Nice little neighborhood hall, good for a small gathering of 100 or so people. Full size bar affordable rental.

Had a 21 year old birthday party here recently. Laurie was amazing. She allowed us to come decorate the space the night before, since it was available. This saved us so much time and headache. We booked here back in the 90s and its still as dependable and affordable today. Highly recommend!

Had my baby’s first birthday and baptism, everyone fit and the owner was very nice. As long as you get the place clean you can get deposit back. Loved the bar and space. Only thing is there’s not much parking. Wished they had more.

It was a nice hall, but u have to bring your own cleaning supply. Plus mop.the fridge was filthy everything including the bar area needed to be disinfected

Terrible terrible terrible!! We were trying to throw my sister a sweet 16, we received a confirmation for the date and they told us to bring in the payment that Saturday. When we got there we got turned away because the day was already booked. There is no communication, my sister is very upset now.

The hall is great and spacious. Just hate that the calendar is not updated properly with the available dates. Then if you want to reserve a date you have to be there between 10- 10:30 am on Saturday or Sunday. They day I went Had me waiting outside til 11am and for nothing because the date that shows available on the calendar they had it booked already.

A nice hall to rent out, if you can. Parking would be a slight problem, as you would have to find parking on the street. This would require you to feed the meter or find parking on the side street. The lighting is nice in the halland they do have cooking facilities avalable, should you choose to use it.

My family and I have done countless parties here we love it. Spacious it’s nice and affordable the separate kitchen and bar are super essential and the owner is very nice

Has everything you need to host a medium to large (100 ppl) event. Coolers could have been cooler; good prep area for food.

Very Unprofessional

As a law abiding American citizen I can not recommend renting the Schorsch Village Hall. Not that there is anything wrong with the hall itself, its because of that offensive sign they posted. Its one of those offensinsive Gun Free Zone signs that lets every criminal and felon know that the people inside are unarmed and helpless to defend themselves and their families against a criminal. That sign will not keep me or my family safe when a felon chooses to enter anyway. The feelings are in the right place, but its better to think using logic, rather than emotion. Honest law abiding citizens like myself will not break the law by entering a posted building. Will the felon stop because of a sign? You decide.
