Was excited to look for a new place to do my nails, but I will keep searching. I had been going to my previous place for 5+yrs but the technician that did my nails left. I tried Fashio Nail and was a disappointing experience. I waited for about 25 minutes, which was okay considering I did not have an appointment. An older lady did my nails. I asked for a very short overlay. The shape was okay (square round), the overlay was uneven unfortunately. Some were round and others were flat. The lady was extremely rushed. She asked if I had been there and I told her my story. She immediately lost interest and rushed through the whole service. Then I asked for a toe color change and they had the receptionist do that service. She was very slow, but I understood that she might have been training, She was very polite. I had an overlay on my toe that was lifting, so the same older lady came and removed it. So she left me with an overlayed toe and the other one all deformed, so I asked to overlay them again. Overall, the short overlay (nothing fancy) was $50 and the color change was $20. Prices definitely not competitive. At my usual place it would have been about $40 tops for both services. I payed and never got a thank you. I feel like they think that they were doing me a favor, I also felt that the have preference over customers. Other customers were offered drinks, I was not. Had it been a different experience, I would not have cared to pay any price for the services. Will keep searching. Thanks!UPDATE: I am not complaining about the price, I have paid much more money at other places in the Galleria area with superb service. I stated the prices for informative reasons and to let the reader know of the quality and value of the work, for market comparison. I understand that you stated that the prices are at the front desk, but I shop then pay because I can afford it. I stand by my review and your response should be very alarming to people, it says a lot about the business and perspectives and ideals you have regarding customers.

Honestly I wish I could give this place a higher rating I was an out-of-town client and I was recommended to Daniel as far as the skill work of my nails and pedicure it was amazing but as far as the cleanliness and professionalism while attending my services was awful. My hand was burned from the hot towel and people that gave me the services kept touching their nose and mouth and then placing the hand that they touch their nose and mouth with I was very uncomfortable. After clients left the pedicure seat other clients were sat in the same seat without disinfecting the seat or the bowl. Again as far as the skill level of the work 10 out of 10 but unfortunately I won’t be able to return due to the cleanliness not being top-notch.

I was initially really impressed with my service and the business itself....however it’s been 9 days and I have 2 broken nails another cracked and my grandmas shellac cracked the very next day. I won’t be returning and now I have to go get a whole new set and grandmas shellac somewhere else

This place is amazing. My technician was highly skilled. I didn’t even have to remind him to do the little things like at other places. On top of that, I got right in. No wait on a Saturday. It’s clean and personable. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. In my opinion, they are quite expensive for amateur work. I provided a picture of what I wanted and feel like the design was unable to be achieved. From the time I arrived, things felt very rushed since the salon was busy. My nail tech barely addressed me and finally told me her name/asked my name as she was completing my nails.

Always enjoy my visit! Ethan knows me so well and has an excellent memory!! He always does his very best. I highly recommend this place! Been coming here for years and I never think of going anywhere else.

I’ve been here a few times for pedicure only and I always had a great time. The ladies really took care of me. The massages were heavenly. The place was clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

A last minute place I looked up not far from where I was at. The pedicure was amazing by Brian! Only thing that couldve been a 5 star was my massage chair did not work. But other than that everything was great.

I decided to deviate from my normal shop because I couldnt get an appointment that aligned with my schedule. Fashio had decent reviews so I figured I would try it out. I wanted a new overlay and pedicure but I decided to leave prematurely. The place is FILTHY. Im already weary of dirty nail shops..but Lorddd not during COVID-19. Other things to note if cleanliness/COVID-19 safe environments are important to you: The supplies are unpacked and open in stations. The towels and pedicure seats are stained and I didnt see anyone wipe down seats. Only half of the techs wear masks and the receptionist does not wear a mask at all. There was no hand sanitizing station and the space is tight. Sorry that I cant speak to their work or designs---if that is most important to you, please disregard this post.

Daniel in Pearland did my nails less than 2 weeks ago nails lifting and popping off. I never ask about prices but I noticed they start over charging customers for acrylic nails with designs and pedicures with designs and shellac. I have been a customer for 3 years or more. Daniel acts as if he don’t need customers or their services. Especially the way he talked to me on my last visit after I had to return because I paid $110 for my nails in which lifted and popped off not including my pedicure.

