35$ car wash service… needless to say, these are just two of my pet peeves, because I can continue the rant!

After 30 years, I will NEVER GO BACK.Just had new windshield installed, the glass & dashboard were dusty & smeary so I splurged for full service car wash & vanilla scent was written on window. I had already cleaned the rear view mirror. Paid about $30 & $4 tip.Drove off, NO vanilla scent present, rearview mirror now smeared. Never even wiped the radio/clock shelf or my cup holders.Found water spots on trunk & rear bumper.The lady who took my order was friendly, pleasant & polite as well as was the lady cashier.Maybe they should run and manage this place for a quality business. Prior to this we had the monthly car wash “deal”, but because of shoddy car & truck, & SUV car washes our business cancelled it. I knew I should have gone to the car wash on T.O. Blvd, but didn’t.

The best car wash I’ve ever been. Junior does such a great job cleaning my car every time I go I always request him. Enrique at CC always so welcoming and does a great job too.

Its about 40$ for the best wash I do it. It will last you easily a week to 2 weeks so worth the money just make sure your car is legit before you leave this last time I left and my front end was still dirty which was a bummer!! And my 4x4 was switched on!!! So some times are better then others.

Reasonable deal on bumper to bumper detail. Perhaps maybe a little less tire dressing that way it wont splatter on the fenders.

This is the best car wash we have ever used. All the employees are awesome from the girls who work the counter to the guys/girls washing cars to the people checking you in. They are all so friendly and do an amazing job.

They did a really great job, I was pleasantly surprised. My SUV was extremely dirty on the outside and a but dusty on the inside (I drive around with my windows down 24/7). They ran my car through the wash twice to make sure the outside was as clean as the day I bought it, the inside is immaculate, the only minor issue was when my car was finished. They waived it as ready, though it was left in the back for about ten minutes, I was unsure if I was supposed to walk back behind where the wash exit was and across the driveway where they were pulling cars in/out to work on them under the tents. Other than that, it was great and I am very happy with how my car looks!

Been coming for decades. Started when they switched to the touch less system. Bought the wash books whenever they went on sale. Glad to see they now converted to a card system this year. Hopefully it works out as well it is as I imagine it would be. 5 washes for the price of 3 is a pretty good discount, even if they do keep raising the price.

Finally real car wash place, not the automated gas station types...And they do great work. It was nice when the employee asked how my car looked, instead of assuming its gonna look good. I like being the judge for that!

Got my car washed today. Its Saturday, hot and sunny and they were busy. The result was more than I expected. They really worked at cleaning my car. Also, the cashier reviewed all promos and I bought a 5 wash card. 5 star!

Excellent, one of the few touchless washes in the area. They do a great job and keep machines clean. I have no complaints, this is my go-to car wash. A+

The manager named Bill is very professional. After the wash I found scuff marks and a scratch. I pointed it out to them and expressed I thought it was done here. He calmly and kindly showed me the video and got his guys working to them out. I saw on the video that it was there before they put it through the car wash.Good service.

First time was awful. The car drying my car wad on his cell phone. The second time the manager Freddie took care of me and my car was perfection. He even placed my blind spot mirrors properly.

If you like water spots and lack of attention to detail, this carwash is for you! For just $100, they will allow you to keep your bird poop marks and even the mud on your trim to have that rugged look everyone wants after a car wash. Seriously, though. You can get better service at an automated gas station carwash.

Worst car wash ever! Had to send it back twice for vacuuming cause they didnt pull the seats down to vacuum there even after asking specifically twice. They barely wiped down the interior, and to top it all off, the change in my cupholder was gone! All for $22 bucks for the cheapest wash option.

If you want a quick car wash, with minimum attention to detail when drying, youre in the right place. There were still bug bodies on my front bumper when they said my car was ready. I paid for the more expensive car wash package without detailing and still had to point out areas missed or additional things but at first glance if youre not picky, your car will look clean. I cant speak on how detailed theyd be if you paid a premium for the detailing package which I think starts at around $60 or $70 but Id hope they pay more attention to the details.

Windows and mirrors look great! 5 star. Vacuum is a 4 out of 10. Dirt an debris still visible on the seats. $26 and a $5 dollar tip not worth it. Wont be back.

Wow, wow, wow! My husband and I brought our car in to get detailed on the inside for the first time today. The car is 6 years old and this is the first time it has been professionally cleaned. Our back seat had an awful amount of dog hair and the rest of the car was purely a mess. Let me tell you it truly looked better than the day we purchased it. Dash was spotless, the windows were perfect and the seats/carpet were good as new. We will definitely be back!

TERRIBLE CAR WASH, TERRIBLE STAFF.Drove my car in improper gears then denied it when I showed them... also witnessed them drive another customers car recklessly.... Along with doing AWFUL WORK, the staff will not treat you with respect or listen to your complaints. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, there’s a way better wash 1 mile down the road on Thousand Oaks BLVD!

