They have a very VERY wide selection of colors that are actually good and every nail tech I’ve had do my acrylic nails has done an excellent job and they are always perfectly even. The customer service is really great and everyone is incredibly nice! Make this place your regular place!

I love this place! Great service, they did exactly what I expected with my nails, I was so happy because they werent bumpy nor did they looked thick. They had the perfect coffin shape.I was very surprised when I saw him again at Lux Nails as he had just traveled about looking quite handsome

The owner, I believe her name is Linda did my nails. She did an amazing job and was so quick, thorough, and nice! You can tell she’s a perfectionist because my manicure is perfect. Also much more affordable than other places in the area

This was the best nail salon. I have been too in the ten years I have lived here. I got a gel manicure and it was fabulous. The owner of the salon was so sweet and really accommodating. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again ladies for the wonderful manicure.

Ms. Linda was a wonderful Nail tech, she held conversations with me all while making me laugh the whole time. She offered us something to drink and she was so nice and gentle when handling me. She has an awesome personality and she is a loving person. Their prices are very reasonable and and manageable, they have different and many options plus a big variety of colors “mines glow in the dark” to choose from. She took good care of me and I’m most definitely coming back to her shop ❤️

The day I went they were short staffed, which I understand because it was between the holidays, but after I have patiently waited an hour for them to see me, I expected a better service then I received. The lady that did my nails, I assume was the owner, she completely rushed through my manicure (I was getting a full set done) and when asked to fix the bulkiness and the crookedness of my nails she told me that it was just how my natural nail was. Next, while still rushing with my nails, she was using the nail drill and started cutting my skin with it! My hands started bleeding like crazy and she started saying that I need to cut my cuticles, my cuticles weren’t the problem. The problem is that she was to close to my skin. Never returning to this place again, horrible customer service.

My favorite nail salon. The workers actually talk to you and make you feel appreciated. They do not rush. Prices are very reasonable, honestly the cheapest Ive paid for in awhile. Definitely will return.

Too fast, too rough, toe nails are uneven. Not a relaxing pedicure at all. Toes nails are rounded and very ugly. Closed toe shoes for a couple of weeks until they grow out.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I went in to get a few acrylics taken off.... five to be exact. I specifically told the lady not to cut my nails.... she started cutting my nails (my real nails!!). She was able to take off 3 of the acrylics, but on the other two she cuts them down (not paying attention to cutting a lot of my actual nail) removed some of the acrylic and then just buffed the rest down to blend in with my nail. Never again

I LOVE Lux nails, my nails were messed up from a previous nail shop and miss Linda fixed them for me as well as gave me a discount! She really cares about her customers and knows what she is doing. She gave me the exact shape that I wanted. I have tried almost every nail salon in a Pensacola and this place has been by far my favorite, great service and great prices.

Fantastic mani-pedis in a relaxing environment. They do a great job and are nice and efficient. They take care of you, and not once have they rushed through my service. Also, they are super sweet and friendly! What a breath of fresh air.

First experience was great, will definitely be back soon!

Its a good place to get your nails and toes done... but they dont have enough workers.. they need more people for days they are going to be busy.... just saying

They are open on Sunday which is spectacular when u have a 6 day work week! Henry is as superb as all of the reviews say he is. And fast! Excellant pedi and a true pink and white set.... not the new herbal dip. Very VERY happy!!!

Best mani/pedi Ive ever had! Customer service is excellent and the prices cant be beat, the place is also decorated beautifully. Loved my experience so much I took my daughter back the same night to have her nails polished for the Christmas season. :)

Henry wife did my nails they so ugly for $40. She only does short nails and with my big hands not cute. Then she would complained in her language and they will burst out laughing. Gave me my change in a lot of ones. She didnt deserve a tip but I gave her one. She made me feel so uncomfortable. My gel polish so sloppy and my nails shaped weird.
