Vanessa is the Best! She was recommended to me by an old friend and they were correct. It was a clean professional atmosphere. Vanessa listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. At the same time, after I found out she also was licensed as a barber, I treated myself to a shave.Wow, I am now a customer for life! Clean, comfortable, professional both as a shop and a person.And I ask, isnt that what you want from someone who will be holding a razor to your neck.Thank you Vanessa

Heard this place added a barbershop to it! I took my boyfriend in to get a haircut and the barber Vanessa did a fantastic job! Seriously the best haircut he’s ever gotten in this town! It was nice for me to be able to get a manicure while he got his haircut! She also specializes in men’s face shaves so my boyfriend is definitely looking forward to doing that next time! Thanks Vanessa! He will be back! :)

Ive been nail salon shopping since I moved to Pensacola 2 years ago. I cant tell you how refreshing it is to look at my nails and be truly pleased with what I see. They are beautiful and even and quality. I will be coming back to Betsy as long as she continues to deliver these amazing nails at a price worth paying.

I was hesitant to take my son to a new barber shop after CoVid-19 and Im honestly so glad I found Vanessa! We were only in town for a few days and I was desperate. She is amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. I wish we lived here so that my son can see her all the time!

Andrea is the stylist at this location. Ive been seeing her for 10 years. This newest location Vanity Beauty Bar is a typical nail/beauty lounge layout. In the front you have manicurist tables with spa pedicure chairs directly behind. I have no experience with their nail techs but the work I have seen is nice. I get cut and foil from Andrea. She is priced fairly and is very talented coloring hair. She listens to what result youre seeking and offers an honest assessment. Shes great!

Visited this location for a manicure and powder dip set. The location was clean and relaxing. The male that works there was very friendly, and customer service oriented. However, the manicurist(Betsy/unknown older lady) attitudes stink. Betsys attitude is horrible and over the top. By the end of my visit (I wanted to take her out back). Shes rude, and acts like a spoiled brat, who does not possess a pinch of customer service. Joanne is working there for now but (we all know she will be gone in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...) to open another poor customer service/failing nail salon.

I absolutely love Vanity Beauty Bar! I always enjoy the relaxing pedicures and the atmosphere is great here. I get my nails done by Betsy and she does an amazing job! I went overseas, and I got swavorski crystal on my nails. My nails lasted 3 weeks and all of my diamons were still on my nails! I would highly recommend this beauty salon to anyone die to them offering a lot of services such as nails, spa, hair & lashes.

Never again. My mom (mostly my mom, she goes every two weeks) and I have been going to Vanity since it opened. We followed Joanne and Vinn from their former salon Nail Envy. Joanne and Vinn have been good friends of the family for years and I’ve always had exceptional service. This evening I rushed their from work and arrived at 5:40. When I walked in the lights were already off and the “owner” (Vinn’s daughter) was behind the desk and asked if she could help me. I responded with yes I’d like a quick mani/pedi. Her response was to look at the clock then say you’ll have to come back we close at 6. I’ve absolutely never been to a nail salon and turned away because they close in 20 minutes and I know for a fact if Joanne had been there she would have done my service. One rule of running a business is if you close at said time you still take customers up to that time. I drove a few blocks from Vanity Bar and found NB pampers nail bar. NB did a great job on my quick mani/pedi. I was out of there and on my way home in less than hour. I will never give the owner another dime of my money and neither will my mom.

Love Betsy, she does the most amazing job and her work is always on point. You can show her anything and she can repeat it!

They do a good job with manicures and pedicures, but let me explain why I like this place. One, they speak English and they speak to you and focus on you. Thats how it should be.

I went in today and jokingly i said going in that Im the only one here because no one was in the front except 2 workers looking out the window....but there were 2 more people In the back because i could hear the different language saying what i sed..👌.. I Get back to the back n everyones staring at me....they just kept saying to me we dont have time for you....it was noon....made me so uncomfortable made me get up n leave.....find different words to use....having epilepsy coming into ur store, all i heard and remember is i dont have time for you....ill never b back..thanks
