Ive been renting a property for over a year and seems like every week theres a problem. Whenever it rains I have no hot water because the hot water heater is outside and gets flooded. Multiple power outlets do not work(never fixed). Windows are broken and do not open. Swamp cooler blows out hot air and is filthy (they never clean ducts)walls are cracked. Etc... Terrible renting experience by far

Former tenant here. I loved going through 3D. They have good properties and are always willing to work with you. Repairs CAN sometimes take some time, as its a small office with one or two on call repair people spread across several properties. Other than that, Ive had nothing but good experiences with them

Ive lived outside of the county for several years now and have left my Tucson property under the care and management of 3-D. I always have renters and receive my monthly payments on-time and deposited directly into my account. If ever there is an issue with my house, I can always count on open and clear communication with the 3-D staff. They take care of everything so that I dont have to, and thats exactly what I want.

Im currently residing at a residence of 3d Brokerage I lived here for a little over 3 years and cant complain much. We enjoy living here only issues we mainly have had been with our swamp coolers in the summer but even with that they send crew members out and they do their best. Thank you 3D.

I have been a tenant with 3D Brokerage for 6 years. There is not one thing that I can say bad about this company. Whatever changes or adjustments within the home that needed to be made they have done it. If there was miscommunication with payments or anything else they were persistent to call and get the issue taken care of. Living on Pastime Rd under 3D has been amazing. Only downfall is a company swooping my house from underneath them and it has been a disaster with Main Street Renewal. If anything that is the company you need to watch out for. I will be back to rent through 3D and they are the top property management company I refer. Thank you 3D. - Ariel

This place is absolutely awful. I am an owner of a property in central Tucson. They routinely didnt follow up with tenants about things, I had to do it for them. Some of the stipulations in the lease were not met, but they refused to take any action. The final straw was after our second tenant with them notified us that they had failed to respond to a pretty important repair request for 2 WEEKS and tried to blame us for this response time. After we cancelled our agreement with them, they proceeded to fail to give us the full amount due to us from our account with them and they would not return my phone calls to resolve the matter. Then the accounting department hung up on me twice and was completely unprofessional, but of course there was no wrong doing as far as the upper management was concerned. This place is run by a family and a few non-family members and thus, there is literally nothing that an employee can do to get into trouble and they know it. You couldnt pay me to entrust another property to them. We paid them 10% of our rental income for two years to do literally nothing.

The place had a whole host of issues when I first moved in and when I contacted the company for repairs, not only did I have to pester them to get it done, but they asked me why I rented the place if it was so bad. Their communications to me have been overwhelmingly rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. When I moved out, it took over a month to get my deposit back. In email, they said that I left the place in good shape, so my deposit would be coming back to me very soon, but when I got the deposit, it was over $100 short. When I asked what the issues were, they said that they had to dust the ceiling lights and clean some black scuff marks. They charged me a hundred dollars for 5 minutes worth of cleaning and when I asked about it, they said they had nothing more to say and referred me to the Landlord Tenant Act. They charge you to do their own work and then are rude about it. Do not use this company.

Terrible company. Remember to write every little thing on your move in inspection, landscaping, everything, they WILL rip you off. Had to buy my own ac because they never fixed my cooler after relentless calls i made. The electricity in half the house never worked. Aside from many other ridiculois situations i encountered and endured, just remember. NEVER rent or purchase from 3D brokerage.

Horrible company most of them seem like they hate there job! Have not fixed anything in the 4 months Ive lived in the property, but when they want a document from u theyve missplaced u r expected to jump. Kendra is the rudest! I called her to assure myself I had everything I needed for her. I kid u not it set her off, only negative comments from there on out came out of her mouth, reason being she already told my husband what was needed. Worst company Ive ever gone through!

The bad reviews youre reading arent a lie. 3D Brokerage is probably the worst property management company Ive ever dealt with. My whole experience was negative. From being charged a cleaning fee to move in and it not being clean and moving out being charged a cleaning fee even though it was extremely clean and cleaned by professionals. From being told that its my responsibility to maintain the property however according to the lease I cant do any work. From calling the emergency hotline on multiple occasions and them not coming out when needed or having to deal with Andrew and the emergency hotline man who clearly are incompetent. If youre thinking about going with 3D brokerage think again. Dealing with them is signing up for dumb fees moving in and out, an always busy property manager, and the incompetence of a rude old man who never files your emergencies to get things fixed.

They have cheated me on my move-out. We moved out in good terms and clean the entire house corner to corner. And now they are going to over charge me to have someone clean it up for $185. Touch up paint for $125 from the guy who came to fix our doors by hammering in the walls... RIDICULOUS!!!! Then the yard, Im being charge $100 for natures doing??????

Unbelievable! My husband and I were extremely interested in a property for rent. We called on a Friday to set up a walk through and the woman told us it was having work done to it to call back Monday to do the walk through. I called first thing Monday a man answered and said it still wasnt ready. I then told him we were very very interested and did not want to lose our chance to see the home. I asked if he wanted our information so they could contact us when ready. He told me no to just keep calling.... (To me that was very unprof.) So everyday this week i would call and get the same response. Being rushed off the phone. Today I called and was told the property was rented out! I was so upset and explained to the man on the phone what i was told and put through trying to see this house. He tells me that 50 people were fighting over this house!? Ummm ok how hard is it to run an honest business? Just tell us it has been taken instead of stringing me along for nothing! We wont be using this company to rent a home through needless to say. If they treat potential renters this way i can only guess how we would had been treated as renters. Just highly upset.

Very Rude! I called to check on a listing that is on their website and was the man that answered interrrupted me mid sentence to tell me it was not ready. I told him it was not a big deal since I didt need it right away, he sounded rushed in a hurry to get me off the phone, told me to call back when Matt or Daniel was available. Why list a property that is not ready, or at least indicate on the description when it will be so that we dont waste our time calling!

Andrew helped me out the many times I locked myself out or needed something. Even let me borrow his can opener when I was cooking in the middle of the night. Place is pretty quiet and rent is fair.

I leased an apartment from 3-D. They were quick to handle repairs and always very pleasant.

As a renter, they have been the best property management company in Tucson by far.

Worst service ever, people are very unprofessional and lie about everything so they can get people to apply knowing you won’t qualify... Mathew is very rude and is the worst manager I ever talked to! Do not fall for this company

Excellent company and staff are great...

The place is very close to university of Arizona, But the location is terrible and dirty, Also inside the apartment everything is dirty, the title is broken also if something happing in your apartment they will never come to dice anything .I don’t recommend this place to anyone .
