I never really get my nails done, but wanted something stronger than press on nails, and more decorative than what I can do with my shellac kit at home for my best friends wedding. Good first time experience! Good job Vi! Looks better than the Google picture I came in with.Edit: all nails lasted more than 3 weeks, in fact I trimmed them down and kept them almost a month before finally getting them soaked off, which took 45 mins to soak and drill and file off. Money well spent!

Angela did a phenomenal job at my nails! I got themDone for my wedding and I received compliments all day long. She was a little rough but it’s your job to obviously say “hey that hurts” but other than that it was awesome!

Very clean! You get slice orange in your pedicure. Different at tge end they rub the slice on your leg with some salt scrub. Different for sure...

Have to brag about this nail salon because now that I live far away I miss it so much. This salon is so friendly and grow connections with their clients. They have many nail techs and I have never had to wait. I love Tina, she does a great job and I will be requesting to have her do my nails in the future.

The suggestion I have for Cozy is to consider nail colors that are coded to dip colors. Great staff.

I am very pregnant and needed a good pedicure so I tried Cozy Nail Lounge. The main reason being that I needed my heels/feet scrubbed well. My technician barely scrubbed my feet at all and I left with them looking basically the same as when I entered. Definitely disappointed to say the least.

Good service always.. Just.. I really didn’t expect to pay 55$ for a refill… I also am not a fan of how your not able to know the price your paying until after it’s all said and done and your just stuck paying. Mind you, nothing fancy. French tips..

Used to go regularly, unfortunately last appt. no one masked except employees and no social distancing, place was dirty with nail filing powder deposited on the chairs..will not be going anymore.

Visited Cozy Nail Lounge for the first time due to my nail salon flooding with Hurricane Harvey. It was recommended by several friends so I said why not give it a try. I had my nails done by Tracy and pedicure by Dana and the two did a fantastic job! I was a little hesitant at first because I am very picky and skeptical about the cleanliness of the tools. Kim welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I did make an appointment and was surprised that I didnt have to wait to be seated. I loved the whole orange slices in the spa during pedicure and the neck heated wrap with nice aromas. I will more than likely visit again and appreciated the technicians for taking their time and not rushing.

I love going to Cozy Nail. Mia is an absolute badass and saved my nails. The other staff members are so nice & they’re always so clean and organized. 10/10 recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new nail home.

GORGEOUS NAILS that took about an hour & a half, & at the time I thought that was long? So I went to 2 new places but was SO disappointed (think 3+ hrs for terrible nails) & Now I’ll be RUNNING back to cozy nail for QUALITY & BEAUTIFUL nails- i’ll see y’all next week💞

I paid for the 45 minute pedicure. I timed it and it lasted only 25 minutes I also paid for a 30 minute manicure which didn’t happen either. I sat in the pedicure chair at 10:51 and I was standing at the counter to pay at 11:38. So, a manicure/pedicure that should have lasted a total of 1hour and 15 minutes lasted only 50 minutes total. The manager also filed my nails and asked me if I wanted them shorter. As I was trying to decide if I wanted them shorter the manager said “yes or no” “ yes or no”. They were rushing me through and their only concern was getting more costumers in and out the door! I wasn’t pleased the first time, but was giving them a second chance! I will NOT go back.....very POOR customer service!!!!

Staff got me in quickly, everyone was wearing a mask, and everything was clean. Thu and Thi paid extreeme attention to detail, did an amazing job on my shellac fingers and regular paint on my toes, and made me really comfortable, especially since this was my first visit to a nail salon in YEARS! The staff even tried to help console a customers kids when they got fussy. Definitely reccomend and I will be back!

