First, the positive- walked right in and was seated immediately. Clean and friendly.They matched the color I was wearing on my toes to a french tip acrylic set, the first in a decade or so for me, I thought I would treat myself, you know, to make me feel good.Now, the negatives- too much glue, cuts under my nails from trying to separate glue from skin, and the surprise cost at the end. I shouldve asked specific costs involved, but I was going by what was posted online as well as what was posted on the store, my bad, I shouldve confirmed. I didnt ask about it because I felt it was on me. So, I paid and left, unsure about returning.Overall, happy with the outcome, but the experience was stressful.So much for trying to make myself feel better.

I went to this shop last week an hour before they closed. They took their time, and didn’t rush just to hurry and get me out. The man who did my acrylic nails did a wonderful job. I’ve never had such perfect acrylics before. It’s been a week and my nails still look just as flawless as the night I got them. The woman who did my pedicure was extremely friendly. She treated me like I was a friend she had known for years. I will definitely return in the future.

Went yesterday and got a full set done, woke up this morning with one popped off in my sleep and throughout the day 4 more popped off. Never have had this happen with my nails anytime before no matter where i go, Called and explained they told me to come in and when i explained i just wanted a refund they told me no but they would fix it. I showed up and was told to wait so i waited for 30 minutes before i was helped and then when i explained again i just wanted a refund for the poorly done nails they yelled no and kept yelling louder to talk over me. worst nail salon i’ve been to ever and i’ve been to a lot.

This place is AMAZING!! I came here a few days ago right after Christmas late in the evening, it was around 5:30 or so when I arrived and we finished around 7:30 or so. Yes it did take a long time but I love how he did it! He took extra tome on my nails and he made them look amazing!! They are absolutely perfect and I don’t see a single flaw!! I got pink and white powder with a glitter top coat. Not only did he perfect my nails but he also gave me a free lavender hand lotion and a little plate full of cookies which I thought was just awsome of them. They were really sweet and you really do get what you pay for. It is totally worth it and I will be back here!! This is going to be my new spot I come to from now on. It was $50 for the nails and I left a $15 tip. I totally recommend this place.

I’ve had my nails done three times and I’ve enjoyed it every time. They are very kind and Gung Ho to help you, I’ve had dip two times and they did such a thorough job and were anxious to post their work immediately . I’ll continue to get my nails done therefor as long as they’re running. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT...😀

They are always polite when I come in. Multiple visits and never had a problem. The nail tech was even nice enough to help me (at no charge)remove the acrylic nail when I partially tore my nail off the nail bed. He was very careful and considerate and suggested ways to help my nail grow back. The Mrs. that does the pedicures was very professional and attentive. Best spa treatment and rub ever. Its a small but friendly family owned business. They also offer refreshments as well.

I’ve been going to this shop for a few years and I’ve always had a great experience. The shop is very clean. The staff is very kind and very attentive. I feel like a member of the family when I’m there. I would highly recommend this nail shop to anyone. Most of the women in my family and social circle are also clients.

I don’t even know how this place is still open. They should be shut down. The woman who helped me was definitely on drugs, she was erratic and most of what she said was unintelligible and it wasn’t even because of her accent. Everything was dirty. Most of the good reviews on here have to be paid for or fake. NEVER GO HERE. They completely jacked up my acrylics and my nails under. The lady painted them a color I didn’t ask for after I repeatedly told her the color I wanted and sat it on her station. I don’t even wanna see my nails under these acrylics, I got the shape fixed and color changed at another salon. Don’t go here go straight to Polished Nail bar. You won’t regret it.

Love AC Nails, it was the best! I visited this place some days ago to get Gel Full Set and Spa Pedicure.The techs are efficient and nice. They did a good job on my nails, and they also offer a range selection of nail colors and good brands. I would definitely recommend this place and keep returning.

