I use to go to a different nail salon but since moving to the area I had to find a new place, but I’m always a bit hesitant at first. I love the idea of having a receptionist never been to a place that had that before! My nail tech was amazing! I’m usually pretty picky with my nail salons because I easily get ingrown toe nails and like for those to be taken care of when getting a pedicure, and luckily this place did it and I couldn’t be happier! Everything about my experience was perfect! I am excited to come back again! Best nail place!!

From the walk in, staff were very unfriendly, they hardly cared to welcome me. The technician, TINA was not friendly, she never made any conversation, the 3 technicians, were chatting in their own dialog and were laughing and joking. Just because I was not getting an expensive full service, I thought they hardly care. If you want to go somewhere to get treated with respect, dont go there. They only care about making money.

First off the lady they gave me was horrible she rushed it and had an attitude because she didnt know how to do what I asked. I asked for a manicure and full set didnt get the manicure. Giving her a chance to do something else which is a simple french tip dip. Came out uneven, bubbles and inconsistent shaping. Maybe they just dont like black ppl here because everyone else was welcomed except me. So I wouldnt recommend this place if they cant do the simple things.

I have been coming to this nail salon for around 6 months. I normally would have nothing but good to say how ever today I brought my grandma to get a mani and pedi and her nail technician was horrible. She had a man named Andy. He was extremely inpatient from the start and quite aggressive with her hands. At the end of her appointment she noticed bubbles in the nail polish and she asked him to fix it. He did however he told her it was her fault and she should not be messing with her nails when it was in fact not her fault. Even after we were done and we were leaving he gave both me and my grandmother a nasty look. Out of all the nail techs I have seen at this nail salon he was the absolute worst and I don’t recommend seeing him!

Took my elderly mom for new set of Acrylic nails and pedicures for both of us. We both soaked off our nails while getting a pedicure. My nail tech put a towel on my lap with the bowl of acetone on top, my moms male nail tech did not even though she requested one. My nail tech carried my purse and shoes to the station to do my nails. My moms nail tech didnt carry anything for her while heading to the station for hands and my mom hit one of her fingers and it tore her nail to the point of bleeding. Then her tech asked her if she wanted her nails cut down and she said just a little bit. He cut one super short and said this is a good length for you. My mom was not happy and had him put tips on them. My nail tech was nice but my nails ended up being too thick and the edges had so much excess acrylic crumbles when they started growing out that I had to go to a different salon after a week and get them redone. I also realized when I got home that I never got the clear top coat on my toes and had to get them redone too. Needless to say we wont be back. I work in a hair salon and think you should treat all people with respect and being rude to elderly people is not cool!!!

Always an amazing experience

Anne did a great job on my pedicure, people are spaced appropriately which is nice, and wasnt too pricey. The only slight eh...was the girls up front were very gossipy and didnt say hello to people walking in, as they should have. The receptionist was wonderful though.

I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. Yesterday I came for ombré and asked for someone who really knew how to do it. After an hour and half, I got nails that were super thick and had bumps and ridges. The front desk person called the manager who only offered 20% discount. What a joke! I then called wanting to speak with the manager to ask them to fix it. I was told he was not there, and would call when he had time. Of course I never received a call back. This lack of customer service has just lost them a client!!

Need more staff on busy days instead of having customers sit next to another person, while they get their nails done. Who does that....too many nails shop for all of that none sense.

I’ve been coming here for years. Tam has always done a perfect job on my nails and pedicure. She takes her time and never rushes me out of the chair. I also want to thank the girls who work at the front desk. I usually come in unsure of what nail color to pick and they always help me find the perfect color.

I get the dip powder in my nails and they always look amazing. The staff is always nice and friendly. The services provided are always great and they listen to what your wanting done and if your not too sure they do a great job at creating you a beautiful set of nails.

