Krystal/Crystal was very helpful and nice. Tus car wash completely drys your car (95% of it) unlike other car washes. Picture below shows the drying process from sides to top of the car. Amazing car wash!! Won’t go to another

I had a really good experience at this car wash, I usually don’t take my car to express washes but I’ve been so busy at work that I thought I would try them out. They have a really good 2 dollar off special going on right now and the customer service was amazing!!!! I got the first class wash and my car looks as shiny as when I first bought it!!!! The supervisor Crystal was super friendly, I will recommend anyone to go here, my friends and family will hear all about it. Also the facility was super clean and maintained and the air guns work great.!!!!

This car wash does a better job than that of a competitor down the street. The system here doesn’t rush you through and leave you with a half-washed car. I haven’t been to the neighboring car wash since this one opened and I have to pass it to get here. I recommend it.

Better than speed wash around the corner at topaz and bear valley.. it has more equipment to dry car that actually work unlike speed wash..also speed wash changed the soap they originally used when they opened and only recently switched back to it because jet wave opened up.. hands down better than any car wash on bear valley west of 15 freeway.. also its cheaper than speed wash

This place is the best wash in the HD .. The staff is extremely helpful💯💯 the membership is well worth the price for the month...I can go as many times I want👍 with a new car I gotta keep it looking great and Jet wave makes that possible💯

They were experiencing some technical difficulties and let me know they would have to wash the car by hand. They did such a great job! Had us pull around so they could hand dry the car and made sure everything was up to our satisfaction! It’s a brand new business and unexpected things happen! But this is how you treat a customer!

This newer car wash is pretty awesome. They have staff to help you get checked in, if you get the highest package you get a air freshener, and a microfiber towel. The end of the wash they have a drying roller to get any left over water off.

Im fully impressed by this car wash over the others in the city. They are efficient despite the long lines. Very controlled and organized, that I truly appreciate.They wash cars very well, customer service is there and very informative.The air dryers work fantastically.Ill be back.

Always an excellent experience here with the associates and havent had any issues yet regarding the actual wash (no scratches, smudges, or any wheel shine splashes on my truck) like I would get at speedwash. The best in the high desert.

I have to admit at first i thought another car wash, but after receiving the wash i have to admit the truck looks immaculate. I love the fact that it didnt feel like a quick wash. Whenever I can splurge i will definitely go back to them. Also glad is just a block away from home.

We got their premier wash for free at their Grand Opening. Great way to get us in the door. Our car came out totally sparkling and dry cause their wash includes a cloth dry in the end in comparison to most washes. We have a new car wash spot now!

This is the best Car Wash in Victorville......hands down....From the customer service, the up to date technology, over all cleanliness....not to mention the state of the art bathrooms (super clean) and the amazing bending machines......over all I give it a 12 out of 10. Highly recommend this place, I just got a basic car wash and was very impressed at how shiny my car was after.

It looked so cool on the outside and on the inside, it had so much fun colors and it dried nicely. The only thing was that there was soap all over the side of the door. But after all it was a great spot

After all the work done to get this car wash built, its really subpar to be honest. There were still lots of sap and spots on my windshield and overall it was just kind of meh. The workers are all really nice, though!

This is RIGHT by my house. And the vacuums are so strong. Cleans my interior so nicely. Hope it stays this nice.

The girls there are rude. The girl tells me to wait they just opened and walks off then other cars drive up and lets them in. Then the greeter doesnt say anything when I pull up I have to say hi she doesnt even say anything and just points to the screen and gives me my air freshener

This weekend was the opening! They kindly gave out free wash.. The staff was polite and I liked the wash especially the big drying roller. It dried up my front window left it spotless.

This new carwash is in a convenient location. No other businesses there so its easy in and out, which I like. They have free vacuums too.

$7 today was $5 special for some reason unfortunately theyre not like the other car wash we have here that looks identical because they dont give out dog treats but they were very considerate and said that they would consider bringing that up in headquarters to make dogs feel relaxed and not scared during the car wash process

The car wash was a nice experience the staff was eager to please but the blowers to dry the water off my truck didnt do well thats why I didnt give a 5 star maybe they can beef up the blower motors and Ill change to s5 star!!!!!!

POOR WASH, POOR DRY. THE CAR WAS STILL DIRTY AND I SHOWED THE EMPLOYEE TO LET THEM KNOW BUT SHE WAS JUST SUPER RUDE. SHE ACTUALLY ACCUSED ME OF MAKING THE CAR DIRTY BY PUTTING TAR ON MY CAR UPON EXITING THE WASH... I MADE IT CLEAR (SAID IT TWICE) THAT I DIDNT WANT ANYTHING, THAT I WAS ONLY LETTING HER KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND SHE STARTED CLAPPING HER HANDS IRRITATED WHILE TALKING (GHETTO!).
