Love going to the smaller places, very good customer service. I usually get this older woman with glasses. Love her! I dont like the massage chair, so always turn it off.

I like Super B nails only because of Kenny. Kenny is one of the best nail techs and shapers in the city and Ive yet to find anyone like him. However they have horrible customer service. The woman who does the designs isnt the best. She did a horrible job and instead of just saying she couldnt do that design she did it anyway knowing she couldnt and I still had to pay for it. Over the years they have drastically raise their prices and at this point its just not worth it anymore. To be honest Kenny is the only reason they are still in business.

Customer service sucks completely... However the nails turned out lovely...Please hire someone to manage the phone line ONLY I couldnt speak to one person over the phone.

Kenny always does a good job. I hadnt been there in 7 years and when the other day and they remodeled. Plus they have Mary from one of the 1st nails salons in town. Magic Nails everyone went there back when I was in junior high. I will definitely be back. Mary made me feel good plus she still gives a HELL OF A PEDICURE.. Jennys wife does eyebrows also and she has my eyebrows on FLEEK..