Update: Chaning my rating from a 4 to a 1.I’ve been going to this nail salon for a little over three years, and during that time my favorite nail technicians have changed. I went yesterday, and only saw two familiar faces it looks as if they have cleaned house and hired a completely new staff.Ken who has only been there a month worked on my nails. As Kim sat me down, and told me to wait I overheard the woman in front of me very upset with the gentleman working on her nails, she was talking about how he cut her, how she was in pain, and that her nails were not what she wanted at all. As I sat there I definitely felt bad for her, and hoped something like that would never happen to me.Then I experienced that moment when you just want to get up and run. The man working on her nails came in and sat down right in front of me 😬😳!!Long story short I hate my nails, theyre messed up, and he charged me $50 I literally got the same thing as two weeks prior without the additional cuticle trim $5 for $40. I have no idea how I went from paying $35-$40, and now the jump to $50 in the span of two weeks.When I asked Kim how it was $50, and told her that I just paid 40 with Katie two weeks prior she just replied “well Ken is not Katie” in the rudest tone possible. 😤-During my visit I was sitting on the right side in that narrow little walkway manicure area. While I was attempting to enjoy my manicure two women came up and talked with my nail technician Ken for about 10 minutes while one of them held this pamphlet in her hand with prices. I guess she was checking how much money he was making for the hour, or day so far that’s why am thinking he charged me for every little thing. I was always told that I would not be charged for a removal if I kept using the same place.- In addition to that rude encounter my nail technician talked to the man behind him almost the whole time in Vietnamese. A different woman/customer was sitting in front of me he was visibly upset about her encounter and visit as well.-At the end of the visit typically the nail technicians will get a hot towel wipe my hands, and then apply lotion to my hands and arms. Well, during this visit Ken gave me too much lotion for my dip remnant covered hands and arms that I had to get up and get a paper towel to wipe it off. As I tried to walk back to the station a woman was standing in that little walkway huddled around with other nail technicians just talking away. I tried to say excuse me she did not hear me over all of their chatter, and it wasn’t until one of the people she was talking to saw and told her that she needed to move.-I’m not sure if I’ve just been spoiled by other nail technicians, but I didn’t like that I had to rub in my own lotion and didn’t get a hot towel to wipe off all the dip dust that was all over my hands/arms. My anger was further exacerbated by having to pay $50 for my nails.The service here has just been getting worse and worse. I highly doubt I will ever return.Original from months ago: This is my favorite nail salon within a 20 mile radius. The only reason I cannot give this five stars is because we have had to leave on several occasions due to the long wait, and prior commitments.My favorite nail technicians are Twin (nails), and Lori.

My favourite nail place! They have so many pretty colours in every colour imagineable and even have every colour and shade in glitter, which I love!!! Theyre also super nice and are very accomodating ♡ My toes are slightly deformed and my feet bowed, but they have never made me feel different or other. The inside is so beautiful too with crystal chandelier and waterfalls and the chairs are super comfy and have built-in massagers!

Went here to redo my nails after a bad experience elsewhere. They took off my nails and redid them quickly I was out of there in less than an hour. I was so pleased with their fast and pretty work they did. Will be going back.

I just had a powder Mani with Amy and a pedicure with Betty. Both ladies took their time and had wonderful conversation with me. Everyone there spoke really good English. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They have waterfalls to separate groups of chairs. It was nice to listen to the flowing water.

Went for my first time to do my eyebrows. I loved it! I think the womans name was Tina, and she talked to my about my patchy brows and how I can fix them. She was great! Ill only go here from now on

Relaxing atmosphere. Eventhough it was busy, it was calm and peaceful. They have a full staff and the wait is minimal. Great colors and mani/pedi service selections. Prices are reasonable.

This is by the worst experience Ive had. It was extremely over priced i paid 169 for pedicure and manicure french shellac. The place was nice but the prices were over charged. When i asked for the price at the beginning she said she couldnt give a price at least not until i was done.But whe the job was done the price was over priced. I have never paid that much in my for a manicure and pedicure. Not ever going back there. I would recommend asking firmly what is the price before they seat you down.