Had a high end customized Jeep Wrangler. They used solvent that took the clear coat off and messed up my custom vinyl.My current car. A Tesla Model X with the carbon black 22” wheels. Had the car 2 months. Confirmed before they drove the car through that it wouldn’t be an issue. The girl who drove my car into the wash hit the side of the rail and chipped my rim.HERE IS THE TOPPER. THEY TRIED TO HIDE THE DAMAGE FROM ME BY STANDING IN FRONT OF WHEEL WHEN I WAS CHECKING THE CAR AND DIDN’T SAY A WORD TO ME!!My car has cameras and it was recording. I told them to check their cameras too. They did and you can see her hit the rail, get out of the car, look at it, go do something and then get back in the car. When I saw it before I left I grabbed the manager and they offered to have it repaired by a company in Camarillo that I’d have to drop the rim off for a week. BS!!Also, the teenager vacuuming my car dragged the hose across the door and watched it happen, then looked over at me while I was standing there and he stopped.I will never bring my car or my families cars here again!!PS - The girl barely even got a talking to and was still driving cars in 1 minute later with a smile on her face. I walked right by her calmly and she looked at me and didn’t even apologize.However, the two guys who check me in and write up the slip have always been friendly and helpful. They deserve a raise!

Quality wash for the price you pay. Very hard working employees. Only downside is that they charged me for my subscription without a confirmation email that they were going back in business and did not give me a refund even though I haven’t been back in months. Just cancelled my subscription.

The idea is very convenient and they have nice waiting areas where you can watch the cars being cleaned. For the price they charge youd expect them to leave your car spotless but my car was left with layers of dirt where youd expect them, behind the back tires and on the trunk. Not sure whether to blame the machines or workers but they do also clean the interior depending on the package you buy so that was nice. Might try it again and see whether my car is left the same or not the next time.

My car was nice and clean at the end and I got to watch it go through the cycle. I always love that. I went at a busy time (lunch) so it took some time for it to be done but overall it was a good experience. I got the wax and am very happy with how my car looks inside and out.

Service was average didnt clean my car thoroughly I opted for $27 package and both exterior and interior cleaning was not good still there were dirty marks and no scent was put in the car when asked they said scent was already sprayed but nothing. Will go for another car wash.

I love this place! Its relatively quick despite being very busy. My car always looks and smells great afterwards!

Great service and I love the rare touchless wash but there is a trade off, its not an abrasive wash so sometimes the car has small pollen spots u have to get off yourself.

This place is great. I take my dark blue SUV and it comes out gorgeous every time. I bought the $50/mo. unlimited car wash and its SO worth it! Otherwise, its $30 a pop.

Never coming here again

We recently moved back from out of town so we were hoping this would once again be the place to bring our cars. This was maybe my fourth visit back since moving and it took a wrong turn from the typically pleasant visits. I brought my van after taking a trip to the dusty beach roads and light sand on the carpets. We had prompt service and everyone was very friendly. Once I got to my car, I noticed that my floor mats still had a bit of a mess on them. I was in a hurry to pick up a family member, so I figured I would complete the job myself at a later date. When I arrived at my destination, I closed my driver side door, only to find that my door had been so badly scratched up. I didn’t notice when I was at the car wash, because my door was open. It literally looked like someone or something scratched it and tried their best to cover it up but made it worse. I checked out the rest of the car to see if there was any additional damage, but found that the exterior and dash was cleaned nicely. The rest of the floors in the middle row and back storage were never even touched with the vacuum. I contacted the management right away, figuring this could have been an honest mistake and we would maybe polish it out. They basically told me that they couldn’t see the scratches from my photos (which were EXTREMELY EASY TO SEE) and that it couldn’t have been them. I also sent photos of the awful vacuuming job which they never addressed. We will not be returning and will now have to pay for an auto body to repair the damage they did. Ugh.

Great car wash but it took 30 minutes just to vacuum our van and we drove right up. Overall it took over 40 minutes. Understaffed for holiday?

A car wash is a car wash, is a car wash. My 2 year old enjoys the car wash so we went here to get the truck washed and hopefully ride through the tunnel, as she enjoys that. Unfortunately, they would not accommodate my request. As far as the wash goes, its one of the few touchless tunnels around, so thats nice. But I have been here twice now and both times there has been a little bit of dirt left on the body of the truck and the inside of the windshield has streak marks. If you live in TO, this is a good place to get your vehicle washed. Just make sure you are completely happy with the wash before you drive away.

I went in this morning for a wash and detail. Was told it would take 90 minutes. Provided my phone number so they could contact me. Ended up spending most of my time waiting on the completely uncomfortable concrete seats. Watched for 30 minutes as my car sat, unattended. Finally went in to ask what was going on. Was told, if its sitting there, its done. That is not how it works at the rest of the car wash. Retrieved my car to find that some change and a tote bag were missing. I would not recommend going to this car wash if you value your time or your personal possessions.

Friendly and helpful staff. Little bit pricey but worth it if your car is dirty.

For $10 they have a fast lane where you just get a basic wash. Despite the crowd, we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. They didnt do the interior, even the windows, but at least the car is now clean! Also, the car was surprisingly dry after going through the wash, so we didnt end up with water spots.