I decided to try a new place in Pearland to get my nails done. I was excited about going to Fashio Nail Spa. The male sitting at the front desk seemed irritated just from me requesting a service. I was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait. With that long of a wait, he said he will notify me 5 minutes before my appointment time by calling/texting me.I returned within 30 minutes and he told me all the technicians went home for the night so there was no one to do my nails. He didn’t call or text to let me know and that’s extremely inconsiderate. The spa closes at 8 and at the time it was about 7:15pm. The doors were also locked and he had to unlock them in order to tell me that the technicians left. At this point the nail spas in the area were all closed and I had to be out of town the next day. He was not apologetic and didn’t care that I was inconvenienced me.Thank God I discovered a new nail spa, Anthony Vince Nail Spa where they took great care of me, they were professional and the spa looked amazing. I would try to go there before having a horrible experience here at Fashio.

I am a regular customer to the salon and the manager’s clothing business as well. Two days ago I had an appointment for a full set and polish change. They forgot my polish change so I scheduled an appointment at 9am. I arrived on time and watched 3 customers go before me. I waited 50 minutes for a POLISH CHANGE. After I complained their excuse was that they were “busy” and she offered a $1 off. Definitely lost a valued customer.

1) I called to confirm my 3:45pm appointment and they said that the salon was empty so if I could stop by at 2:45 that would be great. I got here ay 2:43pm and the salon is FULL! Every single sit is taken... inside and by the front desk. I have no clue how long this is going to be (I left at 3:30pm ...got tired of waiting). 2) they are so disorganized that cant tell who got there 1st. I just asked why a lady that came after me is getting sit before me and they said they thought she got there first and even the client said that she saw me when she got here. 3) it appears they dont like if you arent coming for a full set, gel or any of the expensive services. I said I wanted just regular nail polish and no design and immediately they would go with the next person (so now thinking in retrospective maybe thats why they were skippinh me... I am not as impt client I guess) 4) nail colors are desorganized so very hard to find the colors you want.

PLEASE READ!!I wanted to try a new place in pearland, but worst decision made . this place looked decent, but Horrible experience, I’m not sure if the lady who did my pedicure didn’t use new tools or what . But a few days later I started getting sores/bumps and fungus on my toes and nails . My Worst decision ever made . (This was in February, now it’s July . And officially my foot fungus and sores/bumps went away after lost of medication and treatments.) it took 5 months to get rid of the fungus . PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!! (Medication and treatments are expensive)

Everything was great. My only concern was the when it was time to pay, I was only told about my pedicure. I was not given an option to choose the type of manicure I wanted and was charged $50.I was not pleased with that . I will be contacting Tim.

They was offering only high price options ( $99 but they even dont have that price in the menu and keep trying to sell creams, masks and other products).I was asking for deep cleaning facial. And its not what its was provided. She put 2 creams and one mask. Did work with blackhead vacuum and just touched once extractor to remove one small peace of blackhead.Also in the menu should be massage. Massage was provided straight for 6 min. With cold hands. No gloves was used during all treatment.In the menu i should pay $75 for 80 min. After 55 min she was done.Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time coming here because I just moved to Pearland and needed a new nail salon to go to. They told me it was a 30 minute wait over the phone, but I went anyway, and they were able to squeeze me in. It was pretty clean and it looked very fancy. They even had TVs to watch Netflix on. The price is okay, but a little on the higher side. I definitely recommend this place!

I used to like this place. But they overcharge. Ask how much each little thing that you want costs first. If not, they will surprise you with a large bill at the end with no receipt detailing what costs what. Don’t let them just “do” a design for you. They will charge you an insane amount for jewels and designs. I’ve been to other amazing nail techs from all over, that do amazing work, similar amount of work and designs for wayyy less. They’ve cut me with their tools pretty badly on multiple fingers and I didn’t even receive a small discount, an apology or anything. I mean I should’ve have expected that anyway since NOONE happily greets you when you come in, unless you already have a good relationship with your nail tech. They don’t even ask how was everything. They just hand you the receipt and send you on your way. I don’t recommend this place at all. Trust me, there are way better shops in the city with better customer service and prices. Oh and I have proof that I was there in case they try to say otherwise...

Very very very expensive. I was told how much it cost at the very end. $$$227.00. It was stated thats the normal price overhere . I should have been told how much at the beginning instead of screwing me at the end. The nail designs are not unique to justify that much. Solar and coffin design. Just because I live in Pearland does not mean I want to be price gouged!!!!!!!!!!

My service was great while I was there I never have issues. The only concerns I have is that there are signs that state that temperatures will be taken upon entry and that mask are required. This is not the first time that I have been there and there was no temperature taken for customers entering. There was also an individual in the shop that was not wearing a mask which is another concern of mine.

I have been coming here since September of last year, I have yet to have a less than perfect experience. The staff is always awesome and they quality is way more than the price. My favorite techs are Dat, Sophia, Kim and of course Kevin the owner! I suggest bringing a friend because it’s more of a spa feeling than a nail shop visit.

