Helen has done my nails for the last 6 years! She is amazing! I have ovarian cancer and she makes sure to be careful and patient with me, no matter how long it takes. I always make an appointment since it’s just her and one other lady, and I NEVER wait for more than 5 minutes. Thank you Helen and Cai for always taking care of me!

Helen is the BEST. Before going to this place I went with four different girls from my country (Venezuela) because I did not feel safe to go to Xo Nails, but with the other girls my nails were ruined in a week and the gel was up easy. After going with Helen, Jure not to change her for anyone in the world, she is the best, my gel manicure has lasted 20 days intact and the nail grows rapidly, she is very gentle when she is attending and always does a good job, I definitely recommend her.

Helen was so great. She took her time and she was very nice. She came on straight from the dentist to accommodate me. I will definitely be back. Ladies go see Helen!

I walked in there today, only 2 people working. Waited over 30 mins and neither person even acknowledged my existence. Not a way to run a salon. 🤨 I will find somewhere else.

Iv been to almost every salon in Orlando. & the majority charge way more than she does and my nails break within two weeks and the service sucks. If you’ve gotten your nails done by Helen you already know she’s the best and she has a wide range of her loyal customers that are always calling making appointments with her. She had few employees before but some of them weren’t doing their job right and had customer complaints so she let them go. She is a strong character and a little fiesty but she tell it how she is. Her salon was almost broken into before that’s why she keeps the doors locked. If you don’t call and make an appointment in advance and she’s already working with one of her customers you will have to come back hours later or wait until she’s done. She takes her time and does everything perfectly the way her customers ask. My nails don’t ever break when I get them done with Helen. My friend recommended me to her a long time ago and I won’t ever go to anyone else. All her services are awesome. If you’re going to be sensitive about the way she runs her business then go to another salon and pay more for a crappy service and for your nails to break within two weeks. Not even the salons in the best areas offer good service I went to the one on Millenia and payed 60 dollars and got serviced while drinking whine and one of my nails broke within a week . And I never went back there again.

Showed up at 4:30 seeking an appointment on a day they were scheduled to close after 7pm. The door was locked with patrons inside. The door would not open when I called the store they answered the second time and told me that they were busy and to come back later. Horrible guest service and completely unprofessional business attuitue. Would not recommend!! If there was a negative ten stars I would leave that.

Extremely patient and nice! She reapplied the paint on my toe 3 times. I smudged it and she had it fixed with out me asking. Great service!

Owner is always alone. And door is always locked (like she doesnt feel safe there) Only one person there working. Thats really the only problem. I love the way she get my nails and eyebrows done though.

The owner “Helen”, Idk if you spell the name like that, is the only one working there and her rude husband. Everytime you go over there she asks you what are you going to do and if it is not long nails or a job that gonna give her a lot of money she says “come back later” she has to be very bored to paint your nails or do your feet. I will never go back again.

Called and no answer. Descided to drive to the salon anyways. The door was locked which was kind of weird but a lady opened the door and asked what I needed. I felt like I had just knocked on someones house door it was weird. I told her and she said it would be 45 minutes?! There was only one girl in the salon getting her nails done and I didnt see anyone else working? Its a week day where are the employees??

Hope you’re ready for a thorough review:First, I don’t know what’s up with all these other reviews but people must be too sensitive or crazy or there must have been some misunderstandings.Helen- the best nail tech in Orlando (dubbed my someone who has been everywhere in Orlando- me) has a strong personality and she may be feisty but that’s what makes her the best at what she does. She’s not a push over and she’s realistic.It’s very difficult for her to take walk ins because she has a clientele base already that calls in constantly (count the times she takes calls on speaker while doing your nails). I made my appointment two weeks in advance because I know she’s very busy but she is always willing to work with me too. Helen tends to have few or no employees not because she wants it that way but becuase good nail techs are few and far in between. So when they come and have bad attitudes and lie (I’ve been present for employees that have done both) she doesn’t stand for that and let’s them go. Can you really sit there and blame someone for having employee standards that are high? I respect her for that.As far as the door being locked... I mean, are you people living in some alternate universe or something? As someone who worked as front desk customer service in a shop by myself in a “prominent” area of Orlando (Dr. Phillips), uh, yeah, you bet I’m going to screen who’s coming in and out of the shop I’m all alone in—my life means more to me than hurting someones feelings. The fact that she has that locking system makes me feel comfortable and safe when she’s focused on doing my nails.As far as the service, it may not be all “froo froo” and pompous with waterfalls and chandeliers or whatever people are used to these days, but Helen is the best of the best of the best. She does not rush. She is gentle (no more sore hands after acrylics!). She is good at what she does and she likes what she does. If you’re patient and willing to sit for up to three hours for a work of art, then Helen is for you. I HATE fat fake looking acrylics. Man, lumpy acrylics kill me... well, I can’t even count the times people ask me how I keep my natural nails so nice only to suprise them when I tell them they’re not mine.Anyways, Helen’s the best, I drive 30 minutes to go to her and it’s well worth it. And as far as all these other reviews go... well, they clearly don’t know Helen and her service.

Came here today to get my nails done! Here from out of town and asked how long it would take for a pedicure and my 5 year old snails - lady said 30 mins and I asked if she was sure she said yes!! 45 mins later when I said to skip my daughters manicure she asks why!!!! Because you took too damn long and didnt deliver the time promised! Unbelievable!!

Helen always does an awesome job whether nails, lashes, or pedicures

The owner is very rude, I would always do my nails with her and sometimes she would make me get them done with someone else, this person had no idea how to do nails, they lasted like 3 days, when i went to her to complain she was totally rude and yelled at me saying it was my fault, she is super irresponsible and doesnt hire good people, this place isnt worth it

HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service is the worst! You cant even walk in. Tried to go in yesterday and she shut the door on me and said she was busy. I called and spoke to Helen and she hung up on me when I told her! This place is a joke!

Horrible customer service horrible attitudes very unprofessional

Brought my wife at 6:55pm and they didnt take care of her because they had 1 customer and they closed at 7:30pm. Why the hell do you put on Google you close at 730pm, then? I guess customer service is not your priority!

I loved it, excellent service and patience to do the job because I have always said that it is better to do things with patience than to have something done quickly and badly done .. it is worth it!

I was in that place to attend to the cutting of my toenails.- Excellent work, I regret not remembering the name of the person who attended me.- I can only say that she was excellent, a true professional in that job, in addition to kindness and delicacy in the treatment.- I am grateful to him.