Nothing fancy. I stood here for 2 and a half hours but the woman was nice enough to change my nail color for free. The chairs were okay and it was very nice for the price. This was an okay experience, I’ve had better but I’m glad I gave this place a chance!

By far the worst pedicure Ive ever had. She filled my old nail polish away... Didnt know how to cut my toe nails... Couldnt paint my nail to save her life. She did not massage my feet. I had to walk across the floor barefoot. Everything there was extremely out dated and did not have the correct tools for anything. DO NOT COME HERE! You will be extremely disappointed and will regret coming.

I love the pedicure nail hot tub things and the back massage chair. Doesnt seem to have good communication with what you want if you have a big design. But otherwise its a nice place. I had fun with my friend on here on vacation.

Got a French pedicure and it was perfect! I love how the tech took her time with me and did everything flawlessly. Also the foot massage she gave me was so amazing. The most relax I felt in a while! Not only that but my toe nails look so nice!

Well… This was my first time going I went in with mediocre expectations… I went there because my regular nail tech was on vacation so I thought I’d try a new place… Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service the two people that were there were so rude when you entered… They said what do you want? I will never go back again, if I could give less than one star I would .My nails are natural and have never looked worse than now! Do not waste your money!

If I could give this establishment less than one star I would. I find it funny that they have either 1 or 5 stars. No in between, clearly the 5 stars were paid for. I went in yesterday for a dip powder manicure. The man who started my manicure drilled so long in one spot he burnt my nail and he drilled through my pinky nail making it extremely short. When it came time to shape my nails they were all crooked and none of them the same length. He kept filing my nails while looking at the tv and filing my finger at times. Half way through the dip process a lady came over and started using a different line of product ( you should not be mixing chemicals) and continued to dip 3 more times for a total of 6 dips!! The result was nails thicker than Ive ever seen and lumpy for lack of filing and buffing. The lady pretended to give me a discount at the end. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I’ve been going to see Andy and Lisa for a little over a year and a half now.. every two weeks I come in and get a mani (dip nails) and pedi.. they never disappoint. Always an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Professional hardworking people.

If I could give this place something lower than one star I would! Its my fault for coming back here... I decided to give them another try after not coming back for over a year. Still the same TERRIBLE service. The guy who was doing my pedicure couldnt keep his eyes off the TV and the lady wouldnt stop yelling and spanking the kids in the back room. DO NOT GO HERE! I had to report this place because of how rude and disrespectful they were to me. This place is very unprofessional and slammed the door in my face when I was here to get my nails fixed. When I went to another nail salon they told me to report A C nails so I went back to get their information and they completely lost it. It was so crazy that the lady hit her husband when he tried to calm her down. Complete waste of time and money never met such ignorant people. They should be shut down.

NEVER AGAIN! I went here the other day because I wanted to try a new nail salon closer to campus. What a disappointment! All I wanted was a gel manicure and you would have thought I asked for something out of the ordinary. The polish they used was so old it kept wrinkling, so they had to remove it after the second try proved it was the polish and not me bumping my hands. The guy didnt remove all the polish and tried to paint the pink color over the brown and he cut my cuticles down to oblivion. They had kids running around and carrying on, so they had to keep stopping to tend to them. The shop looks like someones basement and I will never go back. EVER!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. No sense of customer service and severe lack of skill!! Nail polish was ON MY SKIN and they REFUSED to acknowledge there was a problem and had to get confirmation from another customer before attempting to take the polish off! And this happened after they refused to paint a top coat on my toes after payment for the pedicure was already made!! They were acting crazy that I wanted complete service for a paid pedicure because they didnt want to paint a top coat. She kept screaming at me and claimed it would cause too much problems.

I Have been a customer of AC Nails On 9 Mile road for over seven years. They are always professional and friendly and clean and give excellent service.