I love my nails! I got a pedicure and dipped nails. Danh did the pedicure very relaxing and didnt take that long which I like. I did gel nails for the pedicure I am very pleased! Tina did the dipped nails and I love them! I love how she explained everything she did step by step and even cleaned under my nails after she was done. Ive gone to many other nails salons and thwy have never done that which I would request. This place is awesome! Will be going back next month for sure. The only thing I didnt like was being asked twice if they could do my nails and pedicure at the same time. It was a little pushy for that for no I refused both times I like to enjoy my pedicure the get the nails done and enjoy that. I think it is too hectic to get them done at the same time. Other than that their service was great!

Today was my first time here, I just found my new nail place! They were extremely thorough, they give you a real massage and my nails came out absolutely perfect. It was the best ombre set Ive ever gotten, highly recommend!

I have not had a pedicure in 7 months. My husband treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. I went here to get a pedicure on Dec 20. Less than a month later my entire pinky nail came completely off, with zero effort. My toenails have never done this before.

I went on yesterday morning for the first time at 10:00am for a pedicure and the pedicure was great by Trina! I was offered something to drink and I was given a rewards card as well. I will definitely be returning.

I had to find another place because custom nails no longer does refills. I read the reviews on this place because it is by my house and decided there was more good than bad. So I got a refill done. However it was a beautiful place and Bam did an excellent job I paid 40 dollars for just a refill. A little high but Ill go back because Bam did a superb job. I will need a pedicure. Any body know a person here that does superb work? Theres nothing worse that a horrible pedicure or manicure lol. I give this place a 5 star because it was a great experience.

The atmosphere is very relaxing, I especially love that there are no TVs. The massage chairs are nice, but the foot tub does not have jets. The staff is always very nice and work hard to make you comfortable. Pedicure 36 is the best- with the neck wrap and shoulder rub!!! Make sure you try the Cozy Cocktail! :)

Second, they do an amazing job. I had a particular way I wanted my nails to look and Tina did a fantastic job. I was so happy with the results. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

I’ve been here twice so far and I’ve had a pleasant experience both times. The nail techs and staff are welcoming and they do a great job at listening and giving me exactly what I ask for. This has officially become my new go to nail salon.

Decided to dump my nail salon. Service was good, but I wanted a more of a spa experience if Im dropping $80+ on nails. Also, they were slow as molasses. I made an appointment for 12:30 and they were ready for me. I was offered a cocktail and I chose the 36 dollar pedicure which includes the hot stone and shoulder massage. Loved it! My refill was nice. She shaped my nails how I liked it. Very nice. Will return.

Everyone here is very friendly. The pedicures are always done with such care. The nail sets are some of the most beautiful around. They have very talented people working here.

Since I moved to Pearland two years ago Ive been coming to Cozy Nails. They are conveniently located right in front of my neighborhood so it was a win win for me. Lynns my technician and shes AMAZING! The managers are also super nice as well as the other ladies. Ive never had a bad experience here, and if any issue came up like a nail being chipped or anything of that sort, they gladly will fix it. Hands down this is a great nail shop!

To be honest it wasn’t worth the money I paid. I won’t write a bad review regarding how my pedicure and manicure looks... they did a good job, however, the atmosphere and connection to you as the customer (which you also pay for) wasn’t at all good. I won’t be returning to this salon in the future. In my opinion, not worth what we women invest in for an overall “me” time experience....Still looking for a good nail salon in Pearland.

I am very disappointed with what a got compared to what I showed them. Kathy I believe was her name and she did not follow the picture and charged me 65 dollars and when I told her it wasn’t like the picture she told her manager that she didn’t feel like redoing them. Will not be going back to Kathy.

UPDATE. I accidentally left a 1 star review a couple of months ago. I pulled up the review screen and before I could write my review my phone died. I forgot to go back and write a review and just saw it. It definitely was 5 star service. I had a regular manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Both were amazing! I loved the heated neck and shoulder wrap. Both technicians were friendly and professional. My nails turned out beautifully. I will definitely be back.

