The ladies here are fantastic, they do a great job on our Mani and Pedys.My wife has been going here for years. She forced me to go have a pedicure, its nice to have nails takin care of, besides how soft they are for my wifes she loves it. My feet enjoy the service aswell, they scrub your feet clean of the dead skin doing nails and cuticles. Must do it guys, your wife or girlfriend will appreciate it.

HORRIBLE! First i call to ask how much a fill is, she tells me $16 then i ask how much extra for gel and she said $5. So $21 together seems normal. I go in and it smells foul.. should have been my first sign to walk out. I tell her i want short coffin shape like the ones i had on already and she says okay then she accidentally cuts my nail to short and cant do a coffin shape anymore. So i ask her if she can redo it and she said for $10 more... ridiculous.. THEN as she was filing my nails down with the drill and cut my finger. By the time she finished they looked like short stubby globs of polish with acrylic and polish stuck to my skin. Then she charged me $45 and i argued with her for a while on this because that is not what she told me on the phone. WORST NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

I just thought the waxing services done here were very nice. Also they are somewhat flexible with prices and courteous to a lot of the customers they had. The employee named Jenny or Loan is whole lot of fun to talk to and has some very nice designs for nails as she been doing nails for 20 years in that same old store. So if youre near by, try it out because its definitely worth going to.

This place is great. Its the only place I go. Staff is friendly, gentle, and efficient. The always do exactly what I ask for. They have great massage chairs. The place is always aired out with door open and fans on so there is no chemical odors as in other nail salons. They also do wax and other services. I usually have a lip and brow wax and again they do a great job. Great experience.

The lady that did my nails did a great job! I got acrylic and gel done and they came out amazing! Extremely satisfied with the service. The shop is cute and clean they always decorate for the holidays. Would recommend to friends and family.

Went in for a manicure before a wedding. The job was extremely rushed when there was absolutely no reason to. I was the only customer in the salon at the time. I was charged extra for a service that wasnt done properly. I do not recommend coming here.

I do not live in this area, but I am visiting family. I would not recommend this salon. There were 3 people in there and no one waiting. The manicurist rushed and was sloppy. She over filed a nail and blamed my nail! I got acrylic with gel, I felt that shoud have been standard with no complication. I was very disappointed. I have gel all over my cuticle, so I’m sure it’ll peel off soon, as it always does when gel is touching the skin. She didn’t let the gel cure properly, so I gave dark smears on my hands and arm (she had me rub my own hands and arms with lotion). They are bulky and misshapen. When I asked her if she was going to file them down, she snapped at me that she wasn’t finished yet; nothing changed. All around extremely disappointed on the customer service and that I had to pay for these.

My family has enjoyed the Pro Nails services for more than 15 years! Excellent friendly Customer Service is #1, with very good pricing $$ and Professional staff/equipment! We enjoy the Spa chairs, massages, mani pedi, callous removal; and Men are always welcome, as well as taking care of the sweet kids. Caring and Kindness from your Neighbor is hard to beat, we are #Blessed to have them in Hastings Ranch!

Not expensive at all! Been a regular customer for 4 yrs, and they sure know what they are doing(with over 20 yrs of experience). Very friendly and clean, I would recommend this to anyone who is near foothill blvd. ^^

A lady with blue nails did my nails. I got gel done. It was so sloppy and rushed and chipped two days later. She barely filed my nails and painted so quickly that it looks lumpy and not smooth. I would not recommend this place to

Very poor work. Staff does not know how to make coffin shape as well. I am very disappointed. The person who was doing my nails was very rough at her work. If you are planning to go for acrylic nail, please don’t go to this place. Worst service ever!!

I went to Pro Nail Salon on December 21st. I read all of the good comments and so I decided to go. Let me say that Im very disappointed with this nail salon. The person who did my manicure damaged my finger while filing to the point it was bleeding. Rather than apologizing and showing some compassion, she blamed me for having too short of nails. Very poor customer service, will not go again.

They are relly nice and they are great and funny and they are awesome at painting nails and doing eyebrows and pedicures .

Went in for a quick pedicure on a lunch break. They did a great job. Granted im a man and I dont have the needs of their average customer. The place was clean friendly and affordable, ill go again when needed.

Very unfriendly lady here did my nails, she talked on the phone the entire time when she did my nails. She charged around 50.00 just for a refill. I will never go there again.
