I needed to replace my watch battery locally. In the mall there were approximately 3 different repair stores. I checked the price at each and HQ was the best price and had the friendliest staff. Very good and fast service. Definitely recommend.

Had my ring resized and a prong fixed in less than 2 hours! I had also asked about redipping my white gold ring and they said it didnt need that yet, just cleaned. They totally could have upsold me and didnt. 10/10 would recommend

To ensure I would love it my partner decided to include me in the process of choosing the perfect engagement ring. After visiting what seemed like every jewelry store in town and online I just couldnt find anything special; everyone had the same styles. I didnt know what I would do for a wedding band, with the unique design of my engagement ring. A friend then showed me a design idea, so next step would be finding a place that could bring that design to life. This was the place to do that. I am so very happy with the work they did. The band flows perfectly along side the engagement ring, and the Rose gold with the white is just stunning! The staff are communicative and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I dropped off my mothers ring which needed a replacement diamond, a sterling silver David Yurman ring and two watches for battery replacement. We had excellent communication with regard to picking up the order they actually rushed my moms ring for me which I sincerely appreciated. The order was complete in two days when I picked up the rings both of them looked better than when we originally purchased them absolutely gorgeous work and they did a marvelous job cleaning them. When she saw the ring she could not stop looking at it....she was loving it again. The watches were once again working we are happy we will definitely be returning this place does quality work!

I had a custom pendent made here. Jon was able to use the diamonds from my old ring and lower the price for my custom product. He even came into the store after closing time in order to assist me. Highly recommended.

Jon at the Fashion Square Mall location helped me design a custom engagement ring for my fiance and it was a wonderful experience. He was very personable and committed to the timeline I needed. I shared a budget and some inspirational images and they returned a digital rendering which looked amazing, We made some tweaks and were even able to add a few personalized elements upon his suggestion. Im not an artist so I really appreciated his advice. I got lucky to find his jewelry store at fashion square mall after 2-3 months looking online and at other bigger stores with no luck. Purchased a engagement ring for my now fiancé on September 2020. Great place and various choices of rings and styles. Huy helped me pick the right center diamond and and ring. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on various things to look for when shopping for a diamond. He was very professional and was able to find me a ring in my budget. My fiancée loves the ring! We get so many great compliments on it and makes me feel good knowing I picked out the right ring with Huys help. If you are shopping down in Florida, I would skip the head aches of dealing with money hungry shops and go straight to Huy at H&Q Jewelers. Amazing experience at the Altamonte location in particular. Was looking for a zippo to be engraved with my wife and I anniversary (was a playing card with k and q in the corners and our children birthdays on the side. Came out exactly how I envisioned it. I came in with an engagement ring size 7 and asked if he could resize it to a size 4. The ring has design on the sides and he was able to keep those designs on my ring even though he had to downsize it 3 sizes. He was great and confident and did an amazing job.

Great work! Got a locket engraved in less than 30 mins. I had been wanting to print my grandma’s photo for this locket but it didn’t look good since it is very small. I gave up and decided to engrave one letter on it but after a conversation with Jonathan he suggested to do a sketch of the photo and engrave it. He used an app and turned the picture into a sketch, and engraved it on the locket. I teared up when I saw it. The engraving is perfect, and his customer service is amazing, he makes you feel at home. Not to mention how reasonable their prices are!

Wow! where to begin with John?? This man right here is awesome. He was able to make a custom made piece engagement ring for my potentially future wife (i havent asked her yet lol). Lets begin with i am out of state, so it made the experience especially nerve wracking. I had done months of previous research. Gone into countless stores, never being satisfied with what they had or the price they wanted to give me. Finally, I came upon john through a friend referring me to him, and although I was nervous, he went step by step with me. Updated me at every moment through the process taking my input, making sure & most importantly that I was happy. He was easily reachable through skype and facetime to take my questions.He was straight up about everything. No giving the run around. Just straight truth and to the point,and the final product looks absolutely beautiful ( photos to come after I ask haha). In addition to that he is more competitive price wise than Jewelers around you. Trust me, I have looked. I can say that my experience has been great overall. I dont write many reviews. Actually I dont write ANY reviews haha; however I felt compelled to write review for how much he has done for me. So definitely go check him out.

Walked in to find a super contemporary looking store. The owners are very helpful and inviting - they helped me pick out the perfect ring! I was very indecisive and took a long time to choose, but they stuck with me the whole time, showing me anything that I wanted to try on. I would give 10 stars to them if I could, definitely recommend visiting H&Q if youre looking for any and all types of jewelry!

After reading about H&Q on weddingbee, I decided to take my wedding ring set to be resized. Most places close at 5 or 6 and since I work till 6 everyday, it has been tough finding a place that would accommodate my schedule. H&Q is open till 8:30pm, which was the first plus! When taking my rings in, I was greeted with great enthusiasm and kindness. I had 3 bands that needed to be made larger, so I was expecting a big hit on the bank account. H&Q was more than reasonable and their craft is impeccable! My rings were done the next day and looked better than they did when I got married! I will be coming here for all of my jewelry needs in the future! Thank you H&Q!

I visited multiple jewelry stores (including big chain stores) to get my engagement ring resized before going to HQ Jewelers. Many said it would take 7-10 days and they would have to send it out because the jeweler in house was not able to do it as the band is platinum. Huy at HQ was able to resize it and in just a few days! Unfortunately it was still too big so I had to go back a second time - I had no problem with having to pay again but they resized it at no charge and again in just a few days! Huy and Ray provided a great experience and I would recommend them for any jewelry resizing or custom design. I will be going back for any future jewelry purchases. Thank you again!! :)

I had a ring made here for my fiancé. The service is above and beyond. They had a ring they already had custom made, and then they made it even more custom.We had it dipped in rhodium and they redip it and clean it whenever asked.John and Johnathan are seriously cool dudes, very hospitable, easy to talk to, and up front.Quality work and very professional. If you want a ring for your future fiancé that a bunch of other people have that’s cool, but if you want a unique, beautifully hand crafted masterpiece, then this is the place I recommend you go.Great people, but their work is seriously something else. 9999 out of 5.....
