Do not recommend, they rush you to be seated can’t pick out a color without them being on top of you rushing you to sit down.. it’s overly price for something that doesn’t last a week. My nails are already lifting after 3 days of getting them done. My pedicure was not done right at all. All I ask was for a basic white nail polish and they still couldn’t do that, the lady my aunt had was not doing her pedicure correctly and when my aunt told her she messed up she was completely rude about it and didn’t want to fix it… not only was it not clean or sanitary tools they use are not being clean just brushed aside in a little box worst experience.

I’m giving them 2 stars because they were so kind to my children, other than that I wouldn’t give anything. I train in judo; I can’t get long acrylics. So I came in for a regular mani pedi. I just wanted my nails shaped and painted with regular nail polish. I don’t really get to enjoy pretty nails anymore because of my training, so I was really excited to be getting them painted and shaped professionally. I ended up paying $104 for all of us, and still had to go home to take the nail polish off my nails and had to file them straight because it was like she didn’t even try. If my hands didn’t shake, I would just have painted and shaped my own nails, but I can’t. I might take my kids here again because they enjoyed the chairs and environment, but I won’t be getting services for myself anymore. You guys pretty much just sent a tired mom that was trying to do something nice for herself and her kids home with tears in her eyes. This is a place you’re supposed to leave happy. And what’s sad? I still tipped 15%. I would have tipped more if you guys would have showed any kind of effort. I didn’t need a massage, I didn’t need the hot towels, I just needed a basic mani pedi. I would have left happy with that.

When I told them my nails were not proper they got upset with me. As well as they made me pay for a service I did not ask for. Also, BEWARE THEY ARE NOT CLEAN. I will be reporting them to BBB as well. I came down from Atlanta to visit a family member and I’ve never had such HORRIBLE nail service in my life. Every finger was cricked. Everything was done wrong. I asked for dip powder and they gave me an overlay with the dip powder WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. And when I asked to have it removed because I wasn’t paying for something that would ruin my nails. The owner said I will not get a refund! Even though I told her I only wear my natural nails. Needless to say they will not be getting my services EVER AGAIN! As I read the reviews I see that so many people who left comments said the same things.

Not worth the time and a waste of money. Had a pedicure and manicure done. Pedicure: feet were not scrubbed, feet were still ruff and the nail polish was poorly applied. Manicure: the color was nicely done but cuticles were not cut properly.

Cindy did a HORRIBLE JOB ON MY PEDICURE. I payed for something I totally hate. My nails are not even, paint job is a joke. They are rude and liars. Do not waste your money and time here!!

Ruby does an exceptional job. She’s very meticulous and it’s the best mani/pedi I’ve had in awhile. She always asks if im doing ok and she got a different color for me TWICE when the one I picked didn’t look good. The only thing is I wanted a very plain pedi and got wax and stones. I am ticklish and just want the callouses off and toes painted. I don’t normally make appointments anywhere, I just show up but I’ll go out of my way to visit Ruby.

I love it!! I get manicures with shellac and pedicures. This was the first time in almost 9 months that I found a shop that did what I wanted and what I paid for. It was clean, quite, and comfortable. I almost fell asleep during the massage. Will go back!

First time going and never going back. They overprice and unprofessional. Charged me for removing the shellac color which they never do at the place I originally go to but since they were closed for the day I came here. They didnt let me know the charge of it until I was paying. Honestly wasnt worth the $92 for a just a basic mani/pedi shellac no fake nails. plus they asked to pay them through cashapp or Venmo. I dont recommend this place at all!!

She missed a whole side of my nail, she didn’t clean up the paint that was left on my skin and overall she seemed to be in a hurry. I get my pedicures here all the time but when it comes to nails I am never going back.

First time here because the spot I usually go to was booked and I needed a pedicure last minute so I came here and I wasn’t that impressed.Yes the employees are friendly and the place is very clean but for the pricing and pedicure I got, I could have gone somewhere else for a better pedicure and pricing.

