming off & accused me of taking it off myself? And he started getting loud & huffy in the salon while I was speaking to him quietly...very embarrassing. For treating a regular customer so poorly, theyve lost my business.