Paid $26 for a basic pedicure and didnt get any of the perks I normally get at other institutions. I wanted to try this place out because it was near where I was shopping. Its located in a small plaza. The interior appears to be outdated and the equipment not as updated as other places Ive been too. Also it was too warm inside. I was greeted immediately and showed where I could pick my nail color. Very small display of colors. Next I was shown the chair, he added a small blue thing to the water but it barely turned a color. The nail clipping and prepping went fine but that massage was a joke, he barely put any lotion on my foot and then he didnt massage my leg, he just rubbed my foot soooo lightly for a few seconds. The chair had massage functions so at least I got a massage in that aspect. He polished my nails efficiently. Next he sat me under the dryer but he took my shoes with him and they didnt give me those disposable slippers, so I had to walk across their carpeted floor, thankfully Im not too much of a germaphobe but still thats unsanitary. Then he charged me and that was it. No offering of water or drinks, only soft peppermint like old ladies each in church. No other customer was in there. Everything looked clean, just aged. This place definitely needs an upgrade to compete with the other nail salons around. He was very nice though, okay service

This is the rudest staff and experience I have ever had!!!!! This is now the 3rd time Ive came in trying to give them a chance because I live very very close to them, each and every single time Ive been greeted with what you need and a hostile attitude.This 3rd and last time Ive came in, I was wondering about their shellac manicure and pedicure for $26 and I was rudely told no. Our prices are right here I asked about the billboard by the publix and was rudely told are you getting something done? Then the owner whom was sitting in a pedicure chair getting a pedicure laughed and said no she wont. This is 3rd time she come in that gave me a sour taste in my mouth and I said no thank you and walked out, I was then CHASED OUTSIDE. THEY KEPT COMING OUTSIDE TO CHECK WHERE I WAS.WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT, IVE GIVEN THEM MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP ME AND EACH IS WORST THAN THE OTHER. SKIP THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RUDE AND IF THEYRE NOT AFRAID TO LAUGH AT MY FACE I WONDER WHAT THEY DO BEHIND CUSTOMERS BACKS.

I’ve been here 4 times in a year’s period. I try to find the good in everyone.. These people are not worth it. My pedicure is trash I had this done yesterday and these are the results. The older lady barely scrubbed my feet, didn’t polish correctly. I said nothing just observed everything. The man saw me paying close attention and came to finish the painting of my toes. The wife was high on something why attending to another client. She’s always very fidgety with a runny nose. Let me not forget how the little girl in the back was watching tv on her phone and the mother went back there and started to whoop her out of nowhere. I could see through the side of the curtain. Someone’s gonna get hurt in this place. The husband is nervous watching the clients to see if we noticing his wife who’s acting bazaar. And she’s paranoid on some time of drug! STAY AWAY PLEASE

I went here a year ago. It was pure crap. They messed me pedicure polish up so many times that I was there over an hr and a half. I went today because my other salon on this end of town was closed. Again absolute crap. I just needed a pedicure. The female did mine. No massage. Used the stone for less than 15 seconds per foot and I know my feet needed it. Laid the hot towel on my legs and immediately took it off. She didnt put my flip flops on before painting my toes so once I slid them on to walk across their dirty floor I messed up my big toe and the male saw and got aggrivated. The man and woman talked in their language the entire time and she kept rubber necking to see his facial expressions while talking. Not once did she speak to me. I will never be back. I will go to fortis student Institute before I go here again.

Extremely bad service I had to ask 3 times to scrub bottom of my feet, they didn’t even massage my feet with my pedicure didn’t massage my hands with my manicure, one of the ladies working on my husbands pedicure nose was running into her mouth, the wife is so high strung, she acts angry all the time, and her hair is extremely oily, not the way to represent a spa service!!

Did an amazing job on my nails, an acrylic set, with dip powder, and design was $50. I chew my nails down so short they often bleed, and they were not rude about it, like many other salons have been. I asked them for short nails and I actually got short nails, they really make sure to give you what you want. It did take longer than I expected, but the outcome is beautiful and completely worth the time needed to make them perfect.
