This was my first time getting my nails done here and i have absolutely no complaints. My nails are beautiful. Exactly how i wanted them done.

Came in for a refill the lady said it would be 25$. The person who was available to do my nails was a man. I should have left when I saw the pile of nail residue that they were collecting inside the desk. Some reason I still stayed. Not sure if there was a miss-communication but I didnt get what I wanted. I explained to the man I wanted one solid color instead he gave me ombre . I was trying to trust the process. I was thinking maybe he does things differently so I wanted them short and complained about giving me what I wanted… As I said, I came in for a refill and when I looked at my nails they were superrrr thick and I asked if he could shave them down a little more he gets upset and says no. I ended up paying $30 for something I didnt want. The shape and color were good but the nails were thick. This place was dirty, unsanitary and unprofessional.

Lady was sooo nice and still took care of us even after salon was closed because we got there at 6:30.She also threw in some free stuff. Glow in the dark nail. and removal of nail. i recommend this place

Not recommend at all!!!!She is very rude, always on a bad mood, the way she throws yours hands it’s like 🙄 I thought it was just to me because I had a set I got done with the husband and nails started to coming off 2 days later after I got them done I went back and they seem upset about putting them (I don’t think it’s normal if I work at an office don’t even use any chemicals at all other than BBW hand soaps) anyways my 3rd and last experience because I’m not going back I finally had a set that lasted a little over 2 weeks so I went to have a refill on a Wednesday evening (“supposedly they gave me a discount for the waiting I thought that was nice so I paid $25 for my refill) and by Friday my pinky nail came off And 3 of them stared to lift so it’s very uncomfortable that you are doing your hair and everything single time your nails comes with hair, ok I went back until Tuesday without a total of 5 nails combined on both hands and she end up charging me for full set and for taking off my nails (I don’t think that was the correct way to charge me ) but I said fine I’m just going to pay it BUT NEVER COMING BACK!!!! talking to my niece she said she got them done with her and she mentioned same thing she is rude the way she throws your hands to take next hand and that she had nail coming off right the next 3 days I DONT THINK THAT IS EVEN NORMAL THEY USE CHEAP MATERIAL AND ARE EXPENSIVE compared to other places with same prices or cheaper.

HORRIBLE HORRIFIC service!!!!! Do not come here!!! Two days after getting Shellac on my nails it is peeling off. I came to have it fixed and they refused to do anything.. Told me they had other appointments and that I needed to come back on another day. I told them they already had my money so they needed to fix the problem. NEVER Again

HORRIBLE experience! Either the wax she used was too hot or she pulled it off too fast when she waxed around my cheekbone. Whichever it was, she BURNED the skin off my face then acted like she didnt know what I was talking about when I saw what had happened. I shouldnt have paid. Will never go to this salon again.

Showed the lady a pics of the nails I wanted of course they didnt come out like i wanted them to, but i Guess you get what you pay for