Ive been to numerous other nail salons and this is by far the best Ive found in Pearland. The staff members make you feel so welcome and the professionalism and workmanship they display is like a breath of fresh air. My nails are on point every single time! I truly appreciate their work! You will not regret coming here.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been coming here ever since they opened with my best friend Nichole. We come every 2 weeks. Lynn does my toes, and Kim does my refill every time, and they are both phenomenal. I ventured off once and I just cant ever do it again. They are the best, and every person there has the best customer service. (They also have a stamp card that after so many visits you get 20% off) its great!

After changing my original 4 rating to a 2, I received a very nice response from Cozy Nails requesting that I come back and give them another chance. I did. This time, rather than getting Shellac/Gel nails, which were ruining my natural nails, I tried the Powder/Dip and the results were wonderful. First, they looked great; second, they lasted almost 3 weeks, and last, because of the Vitamin E in the powder, not only did they not harm my nails, they actually made them grow faster and stronger.Because of convenience, I went to a different salon to have the powder nails redone. I felt like I was simply two hands, and not a whole person. Seldom was I spoken to, although the employees visited with each other the whole time -- in Vietnamese -- which I think is kinda rude. Then, several times, I either felt the heat of the instrument or the drier, and it literally burned, and my nails were sore when I got finished. I will definitely be returning to Cozy Nail, and I definitely recommend them. If you ever have a problem, just talk with one of the managers, Amy or Michelle. Happy nail experience!

I got eyebrow and lip waxed just now. A light touch is not a good thing when you get waxing. I have lots of little hairs left. Will be going somewhere else to get the job finished.

Cozy nails is hands down the best place ever!! I went for a pedicure an hour before closing and it was the best one Ive ever had and my nail lady took her time and made sure I had the best experience. Most nail places rush you if you go right before closing but that is not the case here at all everyone is super sweet and makes sure that you are taken care of. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and the place is very inviting and beautiful inside. They are also really clean everything is spotless and sanitized they even put a lining in the pedicure bowl along with fresh slices of lemon and it DOES NOT smell like strong acetone when you walk in like it does at other salons. I also enjoyed the complementary shoulder and neck massage after my pedicure! All around my experience was spectacular I will never go anywhere else, wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.P.S This was my first time there and was a great long lasting impression. Thanks cozy nails!!

When they first opened I enjoyed coming here but their quality of service has really gone down hill. They are not very friendly and they rush you through. The last two times I got fake nails the polish was worn off after three days, Ive had to insist on getting crooked nails filed and the nails the technician put on didnt even match my nail size so there were some where my natural nail was showing along the sides. They also try to get you add on extra services, $5 here, $10 there trying to convince you that its needed. Just skip Cozy Nail Lounge and go to one of the other many nail salons in the area.

I have been looking for a good nail salon for months. I was referred to this one and today I went . I greeted the lady at the front desk and she just asked what I needed today . She looked annoyed didnt even smile. I went o the restroom before sitting down, when I came out 2 ladies were waiting for me, both with long faces not friendly at all. I asked if everything was okay!? There was no reply so I asked again they both said yeah but still looked upset so I decided to leave. I was looking forward to relaxing but wasnt about to waste my money here. These people need to learn some customer service or seek a different job.

I visited Cozy Nail Lounge for the first time on 6/29/17 and I was thoroughly pleased! The atmosphere was nice and relaxing! My technician Tina was awesome! I have found my new zen place to distress.

But my GF wanted to get her nails done on Mothers Day and so I came along for the ride and ended up getting a manicure.The service was great, fast, and super inviting.Anyone that says the ladies were rude is wrong; they were great! My GF has been going to another place for years and said she wanted to come back here. Good enough for me to give 5 stars because shes picky!