I came on Saturday and I asked for the basic pedicure. The lady of course kept insisting that i get the jelly one. I kept telling her I want the basic one only because the jelly package is expensive at this salon. She was talking to the others the whole time and very loud. It was not relaxing for me whatsoever. When I went to pay she charged me 45 when i chose the basic 30 dollar package. I told her I did not ask for gel. she said the color i chose is gel. but the color that I chose was on a nail! no where does it say gel! i didn’t argue and paid it because I was in a rush. I need to remove the gel now because I can’t keep it on and it won’t come off!! I didn’t even want it in the first place!

The technicians rushed through the manicure and pedicure. I left the location with snags in my nails and rough cuticles. Not happy at all.

She rushed through the manicure and pedicure. She left lotion all over my arm. She rushed polishing my hand even if I’m not spending a lot customer service means a lot .. She also told my friend that my feet were big if that’s the case let me know not everyone in the shop know . She left me sitting at the table with the lotion all over my arm . She barely checked on the drying process then came up to me with some quick dry and that still didn’t work because my finger still smudged by trying to get up and also make sure my shirt is down in the back . she not only got the quick dry all on my leg she completely left and grabbed another customer. The place was great the person felt like she was rushing everything the pedicure and manicure.

I love this place! I have been a faithful customer for 4 years and I have always received great customer service. I am very picky about my nails and the staff there always makes sure I am happy. The atmosphere is relaxing and the color choices are endless. The staff does everything from simple manicures to ombre nails and rhinestones. Prices are a little high, but I dont mind since I have never found another place who gets it right every time.

A good place to relax and get something done

I always come to this nail salon when getting my nails done. I used to be a frequent customer at LexiLexis Nails Spa yet those prices kept increasing. Cinderella Nails have great nail techs but my go to are Taylor and Trish. I love it if one person is not there the other can do my nails just as good. This shop will give you a relaxing experience while getting your nails done and not to mention drinks!

They treat me like royalty. And my feet too!

I use to really enjoy coming here but the last few visits were very disappointing to say the least. I will not pay for overpriced nails that I have to go home and reshape myself. This use to be the place I bragged about but after taking a friend for a spa day and then taking her back to get her nails redone then and them seemingly being afraid to fix the problem only to have to go to a whole nother nail salon just to get her nails done completely over is just. Unsatisfactory. And very disappointing 😔😞☹️.

I feel so relaxed and pampered when I go! When I cant decide on a color, they always are very helpful. They dont rush and do each service and not together.

I got dip today, Im so disappointed because it doesnt look like what I asked also the technician kept hurting me while smoothing out my nail. On my pedicure he left polish on three of my toes, he didnt even bother to clean them.

My favorite nail shop. My favorite manicurist is La. he’s hilarious and I enjoy coming in to chit chat with him. I send everyone here who asks me for a nail shop recommendation. I’m always getting compliments on my nails.

I absolutely love this place. People are very welcoming, there is a huge selection of colors, and they do an incredible job. Bryan is my absolute favorite he pays attention to details and make sure my nails look flawless.

$70.00 for a pedicure and shellac would be well worth it if it was a good job. In my case it was horrible. It appeared my tech was new because another tech gave her a list to go by for shellac. My shellac wasnt even shiny my nail color looked dull. Im just so disappointed in this salon. They did try to correct the problem with the chrome color but they werent even apologetic or nice about it. Another tech fixed it but was rude about it. $70.00 is a lot for a very bad job. I dont ever want to go back.

This was my first time, and it was very nice! Very much like I didnt have to wait it was late in the day and I took my 74 year old mother with me just to see how they treat older people well she was very patient with her(love that), oh yeah I also love there drinks. Very good,keep up the great work! !!!!!

I like Cinderella. Its big so the wait isnt too bad unless you go at a really busy time. I usually get shellac, sometimes it lasts forever, other times it chips in the 3rd week which still isnt as bad as some other salons Ive been to.

Cinderella Nails was wonderful! We had a large bridal party there all getting our nails done, and because of the inclement weather, every one of us was late, but they never made us feel rushed or out of place. Everyone loved their nails, and the bride was really happy with her treatment. One of the ladies in our party was in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate her, without making it seem awkward. Its set up very well for large groups, and making a reservation was easy! If Im in that area again, Id go back in a heartbeat!

