This business definitely specializes in acrylic nails and designs. They are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately for me I was asking for a service they do not do much of, dip ombre. I was told this cannot be done, which I know can be done since I get this service often from another salon.I had to ask for proper removal of the dip that was on my nails when I came in. The tech cut one of my nails down and was trying to pry the dip off. My natural nails are thin and this would have ripped my nails off with it, i know from experience.I was told acrylic nails were a better alternative and then my own nails were cut down, without asking, to put tips on. Seems a little counterproductive to cut my nails off just to apply tips and then file them down to where my own nails length had been. I understand that acrylic is basically the same as dip, but having tips instead of my own nails is not. I paid 10 dollars more for this visit than I normally would at my home salon, 70 total that included a 5 dollar tip. I believe in tipping but normally tip at least 10.Theres nothing wrong with telling a customer that you are unfamiliar with a service so they can choose to go somewhere else. Theres a big difference in a expert opinion on a service that a customer asks for, from doing something different just because you are unfamiliar with a process.The service I received, acrylic nails in pink and white, was done well.Apache does very well with long acrylics and designs on nails.

My son had a pedicure for the first time age 11 and LOVED it.My daughter got mani, gel pedi and acrylic age 9.Great service, Quality and professionalThis is by far BEST place to go, beyond happy with our care.

It has been 2 days since my gel manicure and it had already started to chip.The day of my manicure, I was left with gel nail polish on my skin, nail edges not painted, and a hangnail. Definitely was not worth $70++

Apache Nails performs excellent service. I have used the salon for several years. They are professional and kind, always glad to see you. They work as a team and any of the staff will provide great service, they stand behind their work. Linn, Vicky and Kim as well as others have provided quality manicures and pedicures. First off, I have to start by saying my nails did look good at the end. They took their time and did a good job. But, I was hounded to pay with cash about 20 times. Which I found annoying. I only had my credit card and again they asked me to use the ATM in the salon to take out cash. And again when I asked to add on tip, they asked for cash tip instead. He also watched me real close to the receipt while filling in the tip amount. He made sure to remind me another 4 times that he cut my cuticles for free. lol. So for that reason alone and the hounding about cash and insinuating tht he deserves a good tip, I probs wouldn’t go back. Also, I found their prices kinda expensive. I paid $53 for dip nails, where elsewhere is $40. Weird to pay for dip removal. Never have to elsewhere. Also they tack on 3% fee when you pay with card, imagine that.

Very good and fast. Precise without too much fuss. I dont see out color so for me it is perfect!

My gel manicure did not even last one week. 2 fingers chipped within 3 days which I went and got repaired (2 separate times). Then today 4 fingers lifted completely and have fallen off. Im extremely disappointed in the poor quality work or materials. Everyone was nice, so this a real shame and I will not be going back.

So i went my usual nail place and for the 3rd time was not happy with the length after telling them i wanted them long and on top of that they stabbed me and couldnt even finish my set so i decided to try Apache Nails and I got exactly what I wanted it was perfect. The service there was amazing and they had awesome prices I would recommend to a friend. Definitely coming back

I’ve been going here consistently for 5-6 months and I’m never disappointed when Jessica or Sam do my nails. Tell them what you want and they can make it happen, and it always looks good.

I last minute decided to treat myself and get some nails. I just moved to Rochester and called several different places to see if they could fit me in and Apache Nails was more than happy to. They did an excellent job and the man who did my nails took his time and made sure I liked them! Definitely will be going back!

Not worth it. Went in for a gel pedicure and had so many imperfections on the gel application. Only upside is that everyone was nice.

45 minutes waiting, but it is worth. I am happy I waited. My nail tech was so nice, got the best pedicure ever. I slept while i was getting a pedicure. Nice relaxing, i did not get my nails done, but i am sure they can do good nails too, because i saw a lot of nail design pictures which they have done for other customers, i add some of them on here to proof what i said

They are very rude when it comes toBlack people and they like to waste your time. I was waiting for more than an hour to get my nails done. They told me to keep coming back and had new customers who were white go in front of me.

Came in as a walk-in after going to another salon for years. It was recommended that I give these fine people a try, and Im not even mad! They did a fantastic job! I will definitely be coming back here!!

Apache nails is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few. I’ve come here at least 5 times now and I didn’t want to give a review until I had been a couple of times. Every nail technician has been absolutely amazing and honest about my nails. They would rather tell you the truth than try to make more money off of you. I had Jessica this last time and she was fabulous! She did my nails in the picture. Would definitely recommend!!

I have had many pedicures and this was by far the best one! They were extremely friendly the entire time and did a great job on my nails. I loved how they took their time and didn’t rush on to the next customer! I will be going back! ☺️

I went there about 8 days ago. i got acrylic nails, they cost me $50. I LOVED THEM! but half of them have already fell off, i think that is ridiculous.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Got my pink and white holiday nails done. They were very prompt and professional, they have plenty of people there to work. They offer many different kind of pedicures. They do extra steps on basic pedicures, like a sugar scrub exfoliation and calluses remove, and foot massage. Reasonable price

I went here to get acrylics done a week ago and two of my nails have already fallen off. They have started charging more but have yet to change the prices on their sign. I came out of the salon already with a damaged nail. Will not be returning.