Anytime my mom came from out of town to visit this was her favorite place to get her pedicure and manicure, until this Friday. They kept trying to convince her to get shellac she said no they kept insisting it would last longer and she denied service for shellac about 3 times. After she said no she said the technicians attitude completely changed and she hurt her feet multiple times and left her pedicure looking horrible. When she made it home I looked at it and it wasnt like every other time that its perfect, her nails werent fully polished and her toe nails werent fully filed down. I told her lets go back to fix it tomorrow and she said no just find a new place for other times I come to visit.

I went in to get regular white tips with natural powder. The lady in seat 7 took me. She did my nails in like 35 min. She seems super rushed. They seemed too thin for me but I didnt say anything. Im a barber and I like my nails a little thick because I work with my hands so much. 2 days later my thumb nail broke. I worked the next 2 days so I could go in until the 3rd day after. I went in and explained that I needed my thumb nail fixed and I would like them all thicker. The lady in seat 9 took me. They wanted to charge me a full refill. I thought that was ridiculous. I was a regular here and spend at lest $50 every 2 weeks. I always tip the nail tech well. And when someone comes back into my shop asking to change something especially in such little time after I never charge them. I wasnt expecting to not be charged. But to charge me FULL price?? I will no longer be coming back to charming nail bar. Penny pinching almost always cost more than being generous. And it cost them a loyal customer.

Do not waste money! They’re rude and rushing even when there is no one waiting. I’m the nicest person, I literally had to walk out before they even started because of how rude they were. Never coming back! I recommend Nail spa and Salon. They are the best!!!

Went with my daughter to get a mani-pedi. The person taking care of my daughter did a great job on her. Mine could of cared less. She rushed my pedi and the lady doing my nails did an awful job. I was asked 5 times at least about getting my brows waxed and how pretty it would make me! Are you kidding me?

I love this place....I would have gave 5 stars but I have to go back after they convienced me to get slack ( dont know if that is spelled correctly) it is off my cuticle and missing on the side but I know when I go back they will fix it! Linda is my favorite! She always does my nails perfectly, I go and see her every 2.5-3 weeks and if you make an appointment ypu never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The entire place is very clean and they actually leave their supplies on the counter top, so you can see they are clean. They offer complimentary beverages of all kinds, and they have the largest selection of nail colors and types(from solar, acrylic, gel, and dip). i recommend them highly to everyone.

WITHIN THE TIME SPAN OF A WEEK I HAD TO GO IN TWICE AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS OF ANY KIND IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU SO BEWARE AND GO AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOUR WILLING TO SPEND THE $50+ I HAD SPENT JUST TO HAVE SOME NAILS PUT ON FOR LESS THAN A WEEK. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT AND WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I DID NOT HAVE TIME AND GAS TO KEEP WASTING GOING BACK IN EACH TIME A NAIL POPPED OFF. FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO HERE. ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!

After years, today chair 11 and manager saw the ridiculous and painful nails they left on me. Very unprofessional and still charged me after I nicely asked her not to because I was not given what I requested and was constantly hurt by chair 11. I have reported and have pictures. Very disappointing and $85 I want my money and these nails off.

The first time I went here (just for waxing) everything was great, clean and the staff working that day seemed fairly nice. Fast forward 3 weeks later. Decided to have a girls day and went in on Sunday (03/03) for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I was told to select a color (from the 900 SINGLES) they had hanging on the wall. I was there looking maybe 2-3 minutes before the nail tech came over there practically throwing colors at me telling me to choose (being very pushy and you could tell she was in a huge rush). I should’ve just walked out then. I rush over to the chair and attempt to look through the colors she has right there. Again, she was being very pushy and rushing me along. I opted for the orange peel pedicure. What a waste of $32 bucks! My entire pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes! That’s INCLUDING the time she took to “paint” my toes. There was a lady sitting next to me that started her pedicure (same orange peel) a few minutes prior to me and her feet were still in the bag as my toes were drying 🙄 NO leg massage, lotion NOTHING! She didn’t even soak my feet!! She was so rude, rough (DIGGING into the sides of my toes bc she was talking not paying attention) and just ruined the entire experience for us. Definitely was not worth the $32 I paid. Now let’s talk about my $28 manicure 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m STILL cutting hang nails, and over grown cuticle, my polish looks like my 2 year old daughter painted them, and that’s being nice. Over all I spent $59 bucks on something I couldve done a better job in myself, for FREE in the comfort of my own home. I would NOT recommend this place for nail services. We were very, very disappointed.

