This is my 2nd time visiting this location and they do an amazing job. I get exactly what I asked for with out having to explain my self over and over. Jolin was amazing from the moment I got there till I left she took her time taking care of me. Jolin will be my go to person 😀.

The staff is super nice and professional. Mimi fixed my extremely thick acrylics I got done at another salon. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will not go anywhere else ever again! 10/10 recommend!

I went for a deluxe pedicure. Was easy to call in for same day appointment. I didnt have to wait and was seated upon arrival. Technician was friendly. She checked water temp, asked if I would like a drink, and gave me a great foot massage. Their polish selection was limited and didnt have as many new colors as other salons. Their foot scrub and skin lotion smelled nice and minty and didnt cause me to break out. I have sensitive skin so that was a bonus. Overall a nice experience and Ill be back.

I came here with my husband as a treat to us and the staff here did not disappoint. Safety protocols are being followed, the atmosphere is peaceful which I love, and the staff was incredibly patient, they really took their time serving us. Will definitely be returning.

I had my nails done here a few days before thanksgiving and they never broke or lifted up until New Year’s Eve! And i am always using my hands for heavy work. By far the best manicure I’ve had. I just got them redone today and they look amazing. She took her time to make sure they’re the shape I wanted. This will definitely be the place I come to from now on.

Helen did an amazing job on my shellac mani and pedi. Even with a four month old in my lap, she took her time and made sure I was relaxed. Will definitely come back 😌

I had a problem with my nails chipping a lot. I came across Royal Nails and tried them. I made it over 2 weeks with my nails and they didnt chip or break. Also, they were friendly, clean, and made sure I liked what they were doing before continuing with the rest of my nails. I highly recommend this place!

Mimi was absolutely GREAT, I came in 30 mins before closing (yes I feel terrible.)I had a last minute wedding invite, I showed her a picture which she looked at once and did my nails better than the picture itself .I will now be scheduling appointments with her she amazing.She took her time with me and my nails, even after it was a hour after being closed.Thank you so much!

I went for a simple manicure. I spent one hour and 45 minutes because the person who did my nails couldn’t apply the nail polish evenly. She kept on applying too many layers. It would get messed up while she is still applying. Spent 45 minutes waiting for them to dry and still they are messed up. She also didn’t remove the dead skin. So I am left with a messed up manicure. Very disappointed. Waste of my money and time. Pictures attached are just an example.

The Attendants and Receptionist were very nice during my visit. The facility was very clean. My overall experience was a great experience.

I went in to go have a basic acrylic refill. they ended up taking off my old acrylic and putting new acrylic down because the workmanship done on my previous nails was poor. I couldnt be more satisfied with my new nails.

Just left here. I usually see another girl here for shellac but went with a different person for the dip powder. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! I have been here before and have never received such poor customer service!! Won’t be coming back!!!!

Have been coming here for years. I can always walk in, I’ve never had to wait too long and only been asked to come back later once. Always clean enough and they have a good selection of colors. I love their relaxing massage chairs you can use while getting pedicures. They’ve even let me use them when I’ve just gotten a polish change to let my nails dry :) . They have a sign in system that keeps up with your visits and after 5 you get 10% off!

This is my second time coming here and it wont be my last. Im very picky about my nail shape and they have done a beautiful job both times. I was also pleasantly surprised that for the first time my nails have lasted the full 3 weeks with only minimal peeling of the shellac on top of the powder dip. I couldnt be happier and their prices are amazing.

Ive gotten pedicure services here a handful of times. Every time they are polite + thorough. My most recent appointment was an hour before closing time; my nail tech never made me feel rushed & provided the same great service as when I had visited earlier in the day.

First and last time getting my mani and pedi here. I asked her to take of my jell nails and she left half of the jell on. Worst pedicure I Have ever got. She didn’t clean my toes good and she didn’t scrub my feet good either. It took her 15 minutes tops to do my pedi and I don’t think they use clean sanitary tools after each customer.

I am very particular about my nails and it is a great fit for me.Wish they were open on Sundays as I am unable to drive anymore.I always leave with 10 perfect fingernails done by Mimi. I do not have all of my toes nor do I have toenails, so I pass on pedicures!

Ive never experienced the kind of bad experiences that others have described, and I have been going there since they first opened, a few years. The technicians have all been good, but the atmosphere is a little more impersonal since a new owner came in. Nothing worth complaining about, just different.

Ive been a loyal customer for years. Even when the new owner came my daughter and I were there every 2 weeks. I sent my daughter by herself because I had something to do. She brought me the receipt and she was charged 50 dollars for her nails. We have been charged $27 for pedicure and $30 for my shellac nails or $35 if she had a design done.Once she went by herself she was charged $50.00. We called before we went up there to see why we were ripped off and were told a full set is $40.00. When I get there Lynda says to change the powder and shellac her nails it is now $50.00. That is a total rip off! Do NOT go to this place, the new owner is going to rip you off!

If there was a 0 stars option thats what I would give them. My nails broke three days after I got them done and when I went back to get them fixed they made me pay for them because it was my fault. Terrible customer service, the owner is extremely rude and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know.

Stopped in today with my 7 year old for manis and pedis. They did not tell us their hot water was out and allowed us to stick our feet in ice cold water! They heated up water in the micro for the lady next to us but told us they had no hot water. They absolutely expected us to be ok with ice cold pedis and couldnt understand why we didnt want to stay.

Took my sister here to get her nails done. Incredibly patient and curious staff that created outstandingly beautiful nails.

Asked to fix nail amd she just messed up the other side to make it look evenly mess up.

Nails werent done great. Pop up charges like $3 to take off your mail polish and $1 id you use a debit or cc.

They told me they had no time to do anything for me at 5:30 pm and they close at 7pm. I was told this after he asked what I needed. I guess he didnt feel like I was going to spend any money. I will never visit this place again .