I am so happy I came here! Im from Chicago and was in desperate need to have my nails done properly. I had my nails messed up at Crystal Nails in Orland Park, Il so since I was on a work trip I decided to come here and try it. Jessica did an amazing job on my design and the quality of my nails. She wanted to make sure she did my nails exactly how I wanted and before moving on to the next step asked how I liked it which I thought was very considerate. Jessica is a funny woman, she had me laughing throughout my visit. Her and her husband were also a delight to talk with. I even asked Jessica if she can fly out to Chicago to do my nails for my wedding 😊

Had to practically beg for the glue to be removed from my nails and skin.Two nails popped off within 8 hrs and still clumps of uncleared acrylic. All about how they want your nails to look rather than giving the customer what they really want. Always complaining about giving services that are not basic. Over priced for horrible customer service

I love Apache Nails. This place is amazing! People always recommend it to me and says it’s the best place to go. Everyone is wonderful at what they do and they’re so nice. They take walk-ins and appointments. Every time I’ve came I’ve never been let down. Sam is amazing! I’ve gone to him a couple times and every time he’s made my nails perfect. You also get a free beverage, so that’s a plus! If you ever need a new spot to try I would recommend Apache Nails! Wonderful place! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year now (faithfully every two weeks). Driving almost an hour to get my nails done however, I am always greeted with a smile. Jessica ensures my nails are taken care of and fancy at ALL TIMES. I am glad she is my nail tech. Jessica takes pride in her work and makes sure you are happy with her work as well. My son (he’s 6) comes and gets his feet done as well and is always taken care of like he is part of the salon family. Thank you Apache nails for being such awesome people with great energy!

I was told I would pay 50$ even. The receipt said 56$ i assumed because he added his own tip. My card however was charged 70$. There is hair in my Acrylics and the polish was horribly done. As well as that the person doing my nails kept getting side tracked and I was there for over an hour and a half. All I wanted was a new set of regular gel acrylics. No design or anything special. Never again will I go to apache nail.

Switched from another nail salon in Rochester that I went to for 5 years and started coming here 1 year ago. LOVE ❤️Sam and his wife they are amazing. The other employees are also super sweet and personable. Sam did my wedding nails and they were gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend Apache nails enough. I got a gel manicure and my husband and I got a regular pedicure there last week. Although the pedicure was great, the manicure experience was terrible. I didnt realize how bad my nails looked until the nail tech was done (since they get angry when you take your finger nails off the UV light) my nails looked out grown, bumpy and the nail polish was high above my nail bed due to all the coats she put. I tried to like them and not complain, so I left unsatisfied. I honestly think I couldve done a better job! I called a couple days later since I was out of town for the weekend and Sam was unable to accommodate anything besides fixing one of my nails that was half chipped off and topping off my other nails with more nail polish. (only made them worse) I typically dont complaint about these things & had not experienced bad customer service from them in the past, since Ive gone there a couple times before but I will no longer be going there again. Its one thing if they are busy, and another when half of the workers are standing around talking, they couldve easily helped me out. so unprofessional

Best nail salon in town. the technicians are very nice and easy to talk to. They always ask you if you like it after the first nail or two so that they can fix anything to your preference. the salon is very clean and upscale. lots of color options. Relaxing and fun environment, a great place to go with friends

Great service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m not from here so I was very unsure about what nail salon to visit. After asking a few people they recommended me to this location and I’m glad I visited it. Love my nails. Google made it hard to find but it is located in the mall close to JCPenny.

I came here without an appointment on a weekday afternoon with a friend for a pedicure. The salon was busy, but we were both able to get in within a half hour or so. The staff were very friendly and the salon is comfortable and clean. My nails looked great and have not chipped in a couple weeks. I would definitely return!

Sam shaped my coffin nails excellent. He is really good at coffin and stiletto nails, i had tried every where in Rochester, but sam is the man. If you want your nails look good, I would recommend this place. On top of that my feet feel so good after pedicure done, they have so many pedicure chairs, and a lot of nail technicians, they can host 10 pedicure at the same time. Offer free drinks

I came here several times and never disappointed. All nail techs are kind. atmosphere is great . What I like most about them. They put customer health first by Using a disposable spa liner for each customer that provides sanitary solution, people don’t worry about how pedicure basin clean. They also use disposable pedicure and manicure kit for each client.Offers free drink while you have service done. Another reviewer mentioned that her regular nail polish doesn’t last on her natural nails. It is funny. As we know regular nail polish would not last more than couple days and wouldn’t completely dry in few hours. If you go to rest room after your nails are done in 30 minutes, guess what everything comes off. How about they do nails you take care your nails

They are fantastic!! Sam did my nails and they were a hot mess due to another place messing them up, and he fixed them and they look great comparatively! Super friendly and the most polite nail place I have EVER been to, and that is saying a lot!! Thanks!! I will for sure be back!!