Im not sure what happened this time because I have used this shop for years and there been pretty good service. My service today was just dangerous especially for a 70 year old woman as the tech almost sandedmy nail bed off. I could actually see red under what little nailbed I had left in the nail.

Would stay away if you are looking for customer oriented service. They are not only quite pricey but the service is really bad. They are money hungry and will take any advantage they can to dismiss the clients questions or desires and will focus on subliminally up-selling. If they feel you are not compliant with paying them high dollar they unify in speaking in Vietnamese talking about the client and begin to use condescending mannerisms and expressions to try and belittle the client. Not good energy in here. High misogyny vibe. Women are inferior and do what men says type ambient. Low vibration control manipulation vibe. not good. stay away.

Service was great. Ive visited this nail salon for nearly two years with no issue. Only as of lately have I experienced broken nails even on a full set.

Im not sure what happened this time but what I do know is that I was treated horribly and ultimately left crying. Upon arrival I informed the young lady at the front desk that I would like a mani and pedi. A guy came to the front to escort me to the back (at least thats what I thought); however, he attempted to seat me at a nail station. I informed him that I was here to get a mani & pedi and that normally someone escorts me to the back. Once I got to the back I requested the drink list and mani & pedi book so that I could choose a specific mani/pedi. Needless to say, I never received it after asking a total of (3) times. The nail tech on my hands laughed several times in my face each time I made a request, while continuing to work on my hands. My anxiety level was at an all time high when I requested a different nail tech on my hands, only to never receive one. I tried to let it go; however, the nail tech that was doing my feet apparently had a problem with my request for a different tech for my hands and became extremely rough which ultimately lead to me being cut on my foot. I immediately told them to STOP everything and requested to leave. Crying while walking out the manager made an attempt to salvage my visit by offering a 20% discount on the next visit, which at that point was too late. I have NEVER been treated this way and I will NEVER return to this establishment.

It was my first time coming to a nail shop in the whole of Texas, just moved from California. Everything looks nice on the surface but dont be deceived!Horrible customer service.The receptionist in the front is so sweet but thats about it, the workers have no clue what it means for end customer to have a positive experience. If you want to ask them for something make sure you are at the top of your game and coming with your most positive attitude or theyll snap at you, absolutely no patience. Im guess they have a lot of customers, so one customer doesnt matter that much and they dont feel like they have to be nice to everybody.

Be careful who you allow to treat you. You may walk out with your toe looking like this. During a pedicure, the lady was trying to pick off some dry skin and cut too deep. As blood started pooling, her only response was, “Oh, sorry, sir” while she moved on to the other toes.As it kept bleeding, she applied several layers of some antiseptic liquid and tried to tell me it was because I had an ingrown toenail. Nope - this was to the right of the nail, not on the toe at all.After the pedicure, this is how they sent me out - no discount or other consideration. Just another “sorry, sir - it’ll be $25.” I’ll go home, wash the toe thoroughly, and pray there’s no infection.

My mom and I went to get our nails done and the guy who did my nails was super nice and professional.But the lady who did my mom’s nails was unprofessional and had no consideration when we kept telling her that she was going too fast, she did NOT listen and ended up cutting my mom on more than one finger.She was acting as if she was in a hurry.To add on the list of damages this lady had done she undoubtedly had a terrible attitude.10/10 would NOT recommend coming to this place.Also when we were there getting our manicures this other lady had a problem with the person doing her nails too,the person doing her nails did not giver her what she asked. When she informed him about this mistake he responded very aggressively and told her to get out.So knowing all this please do not waste your time and skip coming here.

My first and last visit is today. I asked for a manicure and pedi. I only got a full set of different shapes, sizes and thickness in my nails with no mani. As for the pedi, I didnt even get a clear coat over my French tips. I didnt notice/confirm until I got home as I was already tired, disgusted and ready to leave. I def asked prior to leaving and he told me yes. I was a last minute walk in, but I wish I had read ALL of the reviews before going. I was pushed for time because my regular salon was closing and Im going on vacation tomorrow. Lets see: the water for my pedi wasnt even lukewarm, my massage chair didnt work. It was a waste of time and money. I shouldve gone to Walmart to get the supplies and do this myself.