The way they do nails is good, at least when i went. I liked them so much i took my mom there and they charged me even more for the same thing, even simpler design.. they should have their prices set.

I went for the first time today. The place is nice and it looks clean. I went in for shellac manicure and the girl was very nice but she didn’t do such a good job. She asked me how I wanted my nails to be shaped I told her square tip. What annoys me is that she kept filing them down, they were semi long with the exception of 2 on each hand. She didn’t seem confident in what she was doing and also hurried. I feel like I could have done a better job myself at home or at least the same as she did but for free. It REALLY irritates me how much she filed my nails down. I had to tell her to stop. I just wanted my nails shaped she basically clipped them without using clippers. I think it’s a nice place and they were friendly, I just got a bad technician. Now I’m sad. I was going here to get my nails done as a pick me up. 👎

I gave this place 2 chances just to make sure they really do have bad service. The first time i went the all the girls were yelling at each other in their language and they seemed upset like there was some kind of quarrel between them. It was very uncomfortable for me but it was none of my business so the girl who was doing my nails was super rushed and so rough with my hands. I told her i had cut myself and to please becareful with one of my nails and she completely disregarded my request. Then she asked if i wanted to get my eyebrows done and i said no to which she replied why not? you need it. OK that was rude af. The second time i went i picked a color for my refill and when the girl went to apply it to my nails it was a completely different color so i decided to just keep it because i wanted to just get them done and leave. Then she says that it costs $5 extra dollars to clean up my nails. I have never in my life been charged extra for what is already supposed to be included in the service i am paying for. When i get home i notice that some of my nails are shorter than others, like really? youre upcharging me with everthing and then to do a terrible job. Dont waste your time here, the service is bad and there are better places to get your nails done where they make you feel comfortable.

My first time at this place. I did not like it. First had me waiting about 10 minutes to get a pedicure in the chair. The girl that did my pedicure hurt me bad. Then I was observing how they charge people and oh my God they charge for every little thing. They ask you if you want to have a certain thing done then once done they tell you how much it is. I think this place is ridiculously. I am sure never going back again.

I suppose maybe it was the set of people that I received to do my medi and pedi, but it was a mediocre experience, but I will say I got the basic pedicure..I have had better for less money. And they gave my mother and I warm soda..who drinks warm soda? I did like the greeter she spoke perfect English and pointed me to the better shilac brands of colors? If that’s even a real thing..but I’m still searching for a good nail place. I probably wouldn’t go back unless I absolutely couldn’t find a better nail place

So I came to this place cause one of my friends recommended, so she told me to ask for Andy a employee cause she said hes the best, he always do her pedi etc. so I requested him but they have this policy that a man CAN NOT do a pedi to another man, I dont know if it is a culture thing or what, but I think is weird, still I respect that, so they offered me a girl, so I decide to try it and thats why Im so disappointed, she barely cut my nails, she didnt clean the sides of my nails, just put some lotion 3 minutes massage and that was it not even 10 minutes there !so I pay 23 dlls por something that I can perfectly do by my self at home.No worth it at all !

They will charge you for every little thing, this was my second time going, the first time was great, was attended by Lisa, sadly she wasn’t there, they got rid of her, now I’m never going back lol, don’t like my toes but whatever thanks for the massage .