I generally like coming here and especially am fond of Jenny who is an expert at doing a very thorough pedicure. this last visit, however, has left me questioning whether I should return . my nailbed is showing through on two of my bed through on two fingers and it hurts like hell. After getting home I realized that my cuticles are huge. I was in so much pain during the manicure I neglected to inspect my cuticles. On top of it, they charged me $5 extra to take off residual acrylic from fake nails - VERY minimal. Lastly, I received one stamp for my pedicure which is fine but my daughter, who paid for her manicure and my horrible manicure and her pedicure only received one stamp as well. She went back in to ask about it and they still refused to give her just one more stamp. Bad form all around.

Ive been a loyal customer. Usually, I call and make appointments with Leanne. On July 1st, I walked in. Asked the manager if Leanne was busy. Manager called her out in vietnamese. Leanne also answered in vietnamese. Thats rude for those of us that dont know their language! Manager translated. Leanne said she had a headache and couldnt do my nails. I then asked manager if she could recommend another experienced tech. She said No, that I could come back tomorrow to see Leanne. If youre sick, GO HOME! If youre asked to recommend another experienced tech, DONT BE RUDE! Theyve lost my business!!!

I use to love going to this nail salon; however, lately I feel like the technicians are rushing and doing sloppy jobs. I got a pedicure on Friday and I pointed out the fact that the bottom of my feet were peeling and she just piled up more oil on them. She never used a scraper or anything to get rid of the dead skin. I feel like I wasted 36 dollars. I am probably going to call a manager and speak with them about my poor service.

My nails did look good but service was RUSHED, everyone but me was offered a drink and my nail tech Katie didn’t say a word to me. I got dip for the first time and I do love it but service is not worth becoming a repeat customer.

I had a $50 pedi with DANA and she is AMAZING and very helpful, as well as friendly.. My sister sat beside me and had a lady named SAM, she was very unfriendly and rude like.. The lady with no name tag was very unfriendly as well.. DANA made up for them though.. I Plan on going back for nails this week.. I can deal with a few bad apples because I can match their unfriendly attitude with a smile on my face..

I did not get any service done at this salon. My wife got her toes and nails did then she kept complaining about how uncomfortable it was during the service because she had 2 people working on her at the same time and how the pedicure lady skimmed the actual time of the pedicure on her. Shes happy with her finger nails that the lady named Betty did.

I’m so sad because I used to love this place but the service has gotten very bad. I got there before they even opened and was wanting a mani pedi and it took them so long to get to my manicure and once they did my lady walked away and I was waiting for 20 min because she forgot me. They said they were running behind and didn’t have people to do me but they were continuously taking people In and those people were getting their services right away. I defiantly won’t be returning this wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also I came with my friend and they messed her nails up so bad. She wanted them lo and coffin shaped and they did them super short and almond shaped

The lady that is always there right when you walk in is very RUDE and Unprofessional!!! She tried to make me wait one hour while she assisted everyone walking in. Lady Please!!!! I walked right out that place and I’ll Never go BACK!!!!!!

I come here many many times, normally i get this same lady Quin i think? She spells her name weird and she’s done an “okay” job but today she was flat out rude, and my nails hurt and look horrible! They are crooked different lengths and look so bad. Very disappointed because i love this place.

I have been going to this location for over 6 months and I loved my nail tech. Well my tech left and is nervous due to the few times other workers did my nails they would break. A new tech did my nails and I loved it. I went back to her a 2nd time and my nails lifted in 3 days. I went back to.get forget them fixed. I wasnt rude and offered to pay for it. The owner gave me my old nail techs number randomly. When I got ready to pay the owner said that the new nail tech felt like it was told much pressure to do my nails because I came back after it broke. She said maybe you should call the old tech. Really?? So youre mad that I wont nails that dont break.after 3 days? I have never been so insulted. I will NEVER return.

Place is clean, people are nice, prices are higher than normal and NOT WORTH IT NEVER GOING BACK EVER! My toddler received a better pedi than me they rubbed her down where i appreciate it WHAT ABOUT ME THE ONE PAYING THE FREAKING BILL. The one in real need of relaxation.
