I cant say enough about this store, their friendly & helpful staff to their Store Manager, Lisandra Gonzalez, she is simply amazing! She has been helping us every step of the way since my boyfriend purchased some jewelry for me about a month ago. My ring had to be sent out to be sized & when it got returned to the store, we noticed that it was missing a diamond. Lisandra Gonzalez had my ring shipped out that day with a rush on it. When it returned the 2nd time, the same diamond was still missing. She immediately called the company and spoke to them directly about the problem, she then gave me a brand new ring & said that it will be sized tomorrow so that I can pick it up tomorrow evening. She made a rather frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience & handled it with extreme professionalism. We will continue to go back to this store for all of our jewelry needs! They are literally the best jewelry store staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Horrible customer service, the lady who attended me was extremely rude and I had some questions later on and they never picked up the phone. Don’t recommend this location.

My review is a bit late but mari helped me find my mom a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it! I went to another Kays earlier and had a terrible experience at the loop but mari was super helpful and sweet told me about every sale they had and even let me know about a coupon that was email. Best shopping experience Ive had in a while especially during the holidays.

My experience was pleasant. The staff members were professional and courteous. They were patient and offered me various pieces to try on based upon my preference. Flexible payment options were offered with a reduced price/promotional discount.

Although I have had previous bad experiences with other Kay locations, I came feeling like this visit would be no different. I was wrong. Previously I had spoken to the general manager, Cindy, who was attentive, patient, and just an overall charm to speak to. When I got to the location another day for my wifes ring, Cindy was not there, but the Assistant manager, Abdallah, was. I cannot even begin to express how great of an experience this was for not just myself, but my wife too. We were both walking in with low expectations, but they exceeded them all. He was patient, kind, didnt oversell like other associates normally are. He knew back stories behind the products, knew styles, what matched, the differences (other than the obvious) between different diamonds. He just made the experience something that I will not forget. He has been with the company a long time, and it definitely shows. Thank you to you and your team for making my wifes day (and not just the product, but with the exceptional service you showed both of us.)

All around awful experience. My fiance had a diamond fall out of her ring within days of getting it. We took the ring back in to have the diamond replaced, only to wait 3 weeks for them to NOT replace the diamond. The incompetence of these people is amazing. They had one objective, which was to replace the diamond! I do not know if they just forgot? Needless to say we will never return to this Kay again and I regret spending my money here. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I had purchased a ring that needed to be resized. I arrived 3 days after the availability date and is was still not there. I was told the piece would be overnighted. I returned 6 days later, and the ring was STILL not at the shop. Will never purchase from a Kay Jewelers ever again.

My experience could have been a very negative one,but instead turned out to be very pleasant thanks to the Assistant Manager Mr. Abdallah Ghaimimi. We had an issue with a ring repair and Abdallah went above and beyond to fix the problem for us. There was no hassle at all, he was very professional and did everything to make sure we were happy. A woman working there made me buy a set of ring, necklace, earings and bracelet telling me that it was gold, the bracelet was little big so I had to leave it till they fix it, when I went to get It, it was a different staff that day, so Im asking about the spare perls left from the bracelet, so I can make earings so the guy is showing me the price and saying :silver costs that much, and I tell him that its cold not silver, he goes: no its not but let me double check and sure enough, it was silver. So i was really pissed and i let the manager come and what she had to say, is sorry that lady is still on training, oh really what about the 2 other staff, there were there too and all of them know what happened. And after all that, I asked them to check my wedding ring Liz it was supposed to be gold too or thats at least what I knew, guess what it was silver and they didnt want to return it or refund it .Never shop again there and never trust there marchandise

Gave them 2 rings my white gold wedding band and an engagement ring. The engagement ring needed to be dipped in to make it white gold and my wedding band needed resized. They sent the rings off and dipped my new ring.

Incompetent to the highest order. Went in to get a wedding ring checked after being purchased during our engagement 15 months prior (along with the engagement ring we also purchased). Advised that the wedding ring that had been worn for 6 days since our wedding had 3 out of 5 stones loose and needed fixing (free of charge as per the guarantee). Advised it would take 10 days. Then given hard sell about upgrading engagement ring with platinum to protect it - quoted a price that was nearly as much as the cost of the ring. Gave up pushing when they realised that having paid nearly $2000 for the rings already and having just had a wedding & honeymoon to pay for that there were no more funds. Didnt want to know then and almost bundled out of the store! What then ensued was a catalogue of cock ups from the branch and a multitude of wasted trips to collect the ring with no one taking any form of ownership for the issue. Spoke to a lady asking for some form of compensation for the wasted trips and mileage having been informed the ring would be back 100% without fail the following day (after another wasted trip) Guess what no ring! Lady said she was unable to authorise any such compensation and would speak to someone in charge. When the ring finally showed up 4 days after the guaranteed date we are informed by another member of staff that the lady we had spoken to was the manager and only she could have authorised any such claim!!! So not only is this branch incompetent but also deceitful, unprofessional and dont do as they say they will. To add further insult another member of staff (who said she was embarrassed about how we had been treated so badly on our honeymoon) said that she would email me a week after we had returned - no surprise that didnt happen either! 21 day honeymoon, 7 of those days we had to drive to Kays due to incompetence and thanks to these unprofessional idiots they put a complete downer on our honeymoon and wish Id bought the rings from a more professional company. Go elsewhere is my very strong advice as this lot cannot be trusted in any way.Kays at international drive however were the polar opposite and much more helpful and professional. Theres always one bad apple in the branch network!

Worst Kay ever. They dont even know how to do an inspection on a ring.
