I took 2 watches for Service an 8 + Years old 24 K Gold Omega Automatic and a 1973 SEIKO Automatic. To make the story short, When I picked them up they looked like brand new both of them, and they are functioning like never before. The did an amazing job and the store owner... What a beautiful and classy lady. No words to define the amazing customer service from her and her staff. 5 Stars, I wish I could give 6 instead.

I love the weddings rings that me and my husband purchased from here. What I didnt like was the customer service. We were given inaccurate turn around times for our custom order. We paid for expedited shipping and still received it almost two weeks later. What really bothered me the most was that I called a few times for a status update and was given the runaround. I also went into the store and the lady at the store acted like she didnt know me (me and my husband had been in a few days earlier to make the initial purchase and had a conversation with her and Tiffany). Tiffany was very apologetic about the delay though.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have lived in Avalon since 2003. I pride myself in being a patron of Avalon businesses. My wife lost her high school class ring early in our marriage. I went to Tiffany with a design of an ew class ring I wanted to give to my to wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. She has done a lot since we got married and all of these accomplishments were to be featured in the ring. Normal class ring cost between 250-350 bucks. I spent over $1k on this design. Two years later, the stone falls out. Not a big deal. I will take it to them to get repaired. I dropped it off on October 17, 2020. I have not seen the ring since nor will they contact me to keep updated on the progress. I thinking they have lost the ring. On February 5th, I have my attorney call them and they call me immediately. They give me a status update that it would be fixed in month. Now I have to have my attorney reach out to them again, because it has been two months. I have no idea how this is going to end, but believe me I will never darken the doors of this place again. It has been six months since I have seen the ring that my wife loved so much.

This is a great store. Not only do they have a wonderful and unique selection of jewelry but they are also an excellent resource if you have old jewelry that you want to rework, and they are a notary. Dante is the cutest dog ever so you must go say hello to him as well.

Ive bought multiple pieces from Tiffany and she has always been wonderful. The first item was an engagement ring and Tiffany worked with me to create the perfect ring. Im sure I was a pain but she not only made me feel like family, she educated me along the way so I was confident in my purchase. To say the ring came out flawless would be an understatement. We designed it from scratch, she had it made in a timely manner and my now fiance is still in shock of how perfect it is. And its been months. I wanted to buy from someone local who could be there in case any issues arise in the future and an added bonus was her prices were the best I could find. Its a win-win. I recently went back to buy a graduation gift and she nailed that too. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I mean I literally described it and we only had to look at one piece. I couldnt imagine anyone matching this level of customer service.

Tiffany and her staff are just amazing beautiful people to work with and they truly care about the ( customer ) and the experience of buying and or selling all Jewelry!!Plain and simple Hands down the best jewelry store I’ve ever been to, the personal attention both to clients and products plus the smallest attention to details gives such a separation from any other Jewelers or really from any other store I have been to ! Honestly I could not be more happy that I stepped into Avalon Park Jewelers. My now fiancé and I were looking at engagement rings at the commercial stores and fell in love with this Vera Wang ring. We just went in to see what Avalon had and I am so glad we did. Tiffany took hours and hours with us custom designing a ring. My ring started out as a drawing and now is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever seen in my life. Tiffany made our dreams come true. Great Story - Great Experience! Last Thursday was our anniversary and I had seen a few pieces i lked, nothing crazy and I gave my husband Tiffanys card. He of course waited till the day of and decided he was going to get something I thought I would never have. Well Tiffany and her staff pulled a 4 hour miracle and he gave the most beautiful canary diamond ring last Thursday night! in the photo the ring on the right was my anniversary gift. The ring on the left was missing one of the outside stones and Tiffany was to find one that matched a 20+ year old stone. I cannot tell the difference! Amazing work!

This place is amazing! The owners are fantastic and make anything you want so that you can get a one of a kind item. They are quick and work with you on everything. Made my purchase easy and quick and took the stress out of the situation. I love them and they include all warranties, cleanings and maintenance in their prices. Would not recommend anyone else. I also got 2x the diamond than I would have with Kay jewelers or zales, etc

Avalon Park Jewelers is and will always be, my jewelry store of choice. Every time I enter the store I am greeted by the friendly staff who are always prompt in helping me with whatever my dilemma may be. Tiffany (the owner) sat down with me for two hours and we brainstormed together to create the perfect ring for my mothers birthday. I was notified through the entire process and was promised deadlines that were met with time to spare. My budget was kept and my expectations were blown! I am so thankful I Heard about Tiffany and Avalon Park Jewelers. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of anything sparkly!

Several weeks ago I noticed that my wedding ring was looking very dirty and dull. I decided to take it to Avalon Park Jewelers to see what they could do. I ended up getting it cleaned and rhodium plated. When I went to pick it up, I thought it was a different ring. It looked like it did on my wedding day. I am very pleased with their service and look forward to going back.

I would give them a negative rating if it were possible!Picked up rings before wedding and diamond wasnt in one of them and they said it was because it needed to be tried on to make sure it fit before doing it but never said anything about that.Took it back in prior to Thanksgiving to get the diamond put in and it is the end of March and still dont have it back. Called in late December and said we dont work in that metal so we had to send it in to get the diamond put in. We bought ring there and they never said they dont work in that metal if need to add a diamond. No updates or anything since then.I dont know how this place is in business but I STRONGLY recommend that you not deal with them!
