This was my second visit to this store. I enjoyed the purchase of my second Omega watch from this location.I cannot say enough about the experience. It was extremely positive and comfortable.Mr. Goldie (mgr) and Ms. Alvarez (sales associate) spent all the time I needed to make a objective choice in my purchase.It is without any reservation that I would recommend OMEGA BOUTIQUE MILLENIA!

Had a bad experience with Claudia Djevalikian. On my first visit, she offered a discount of 6.5% (covering sales tax). I took some time to think about the purchase. Three months later, after saving enough money, I decided to buy the watch. However, on my return visit, Claudia said the discount was only 5%, with no good reason or explanation for the change. She lost the sale over 1.5%, and I took my business elsewhere. So should you.
Debbie Ng is a major asset to Omega. I walked in looking for a specific watch, she quickly brought them out and was so knowledgeable. Not just about these specific watches, but watches in general. Its really nice to have a sales associate as passionate about watches as there buyers. I didnt buy a watch this day, but when Im ready Ill be back. Very rude staff. Not holding up the standards that a AD should. Completely different experience at the other major watch brands in this mall.
Rude staff I came in two weeks ago and they were rude. I came back and they were still just as bad and that security guy looks at people like theyre about to steal inventory, I tested him and I said hi and he didnt reply. Not going to be a customer at this store.
Went into drop off my watch for re-finishing. The process was shift and easy, and Debbie was very thoughtful in explaining the whole process. I ended up staying there for about an hour just taking a look at watches, and Debbie was extremely helpful in showing me all the pieces. She was also very knowledgeable and is a big fan of watches herself! Saw some pieces that caught my attention, and will be back.
Was able to drop my time piece off for its servicing without issue.
I am very grateful for my wife surprising me with a trip to this store and to purchase a watch I have had my eye on for a couple of years. My wife had previously communicated with Melissa and she was so wonderful to work with. We had our two young kids with us and she immediately offered up coloring books to keep them entertained while she made sure to take care of us. I feel comfortable knowing that I can always call her up and ask a question. Her level of detail and service is exemplary and exactly what you would expect from a high end brand like Omega.

Jeff and his team were great today at the Omega store. I brought in my seamaster pro for them to size and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a store and was greeted, helped and assisted in such a timely manner. I look forward to doing more business with the team here. They really helped me out. My wife bought me the Speedmaster Moonwatch four days ago. I really appreciate that great service of entire staff especially Tohilmy, Jeff and Melissa. I have owned Omega watches for several years now and I’m usually quite satisfied with their service. That being said their Orlando location at Millenia should really be reconsidering their sales staff. I wanted to get a battery change on my quartz Seamaster. After a week I got a call that my watch would need service (2+ months) and I declined. I drove to the boutique to pick up my watch and when I walked in I got no hello, nothing. One of the two associates quickly looked back down to her computer and when I made eye contact with the other lady all I got was an annoyed “Uh can i help you...”When I explained I wanted to pick up my watch she started to smile. I understand it may be a bit strange for 20 something year old to be a customer but don’t you be profiling people. How unprofessional is that? After a while I got my timepiece back and it wasn’t working. It wasn’t even cleaned, which any other boutique I go to (Breitling or Omega) usually tend to polish the watch as a courtesy. Even when I just browse their inventory.I was then informed that a battery change can only be completed if the service is done too, which nobody told me prior. Maybe before I make the drive. I’m just disappointed by the lack of service for such a premium product and the rudeness of their staff.
Love Omega but found this boutique to be rude and off putting, especially the manager.