I expected way more from seeing the reviews, I would not come back.The pedi chairs are outdated. I could barely feel my message chair and it squeaked, the remote screen was cracked. The chairs had gunk all over the wood parts where you put your arm or belongings.I asked for dipped nails which they did not do. My nail color is blotchy and uneven, even my husband noticed and hes a man. I paid $60 for nails that I didnt get what I asked for and uneven color/blotchy. Then when I told her she just argued and said all the bright colors come out like that. As if this is my first time getting my nails done 😂 They cut my nails before asking me (I was trying to grow them out)HENRY did my pedi and he was amazing regardless of everything else. He stayed very focused, was gentle, asked before he cut my nails, made sure the towels was not too hot, asked if the water temp was ok, smiled, was friendly and attentive and asked if I liked my toenails after he was done. I couldnt make 1 complaint about him if I tried.Unfortunately Ill never have the pleasure of him taking care of my nails because I cannot come back to a place like this, and pay overpriced charges for blotchy nails, run down equipment, and when you point out obvious issues they just argue lol no thnx, too many places in Houston to deal with that. And no I dont want to talk to the owner, so need not reply.

This place is is a 5 star place. Kevin the owner is extremely professional and is always make each and every customer is satisfied with their service. The place is modern and clean. Love this place, I recommend everyone to go here.

From attending many different nail salons in the past, I truly feel like I can call this place a winner for a peace and relaxation getaway for me time. Walking in the owner and staff are always professional and friendly. Asking questions right away to make sure your needs are met to ensure you have the best quality service possible. Durning my visit yesterday I had 2 amazing professionals Ron a nail technician and Johnny pedicure specialist take care of me. Both made sure I was well taken care of, by being patient and having great conversations with me. I really value that, you can’t buy hospitality. I just really want to thank them for their services. This is how you know you are in the right place. I would highly recommend this place and booking apt for both of these individuals for appointments. Believe me you will not be disappointed. Then again everyone at this place work just as hard, really anyone would make a awesome choice in my book.

Waited over a hour to get a basic full set. It hasnt even been two weeks and a nail is already broken. The shape is awful and the colored acrylic is streaky. She didnt even know what shape I was talking about so I knew from that moment itd be a hot mess. And she had the audacity to charge an extra $5 for the shape like she did something special. $55 for a basic set with no designs that didnt last a full two weeks is overkill. She never made eye contact, never spoke and acted like a stiff robot. Black folks stop spending money and go where youre wanted. I will not be back.

$85 for acrylic nails!!! It was my first time getting any type of nails so i was clueless and that is when they took advantage. My nails were long enough for the shape so he didn’t have to put fake ones. The service was really bad. My nails don’t even look like the picture i showed him. Never am i ever going there again.

To expensive....I didnt get any designs or rhinestones and a full set is $65???? WOW!!! I dont mind paying for my nails but it was just a regular full set.....this was my 1st visit. I normally pay $65 - $70 if Im getting art and are alittle longer....Ill be going back to my original spot and pay $40 full set and get my ART and rhinestones and long and pay $60. ✌

I finally found a good nail salon in the area!! I tried dip nails for the first time and I am loving it so far. I definitely recommend this nail salon. The owners are super nice. The owner did my nails and fixed any issues without me having to say anything. It’s a little pricey but you do get your money’s worth.

Johnny Johnny Johnny!!! Is the man with the “Blessed Hands!” He gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. My feet were smooth and soft for the longest I have ever seen. At least two months. Johnny is very caring, excellent co creation and really loves what he does as it shows in how he cares for your feet. Fashio is a friendly establishment and clean. The staff is warm and professional. They offer appointments and complimentary cocktails. Cant wait time return!

Im in town from Maryland visiting family for Thanksgiving. I just received hands down the best pedicure from Johnny & manicure from Catherine. It was so relaxing, my feet & hands have never felt better!! The salon was very busy but everyone was so attentive. There was a customer appreciation special too, so both were discounted. I will definitely go back next time im in town!

Love my nails and toes however I really feel like I was taken advantage of.... I got a simple full set (French set) and i was charged $85.00.... I feel like I was overcharged for something that was so simple.... that was my first time at that nail shop and due to that it will be my last

They do the best acrylic nails here!! Every set I’ve gotten has lasted well over a month without lifting and we’re done beautifully. The salon is gorgeous and clean, and the staff is really helpful and nice! If you want really awesome acrylics, ask for Daniel.

I will keep this review concise. The salon is unclean, disorganized, tattered and the service is below average. In adding several staff and customers didnt have mask on. No Covid preventative procedures in place. I recommend trying another salon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! this is the second time i’ve come in and had issues with my nails. i simply asked my nail tech to not drill my nails and she got a attitude about her “different method to soak off” but it honestly seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. she didn’t have good costumer service at all. and for 30 minutes of me sitting here she was no where to be found. very unprofessional and i’m just annoyed. i don’t even want to get my nails done anymore. but i’m still waiting because my nail tech disappeared. i complained to the manager and she didn’t have any sense of urgency and just wanted to go back to doing a fellow employees nails. genuinely the worst place in pearland.