For only $15 they clean your car inside and out. The employees are friendly and courteous. They worked very hard to make my very dirty Jeep sparkle. The indoor waiting area is also pleasant with snacks for purchase, a clean restroom and a TV. Highly recommend!

Umm really not much to review as it being a carwash, choose what level you want your car clean, u can go inside and watch your car go through the wash, shop for overpriced car accessories or go sit outside next to a water fountain and wait for them to whistle standing by your car that its done. They do a good job for the very short time they have..

My car was a little dirtier than normal so I paid $29.99 for the best wash. Although the inside was vacuumed well- the outside was STILL DIRTY!! Side mirrors were spotted and still had bug/bird poop in one spot! Spots on the painted area (probably from sitting in the sun wet for 5 min before it was dried! I ran my fingers over one area and got dirt on my hand! The Vanilla air freshener I requested smelled like moldy leather (I think it was their version of new car scent. I may go back and see if they make this right.My advice is to check the car carefully before tipping and leaving. I felt rushed to leave and should have checked their work more carefully!!FOLLOW UP-- improved rating to 3 stars based on the fact that when I brought the car back, they rewashed it without question.

The Janss mall touchless car wash was very welcoming and professional when I came in this morning. I have my dog with me and we forgot her leash in Scottsdale. We are out here visiting for a memorial service for high school friend. I brought my rental 2019 Ram quad cab Big Horn Edition Hemi 5.7 L charcoal grey truck in to get cleaned up for the weekend. The cashier was extremely nice and friendly. The employees and none of the customers minded my dog walking around and socializing with them. I carried all my things in from the truck and they gave me some bags to put them in. I finally made my way outside and Sergio had just pulled the truck up for me he is one of the managers. He was extremely friendly helpful, understanding and professional. I give him 5 stars all the way!☆☆☆☆☆.I would give them 10 Stars if it would allow me. I would recommend this car wash to anyone in the Thousand Oaks area!😀💕👍🔥🙏

This is the best hand wash in town. Easy in and out, no fighting traffic on the Boulevard, nice waiting areas indoors and outdoors, and my car interior was much cleaner than some of the other places Ive been to.

I went to this place today. Overall my car is pretty clean. Although they didn’t clean my side mirrors i had some paper towels and one apple core in my side doors they did NOT clean it!!! I am very disapionted for the money i PIAD!!

Meh, its OK. Pretty pricey for what it is. They do have an express lane thats cheaper with no vacuum. They really push their multiple wash packages, so I guess its cheaper of you go all the time. Im used to washing my own car, no one treats your car as well as you do.

3 years ago my husbands cell phone was stolen out of his truck. When he got to the register he realized he had forgotten his phone in the truck and went back to get it.It was already gone. The manager insisted no employee took my husbands phone. but our phone service provider gave us a print out the next day that showed for phone calls were made within an hour at the phone being taken. The phone calls were to southern Mexico and Nicaragua.

Been here numerous times. The vacuuming process needs major improvement. They never vacuumed my rear seats of my minivan and today it looked as if my all weather mats were not even touched. There needs to be better quality control oversight.

My wife took our car in here for a vacuum and car wash. The vacuum job was about as good as you can expect for a rush job. However, the car wash still left bugs caked on the front of the car. So, not thrilled with the job. If you just have road dust then it’s probably a decent deal at $20 for vacuum and car wash.

Better than most. Everyone polite and helpful. People who clean and dry cars work very hard.

They usually do a good job although some of the extended services are bit spendy. Not super expensive, but not the cheapest wash either. They also get you in and out quickly unless its just totally packed. The busier it is, the worse the results so try to come in when its not too busy.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. TOOK BACK 3 TIMES. I dont care how cheap the service is...they take NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP. Totally forgot the whole back end of vehicle. Manager said vaccuum couldnt get it out. Then realized it wasnt even done... yet stood ground that it was best they could do. WONT BE BACK

Very quick and nice staff. Looks like they need to be quick to avoid major bottlenecks. That caused a slightly less impressive overall job. Id have got twice as nice a job for the amount in Texas. Not sure whats up. But again, overall good experience.

I was down from Nor Cal visiting this past week. My best friend bought me a wash for a clean ride home. The wash was swell. Unfortunately, my iphone charging cord that I had just used and replaced neatly in its designated cubby VANISHED. As there were so many staffers working on/in my car, asking for culpability would have been futile and total fuel for my aggravation. I suspect I am not alone and that most dont report a theft when its a small item or not noticed soon afterward. Consumer and shop owner BEWARE!

Cars are just stacked up waiting for someone to wile them down, while several workers just hang around the towel bins laughing and chatting. I really hate coming here. I have three more tickets left on a gift book and then I am free of this place.

Good service with opportunities to maximize savings through different plans. I bought a book of 5 washes for $90. Try to find a full service wash and wax for $18 elsewhere.

Courteous service, quick and easy and havent had any issues. Bonus for me is if you follow them on twitter you can score a free car wash here and there on Fridays. Ive managed 3 so far and it always helps.

Although theyre getting rid of many of their promos and special offers like free car washes on your birthday, etc, the service here is still good and you will always drive away in a clean car.