I have been to this salon several times and was pleased with my experiences until today. The pedicure I received was subpar to say the least. My feet didnt appear anything like they usually do after receiving a pedicure. When I attempted to show the tech the areas of concern, she said she had an appointment waiting. I wondered why my pedicure didnt last as long as it usually did. She was RUSHING!! Another tech came over to begin my manicure and I tried to talk to her about it but she just kept trying to shove my hands into a bowl of water. I declined the manicure because I was just ready to LEAVE at this point. I went to the front desk and told her about my experience and she said oh. I then asked for the manager and they said he wasnt in. I asked when he would be arriving and she said she didnt know. She took my number and said he will call me later. We shall see....

Pleasant place I come in with the wife and wait for her. Very busy so try to get appointment, but walk ins welcomed .📺 is on something to watch.

I can not wait for my nail tech Taylor to return, I have been going here for a long time and how I was treated and the service I received today was unacceptable, the tech was Kevin and from jump he was rude and rough on my feet, he act like he didn’t want to do it from that start. He cut my skin fixing my nail that broke then tried to blame it on the powder like I don’t know what I’m talking about. He began to coat my toes I ALWAYS ask for 3coats he wants to argue that it too thick, I let him know I get this every time I come. The the nail the he fixed was uneven the my other nail so I asked if he could file it down he told me know then become even more rude. That’s when I had to call Jennifer one of the ladies up front to take care of my problem, she was sweet and had someone else fix it since Kevin refused. Thanks Jennifer and Taylor hurry up and get back please.

This place has slowly been declining and today was the last straw.Have always felt SUPER rushed here but today was ridiculous. Went in with a friend to both get our nails done, but neither of our techs would sit us together and they said we would have to wait another 2 hours to sit together. Interesting because I saw other techs sitting people together even if it meant rushing another customer out before their nails were even dry...Moving on, my nails look TERRIBLE. I got dip powder and there are so many lumps on every single nail... The polish color also looks NOTHING like the swatch did. The tech cut up my cuticles so badly on each nail as well.Wish the techs would just care a bit more...

I got a facial and a manicure. They did a great job, especially the facial. I would definitely recommend this spa to everyone.

They lost 4 very loyal customers with how they handled our last bad experience! We will never go back and its a shame because my parents especially would spend money there and occasionally me and my daughter would but we last got our nails done the day before we went on our 7 day cruise and their coloring samples were ALL very off so to start the colors we picked were nothing like what we expected. THEN 3 days into our cruise my mothers nails started to crack and chip and we were on vacation so it wasnt anything she was doing, it was either poor quality or the way her nail technician did hers but it was extremely inconvenient as we were at SEA. By the end of our cruise she had 4 bad nails so the day we disembarked she called and the lady she spoke with said for her to go ahead and come have them ALL refixed so SHE SCHEDULED an appointment for the next day which was day 9 and then forced to wait around because fresh paying customers seemed to be priority to the OWNER who was very rude treated her like she was lying about everything only allowed her to fix the broken/cracked nails instead of all of them leaving the others to just chip and crack too!! Horrible customer service this was just before her bday too and she came home crying because of how it all made her feel and how they truly value their customers we will NEVER return not to mention every time I got mine done they would fall off which fortunately for them I would just use nail glue instead of making a fuss since thats an easier fix then CRACKED nails. The lady who fixed her FOUR nails was very nice and apologetic as my mom was crying even as she fixed them due to the owners rude demeanor, my mom even left her a tip as it wasnt her fault however they clearly dont value having regular loyal customers which is also a shame as there is plenty of competition in the area.....blessing in disguise perhaps maybe the next place will have better customer service and honestly better quality and longer lasting nails because this one clearly never lasts!!!!It wont let me reply to your response but I edited my post and put in capital letters where she SCHEDULED her appt and still waited around she was not a walk in and you say no questions asked thats not what I heard and she said you only offered 25% so now youre basically calling her a liar and Im assuming to try upholding your reputation. I also mentioned The color samples were VERY off and her technician was at least nice even though turns out she wasnt very good she tried being accommodating and sampling different colors for my mom to choose from since the dips samples were nothing like the actual color so my mother didnt know what color was used in the end! wish we had read the other reviews now we know to because there were MANY that sounded similar to our experience also I see how you put the dates the ONLY reason it took me so long to post my review is we went on vacation then it was her birthday week and back to school back to work We have been busy but it changes nothing we are still upset about our experience obviously the rest of those bad nails broke since you refused to fix them and they were all done incorrectly the only ones that lasted were the ones Dana redid and she did those while my mother was crying about how you treat your customers 👌👌 Dana was my last nail technician and she was nice although she rushed me and I did see a lot of that in the reviews my color was absolutely nothing like the swatch but I didnt fuss and although mine lasted about 10 days before they started popping off like I said I used nail glue and it was an easier fix but we will be taking our business elsewhere I definitely believe in blessings in disguise and although it hurt me to see my mother so sad just days before her birthday it made things clear for us!!!