FASHIO Nail Spa was wonderful! We had a large birthday party there all getting our nails done, and because of the inclement weather, every one of us was late, but they never made us feel rushed or out of place. Everyone loved their nails, and the bride was really happy with her treatment. One of the ladies in our party was in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate her, without making it seem awkward. Its set up very well for large groups, and making a reservation was easy! If Im in that area again, Id go back in a heartbeat! Supper clean and close to my house in pearland. They had all free drink and free liquor. Tianna doing a good job. I love this place and definitely be back every twoo weeks. Best nails salon ever

One of my favorite nail spots, but they need more nail techs during peak hours. Ive waited several hours without service and one lady complained about being here for 5 hours.

Today is my birthday and Lily took care of me, she didn’t know it was my birthday and is my second time I come to this place. She was AMAZING!! She took care of me wonderfully, did my pedicure very nicely. 100% recommend this place and her if you want to relax.

I’m going to go ahead and give it a three stars and I am just being nice . I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while because the quality is great . The only thing I would say is that scheduling and setting right expectations to customer should be improved . I am aware that there are limited nail techs during times like this, during covid, but setting the right expectations can lower the amount of upset customers . I’ve seen where customers come in for an appointment but don’t get any service till an hour later . My personal experience was that I went in and asked how long would the wait be for two full sets (for my friend and I) and I was told about 45 minutes and that I would receive a call . 45 minutes went by and I called to see if they were ready as they said . They ended up telling me that they would only take one of us. If I was told from the beginning that it was too busy and most probably would only be taking one of us, I would of not been upset because I wouldn’t of waited around 45 minutes for them to say no and most probably would’ve came in the next day . I went to the nail shop today down the street called victory nail salons and they did great . Jhonny, the nail tech at fashio nails is the best .

Me and my sister both went for pedicure and manicure . I selected a 50$ pedicure, my sister got 25$ . The service is really good only for pedicure. We started a manicure and a guy did it, he is not professional . I think he just started practicing on my nails . Totally disappointed with my nail paint . When we are about to pay bill, they charged 70$ for me and 50$ for my sister for pedicure, since they added all the extras possible to charge us the maximum . First ask the customer, if they need any extras. Since we choose a package, whatever they are doing we thought it was part of package . Unluckily my sister did facial, which is more of a massage and they touched her face only once. Yes the facial is quoted for 80 and they charged 102 . Dont cheat customers . You can steal money once, not all the time

Rate this place a 3 because it was nice, clean and had some friendly employees, but my experience could’ve been better. My second time going but it was my first time getting my nails done. Someone started on my nails and I had to get someone else to do them because the first guy didn’t do them correctly. Meaning the way he applied my acrylic was sloppy and uneven. He literally was rushing on my full set. As I was trying to explain to the “manager” why I wasn’t happy he brushed it off as if I didn’t have a clue on what I was talking about. Second guy did a great job, so I thought. I basically paid $90 to have my nails breaking and lifting the next day or so. Today makes a week since I visited. My nails are all gone. It’s like I never got them done. Great place to go to if you like/want a pedicure.

It’s nothing wrong with the nail salon its just that when it was time to take my nails off they wouldn’t come off an there still on my nails now as im typing this report!

This place was a real treat to my feet and hands. The staff is really friendly and ready to serve you. When you get in the door the great service starts with hello and welcome. All the way to good bye see you next time like family or a good friend.

Absolutely amazinggggg salon. I was in town getting ready to head out the country and literally every nail salon in town was about to close. They were normally open until 8 but were closing early for their boss birthday. But they literally stayed opened to do my pedicure. They had saved me from a probably near tragic meltdown. They gave me a complimentary drink and snack. And their prices were great might I add. Cant wait to come back in town to visit again.

My experiences here were not good. Two years ago, I loved this place. My last full set lasted a week before mutliple of my nails came off in one piece. I went to get a pedicure and a full set( to give them a second chance) around 6 exactly 11 days ago. They close at 8. People were ahead of me, so I was told come back the next day. I say ok. I sit through my pedicure that I was charged $75 for. It was a shellac pedicure with wax nothing too spectacular. No stones on my legs or designs on my toes. My big toe had to be redone twice and now the shellac polish is chipping not even two weeks later. A woman also came in after me and got her nails done after I was told to come back and 15 minutes before 8 which is when they close. I will NEVER return.

I love it here. I bring as many people to the shop as I can to see Johnny he is the absolute best! The atmosphere is great and everyone is helpful. My sister drives from Richmond to get her nails done here because she says they last longer. Of course not only do you get a beverage but they have snacks as well!
