I don’t usually do reviews but I created an account to make a review about this place, I went with my mother in law yesterday 10/3/20 for our first time. We saw their work on Facebook and loved it and even chose nails from their pictures to get done. Both women who sat with us told us they weren’t capable of doing them and if we did get them done it would be almost 200 dollars which if you can great and if i could I would but, I came to a mediation with my nail tech Celina and found a nail I’d be just as happy with that she could do, boom great I was happy and excited, then she started.. I have a total of 6 or seven cuts on my fingers. All my fingers are so sore to the touch I could barely work today. I’m a hairstylist so I work a lot with my hands but..yeah every finger almost has a cut one of which looks to be almost infected and it’s split open my finger. As well as crazy different lengths on my nails.. needless to say me and my mother in law were very disappointed in our first visit. She didn’t have as many issues with hers other than being refused of the nail design we got off their page. Im not hard to please but I paid 70 dollars for something I settled with and to get my hands cut up. I’m attaching photos of what I settled with and the aftermath.

Staff is nice and do a good job. Would give 5stars, but prices have increased 3 times (no notification to clients) since I have been going there. Wont be returning. The price you pay may vary, but same level of service..I do understand supplies may cost more, however give me a choice - dont ambush me at checkout.Plus all tips are cash or cashapp 🤔

I Love it here! The CLEAN atmosphere and WONDERFUL staff! They even have a temperature check system with sanitizer galore!Do I reccomended;⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐YES ALL THE STARS!My daughter loves it too! I was treat sooooo well ! CU, Nina and Aaiti who did my nails was very gentle and careful!

Anita did a wonderful job. She made sure I was relaxed and enjoyed my experience. The place was nice and well kept! I sipped on my wine and enjoyed the movie that was playing!

The guy upfront is so rude I just was asking how much for hands and nails he said if you don’t like the price go somewhere else. That place would be better off if he didn’t work there his customer service is not great at all very rude. I wouldn’t never go back a ripe off.

Kathy was so kind and did an amazing job! I loved my nails. Pricey but amazing job. Complementary drinks and snacks. Very clean with great parking!

I like the place and some of there work, kinda pricey but well worth it! I just hate after you spend over $100 like myself, the owner still ask if you would like to leave a tip 😒 as if me spending $140 wasnt enough. I think that is kinda rude in a way. Other than that its a nice place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Kathy and her entire staff. They are very welcoming and always greet me and my 2 daughters by our first names from the 1st time we visited. I highly recommend!

Very relaxing!!! Good Manicure and pedicure. They do try to gently push you towards the more expensive services but thats commerce, Right? All in all its a Good place. Always neat and clean.

Over priced for the service my daughter and I received. Rip off!🤬 it’s like they thought of a price. Kept offering everyone that came in, the dipping powder.

They are Pandemic Ready!!!!! They had all the State required equipment and practices in PLACE, in a neat, clean and safe way!!!!!! I Highly recommend this nail salon ...... I took my girls there for service as a Birthday gift and they did an EXCELLENT JOB! Polite, patient, and creative experience! we showed them a nail design from Pinterest and they did exactly what we showed them!@!!! So pretty! My daughter carelessly messed hers up after leaving, we went back and they gladly re-did the design@ AWESOME. L. MADISON & Girls

Wonderful service and very nice and polite workers. I go here for my pedicures because they take their time and not in a rush like other places.

Ill give them two stars because I absolutely loved the service and how my nails looked, plus my pedicure was amazing.I got a $45 full set, it was very simple, but beautiful, until my nails started popping, the great thing was Kathy give a 1 week guarantee. One nail popped off, I called Kathy said to come back, she fixed it with no problem and no argument. Great!!! The very next day 3 more pop off, but since the week guarantee was taken away the day I got the 1st nail fixed, I didnt even try and go back. I was super disappointed, that within 1 week I was missing 4 nails.

GiGi and Kathy did a wonderful job on my nails. They waited for me to arrive even when they were about to close in 20 minutes. I got a full set and my feet done. This place is AWESOME!!! I truly do thank them both for waiting on me and still taking their time. That was a great birthday present from them both. I appreciate you two ladies.

Huge selection of parking. And I like that they also have shields in the pedicure area, in addition to the nail techs are wearing mask. Make sure that you flip through the book. They hand it to you opened up on the most expensive page.🤑🤑 Each page has tons of manicure💅🏾 and pedicure choices!

Took my 6 year old daughter. She loved it she was greeted with ice cream and they were very attentive to her. Will definitely return!

I enjoy going to Lexi Nail Spa, however the last two times I went which was two weeks ago and today my nails did not come out like they usually do. Today I got purple and black ombré the guy who did my nails Danny he did a rush job my nails are not smooth like they usually are and they are dull and the job that he did was very disappointing. I hope the next I go there is someone there that will be professional and take their time

My mom and I stopped by to get our nails done 💅 you know mother daughter quality time and I got to say the environment is chilled and relaxing . Service was fast and they are very helpful when it comes to finding a specific color .

It is strange to me that some people writing a Review here seem to have had a negative experience. I think you need to keep an open mind; Ill come back to this shop as well as recommending it to my friends.

So if you want the best facial ever please go to this nail salon. But do not trust Brandon especially, but no one there to do your nail design. They do not know what they are doing and will charge full price even when they mess up your nails.

Theyre a bit pricey, I love my set (best set Ive ever had) but 159 for a full set, pedi with a overlay and a mani with polish for my 9 yr old was a but much. Id go back only for a special occasion.

I paid 109.00 for horrible work. I got a basic preduicure and very short nails. My nails are uneven and very thin. I will never go here again!

Booked a party for this location ... no music, snow cones were not good, initially had 1 lady to service all the kids drove 45mins from spring for nothing! The girls were happy with the polish and design at least but the customer service was not good, there were no balloons and the overall experience was underwhelming

My review is for nail spa 3 which I is across the street in the academy parking lot. They don’t have a google page, but the same company.Took me and my daughters in for mani pedis.the lady doing my nails barely spoke English, messed my drink up twice, but third time is a charm...They tried to upgrade my child like I wasn’t present and paying. Then they had employees sitting watching tv while one of my daughters needed a manicure. When I asked the lady who appeared to be in charge she said he doesn’t do manicures, I would think any licensed professional could do a manicure. Then when I asked her why she couldn’t do it (so we could all leave together) she said she couldn’t do manicures either.We went from 2 mani/pedis and another manicure to just two manis... and if I would’ve know how their services were going to be I wouldn’t have patronized here at all.as my one daughter got her nails painted instead of the nail tech recommending that the polish she chose was sheer she just painted her nails... my daughter being 10 was disappointed that her nails weren’t the colors she chose.

Do yourself a favor and go get your nails done here!!!.....Clean,play good movies,beverages quality full set!!!....trust me I’m picky!!!

Went in for the first time to get my nails done for a wedding. I got gel polish and the lady that did my nails painted over the cuticles( didn’t even try to cut or push them back) the first and the last time also to this shop

This man treated me with no respect, screamed and cursed at me all because I went back to get my toe color touched up. This man mistreats his workers i honestly believe he treats them as slaves.