I felt like they just wanted to sell me things and take my money. I went in to get a gel manicure but the guy technician I had talked me into getting dip nails. They might be good for people who like fake nails but I hated them. I didnt know what dip nails were, I asked the guy if it would feel natural and he said yes. He also said it was less damaging than gel and it would last longer. I was expecting something that felt like having a gel manicure but more durable. On the contrary its more like having acrylic nails, I couldnt stand them so the next day I went back and had them taken off and got a gel manicure like I originally planned. I paid $45 for the dip nails and another $25 to get them taken off and a shellac put on. Keep in mind that I did get a 20% discount the 2nd time I went in. I just wish I was better informed on what the dip nails were before I spent money on them.

I like the atmosphere of Cinderella Nails and Spa. The pedicures are WONDERFUL. they take their time and do a wonderful job. They serve champagne, wine etc, and sometimes I think women go to the nail salon to get trashed - most can hold their alcohol for the hour it takes to get serviced, but I must say Ive encountered a loud one in there before. I had Shellac/Gel nails done for several months and it never lasted 10 days on my hands. My toes tend to last a month wherever I go, but my nails didnt last, and theres no guarantee that Im aware of. Ive changed over to acrylic nails and I must say that theyve been great. Ive had them for 2 weeks with no lifting, so Ill be sticking to the acrylic.

So, this was my second time trying Cinderella nails and this nail salon has by far been the worst I have ever visited. I was dissatisfied with my classic manicure done by Jasmine. My nail polish was applied so sloppy that it cover my cuticles. She attempted to fix the polish, but the brush strokes overlapped and were still seen on the nails, leaving a chipped look. To conclude, I walked into Cinderella nails hoping for a classic manicure to show off to my colleagues and left with a sloppy manicure with poorly cut cuticles, and a chipped look. 😒

Went 2 weeks ago natural nails shellac and the guy convinced me to get them dipped ..well guess what my nails are all broken cracked one at time some of them have been very painful. I paid $127 for my pedicure and manicure plus Mani for my daughter. Never again

My pedicure with Cookie was amazing, my glass of wine was tasty, but my full set of SOS dipping powder nails ($45) with Holly is trash. This is the worst set I have ever had. My nails are uneven, thick and then in different areas, parts of my nails have no powder covering them and the file and finish are not neat.Ok....Im changing my review to one star because yesterday I went back to this nail salon to give them another try. Only because the owner or manager emailed and offered for another nail tech to complete my service. Well when I got there no one at the front desk knew what I was referring to, Jenny completed my nail service and although she was nice and quick my nails were ruined. See I dont wear false nails and she filed my nails to different lenths ans others were crooked as well as the colored powder used was lumpy. Im out $60 dollars this time....NEVER GOING BACK!!!
