Expensive and not the best quality. I went to them because they advertised as being very good at designs.I really regret coming here because they charged so much and I didn’t even get a good quality design. The shape is good, but the design is rough and not worth $85 (not including the tip).The white is pretty rough and messy. The black looks better but they did shellac on top of powder and it peeled a few hours after I left and was still wet underneath.

My first time here was a FANTASTIC experience. Mason did these BEAUTIFUL nails for my 21st birthday!! He was so nice. So was Nancy who did my pedicure, eyebrows & lip wax! They were patient/accommodating and took their time even though I came right before closing time. Definitely coming back!

This is my first experience in Houston! By far one of the best nail salons and nail techs. The person who serviced me was Bi also known as Henry. He is a true artist! He was very skilled in doing a free style nail art and also very patient with me. He did a phenomenal job on my nails for my sisters wedding. I highly recommend visiting him in the future.

This was our first time patronizing them, and they absolutely DO NOT care about customer service or retention. We paid almost $200 for 2 pedicures and a manicure, I have NO problem paying for good work and service. Not the case here, after not even 24 hours my feet are peeling in places, the heel looks bad, and the French manicure is already chipping, and again it hasnt even been 24 hours, I havent washed dishes, taken a bath, gone swimming nada. I go back wanting to give them an opportunity to make it right and me a satisfied customer and the manager tells me they dont guarantee, I have dry skin, and they dont guarantee regular polish. I said maam its been less than 24 hours, that is ridiculous. I will NEVER go back...Two days later this is my manicure, RIDICULOUS, this is nail polish that has been thinned out with nail polish remover...

Always come here for my acrylics! Love how they do them exactly how I want them to. It is kind of pricey but you get what you pay for! Me and my mom love to come and de-stress at this place as well.

The variety of colors they offer always allows me to match whatever event I’m getting ready for! The environment here is friendly, clean and very professional.

The work was absolutely incredible😁💙. The service was a little bit on the pricey side however based off of the many reviews and vibe of the entire place, it was clear that the price itself WAS WORTH IT 🤩 Sophia was amazing and was very gentle and precise. I requested a white tip overlay, and these were my results. It looks like I have glitter under the overlay from previous experience the overlay is not supposed to look like this. I’m not sure if the nail tech was new, but I will not be recommending nor returning to this salon. It is overpriced, and the service is not the best. Salon Definitely needs improvement.

Jessica and Ruby were absolutely wonderful! The hospitality was top notch. This was my first experience here, which I was referred by my roommate! They offered complimentary drinks right away (the strawberry frozen margarita was delish) while my feet were soaking for my pedicure. Even though it was packed, the wait was under 5 minutes to be seen! I got the organic jasmine coconut rice pedicure, worth every penny! Will definitely be returning for our next girls spa day :)

I went to get a pedicure. My problem was the lady that did my pedicure was in such a rush that she cut me twice with the cuticle nipper pretty bad. My toes were still bleeding when I left there and are very sore and scabbed now. That is unacceptable because it could have been avoided if she was not in such a rush. Pedicures are suppose to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will not go back there.

What I asked for vs. what I got. I would’ve appreciated the nail tech letting me know that he couldn’t do the design but instead he proceeded to charge me $15 extra dollars for the design that looks nothing like the picture I showed. I ended up getting engaged this weekend and was glad I went to another local salon to get them fixed.Reply to owner: I didn’t get the name of the person who did the nails. He was a young man with tattoos.

Kim and Nancy are the two I trust when it comes to my nails and pedicures.!I have Nancy who does my pedicures and it’s soooo relaxing 😌 I end up falling asleep that’s how relaxed I feel when she does my pedicure. As far as my nails Nancy referred me to Kim. She knows how picky I am however when I had Kim do my nails I never went back to my old nail salon. I show her pictures of designs I want and she ends up doing them better than the picture. King nails is super clean and so beautiful. Plus their drinks….YUM!

Besides being cut on my pinky nail and bleeding, my nails look decent. Sophia, Sophia Cutie the nail technician treated me like I was an inconvenience to her day, even after telling her I was looking for a regular person to see bi-weekly for nail services. I stayed 5 minutes extra so she could take pictures of my nails for her Instagram account, which I didnt have to do. Then when it was time to pay I asked for a small discount since she cut my pinky finger and she continuously rolled her eyes during the time I was paying and gently I told her I felt disrespected by that, she did not apologize but continued. And I STILL tipped 20%, because I am a good client. I need a place to come every 2 weeks but because of Sophias unprofessional and rude attitude I will not be back here unless I can be sure that someone else will take care of me.

These people are OVERPRICE, and do rush jobs. They pretty much pay for good Google reviews to draw customers in.They want you to just sit there and not point out when they are not doing a good job and not say anything.And Ken, with his little man complex thinks he does such a great job, but news flash you just ok..They sit there talking in there language talking about the customers, and not professional.

I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to gel pedicure and I had to decline multiple times. My nail techs were very nice but it seemed like everyone was in a rush. My pedicure and manicure were done at the same time, I was reaching over to one side of the chair so the lady could do my nails and I couldnt really enjoy either of the services. The gel on my fingernails feels very thick compared to others Ive had, and I still have callous spots on my feet that werent smoothed out very well. I was hoping to have a better experience, and I dont think I will be coming back.
