I had a special project that included getting batteries put in 25 watches. Joes customer service was fantastic! Pricing was terrific and I was able to get them all done quickly and efficiently. Couldnt have been a better experience. If you need a watch battery this is the place!!

We went in to have our Disney watch repair that we purchased 35 years ago for Cissys grandma. We had a problem pulling the stem out, and the battery was very low. Joey took it back for repair, and diagnosed it immediately needing some parts. We have always come here for our watch repair work. Their skills are excellent and they always get the repair done efficiently and quickly.

Family owned business located inside Sears at the Florida Mall next to Optical on 2nd floor.I had 4 watches sized and 5 batteries replaced in my Invicta watches. It took about an hour and a half. I paid just shy of $100. I received a free battery replacement on my next visit because you get one free with every 5 battery replacements.The gentleman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very efficient. I reccommend for jewellery repair. You can drop it off and go shopping. When youre done come back and pick it up.