Absolutely the best nails salon in town. I always come here every two or three weeks, my finger nails and toes always look pretty. Sam is helper, if you dont know something, just ask Sam will walk you through. Nice customer service, friendly staff. The only nail salon in town can perform beautiful designs when you show them pictures from your phone.

Today was my first ever visit to Apache Nails and the service was amazing! Jessica was the sweetest and very helpful. She did a beautiful job on my nails; by far the best gel/acrylic manicure I’ve ever had! I live 2 hours from Rochester but I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks for a fill. Love this place! :)

HASSLE FREE NAILS! Ive been going to Apache Nails for my acrylic nails for two years straight now. I have had acrylic nails for a total of 15 yrs, and have had many different people work on my nails. SAMMY is by far THE BEST nail tech. that I have ever had! He is absolutely AMAZING at what he does! I cannot even put his talent into words! I highly recommend him! On top of that he is always very friendly, and personable! All of the staff there is always very friendly, and welcoming!

Great service, in town at Mayo for treatment so I thought Id pamper myself before Radiation. The guy did a great job on my nails. The only bummer is that he didnt give me a hand and arm massage or any lotion when done. Thats something they always do at home.

I have been every where to get my nails done for 30 years, Apache Nails absolutely is the best in town. Trust me. My nails in nice in shape, and last for a long long time, they also do very good pedicures. They have few different levels of pedicure fo you choice. Very very nice staff. Very bad service! Literally got my nails done under 24 hours ago, said theyd fix it but only if I can make it in by sunday, I work 12 hour shifts at my FT job, to keep a roof over my head, his words were well make time to come in then.Kinda hard when I live alone, pay 1200$ for rent and need to work every shift I have, I only get two days a week off. Thurs and Fridays.I asked to come in next Thursday and he said only can go until Tuesday.Refused to even refund me.Never going back to this place! And Ive already let all of my contacts that go there, hear about this experience. Thanks for NOTHING.

Over the years I have been to many different nail salons throughout Rochester. This is by far the best Nail Spa in Rochester. They provide great customer service and all of their employees do a wonderful job. So whether you have a specif person you prefer to do you nails/pedicure or you have a busy schedule and just stop in you will always have great experience.

My daughter had acrylics put on for the first time last week at Luxury Nails in Winona. They were horrible!!! We got a refund and came to Apache Nails. Sam did her nails and they look absolutely amazing!!!! Perfectly done. So friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. She will go nowhere else!!!! Thank you!!! Highly recommend.

Cindy helped take care of me at Apache nails and was SO thorough and SO kind. She took great care of my nails and did a very detailed job, she took her time and didnt do anything hastily or sloppily. Ive been to many other salons that dont seem to take as much time or go into as much detail with each client. I was very impressed to say the least! I am absolutely in LOVE with the final outcome, my nails are exactly how I asked for them to be done. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great quality mani delivered by a diligent and detail oriented staff. I went to Apache Nails for pedicure and acrylic set. linn has done very well for my pedicure, she has done step by step very professional. She took care of me like a princess. Sam who did me acrylic, is very kind to me. He explained everything to me. And I think he is the best nails tech because my nails still look new even though they are three weeks old now. I used to get my nails done at other salons in Rochester but they broke after 3 or 4 days

Went to this nail salon yesterday. Tried it out to see how they do as I just relocated and wanted to find a regular nail salon for nail maintenance. Went in for a regular manicure even though I usually do gel. The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and a day later today half of my nails have zero color on most as they just completely came off. From yesterday to today no I have not gone to work or have no done much with my hands but make myself some dinner and grocery shop.When I was having my nails done another person also came in with unhappy nails from her powder dip of 3 days. Completely gone in the tips.

The salon was honest, courteous, and clean. There was an autoclave with clean instruments. All files were used once and brand new. They disposed of the files after each use. They took good care of me and i will be returning

I loved this place the person I got was Ky he gave me and my sister great deals and overall I loved the quality of my nails and the service that I got I would recommend this over serenity couture etc..

I went there for my daughters birthday for a mani & pedi. It was $45 with regular polish, $50 if she wanted a design. Ridiculous!!! We were there for over an hr & half. They yelled at her & made her cry. Terrible experience!!! The place is also way too small with the volume of traffic. No where to sit to & be there with my daughter so I had to sit outside in the mall. NEVER again!!!

One of a kind experience with amazing staff who aims to please. Ask for Linn and you will get your nails done from the best. On your way out get the nail + cuticle salve to keep in your purse, totally worth it.

Jessica did amazing on my ombre nails, took her time and everyone there was super nice and easy to talk to, by far the best experience Ive ever had in a nail salon! They were prompt and attentive and truly made me feel comfortable, opened brand new clippers and didnt ruin my cuticles. I will be back, definitely recommend!
