I was very excited to get my nails done at this place for the first time. However, the results completely threw me off. I payed $90 for this work and i feel like I would have been better off buying press on nails rather than this. I recommend getting regular polish and for acrylic you’re better off going to a better nail technician.Other than that the place is neat, following covid procedure correctly and host is polite.

Probably one of the worst manicures Ive had in a while. The man working on my hands was very rough when pushing back my skin, cut me on my cuticle, and the pulled at the area that he had just cut... I had done dip nails with a matt finish and it came out very streaky and shiny (I reminded him I wanted matt and he only put a single coat). The guy doing my nails also put a big line with the dip half way through my nails and didnt buff it out properly. The only reason I gave this 2 stars because the pedicure was actually nice and relaxing.

I had a wonderful experience with my technician. Terrific pedicure and manicure. I will be back.

I love this nail salon. Same staff for years. They are very friendly and do take good care of their clients. They are a hardworking group. So, please treat them with respect and kindness

This was the first time at the salon for me, I got SNS dip powder which I have been getting for over a year. They usually last me four + weeks without chipping. Within week one, the color was chipping off of the top of my nails. Here I am on week two and my one nail chipped at the top and my thumb nail is rough and sharp from the color not being done properly. The man I had spent way too much time filing off excess color and I think made them too thin. Will NOT go back. Waste of $40 that I now have to go get my nails done again.

My favorite place to get my nails done. Friendly staff, clean facility and great prices. $35 for gel manicure that lasts me 3+ weeks.

Ive been coming here for years! I only see Tea and he is hands down the best! He knows my nail are special because they kind of turn in. He takes so much pride in his work and with that I can go a little over a month between fills!! I recommend him to everyone!!

To my black women. Please go else where to get your lashes done. Pure pain and agony. I’ve never been somewhere where they tapeYour eyes open for 25-30 minutes and your expected not to blink. Then, the lashes where coming off piece by piece .

My family, friends and I have all been coming here for 15+ years. The establishment is so clean and well-kept! The owner and his team are fine people and they do a wonderful job! 👍👍👍

I decided to come here on a whim... so glad I did! The salon is so clean and professional, nice and quiet, very relaxing. And Lisa gave me one of my best pedicures ever, EVER!!! She is so detail oriented and gets all the dead skin. I just love her, she’s amazing!Highly recommend!

T did my nails and he NEVER disappoints! Best nail tech thus far in an Asian place. Very clean. And Lena did my pedicure. She was amazing. She took her time, massaged really well and super sweet. But you pay for what you get. Tip well and they take care of you well. Thanks guys!! You rock!

I was walk in to try out this place..i thought it was a cute nail salon near my home...well the 2 available nail techs were lounging at the pedicure area, so the one I get is Lena...she seemed annoyed,,maybe I disturbed her break...i needed a fill,at some points the drill work is hot on some nail and I let her know it hurts, she mumbles under her breath ...i felt that she could care less 🤤,,, she was rushed to do my nails..there was no one else waiting,please take some pride in your work! Im not impressed with the quality of service at all.They need training in customer service,and sanitation.! You used your own nail to push my cuticle as you work my nails,,,disgusting ...you didnt even wash your hands after you finished with me,and never before you started. There was no hand sanitizer on the dusty station either. It was to feel spa like..not with those 2 technicians. By the way, A PRICE LIST is good to have in a business. What,,, you get to charge or change or prices on a whim?

I really enjoy this nail salon. Everytime i go my nails always look amazing. I ask for some crazy stuff sometimes and im never disappointed. They are always very nice when me n my mom go. I went in today with some jacked up nails from another salon, he fixed what was messed up and remembered exactly how i liked my nails from a previous visit. My latest design. Super happy with the out come, and the price matches the service! Even recommend to my family members from out of state and the enjoyed them as well.

This place is amazing. I went for the first time today and was super impressed.The decor was beautiful, place was clean, and they played quite relaxing music.The nail tech was extremely friendly and ensured I was happy and comfortable the entire time. The foot massage was well done and for a good period of time. I was very happy with my pedicure and will definitely be back.****Bring cash to tip**** If I have to complain about something, it would be that they only accept cash tips. Its not a big deal but you will definitely want to plan to being cash to tip well on the great service.

Went in as a walk-in for a pedi and eyebrow wax. Tina helped me out and did a fantastic job. Best calf/foot massage I’ve had in a long time, and she really took her time. I will absolutely be back!!Also, make sure you bring a cash tip, their card reader can’t add it on there, and you will definitely want to leave a tip!

I walked in it clearly says walk ins welcome and got denied at the door because i had my children with me so i left dropped my children off and came back and was still denied cuz he supposedly doesnt have enough people now and i literally stepped out for not even 2 mins im completely disappointed with the service 🙄 dnt ever go here i felt so unwelcomed from the very beginning... never again !!!

Staff and service was outstanding

My mom and I went in for a pedicure each today and then I got a lip and eyebrow wax as well. Staff was very friendly, salon was extremely clean, and the whole experience was relaxing. We didn’t feel rushed but we also weren’t there too long. We were there a very reasonable amount of time. When I got my lip and eyebrow wax done, I didn’t even flinch as it didn’t hurt like it typically does at other nail salons. Thank you Tappers!! We will be back again soon.

The atmosphere great .. relaxing but the lady who did my brows and pedi .. felt like she didn’t know what she was doing with my eyebrows.. she had to go over them twice but whatever .. then she rushed my pedicure.. mind you she was just walking around outside when I got up here and I came when they first opened so it’s not as though she had been working all day . Whatever .. chances of me coming back .. doubt it

One of the best services I’ve had in a long time. They did not rush through my mani/pedi although it was near closing time. The staff was very kind, the place was clean and everything is reasonably priced. My regular (non-gel) mani looked like gel for over a week. I do not live in the area, but will stop in again whenever I come to town.

Great service. If you go regularly (weekly or biweekly) you will realize they give really personal service and are always nice. I have not had issues in the 5+ years Ive gone (on and off), though more regularly now. The place is clean, well kept, and their massage chairs are of good quality (and modern). Prices vary, but I believe are worth the quality.

The reason I rate it 1 star is because the location is convenient. However this will be my last visit. I noticed this place treats others differently because of seniority. I had nails and toes done, the same service another lady had and charged me $60 and she was only charged $36. Then they get mad if you ask the price for certain services. Which makes me believe that is the reason they dont show prices for their services. THEY SERVE EVERYONE DIFFERENT. I firmly believe in treating people equal and this is not a place they do.

This place is a joke. So you go in for a fill with 2 broken nails ( poor job from a girl that is no longer working there) they charge for a fill in addition to fix the broken nails. This was the most expensive fill I have ever paid. I guess the fill doesnt include repairs... wow! Never again, with so many nail places around, this people they have it all wrong.

Clean quick service and my nails lasted for a long time. Good prices too.

If I can give no star, I will but this place is overprice, I went just for color gel, no manicure only the color gel and once my nail was done, I was mortify to hear its 20 bucks Im accustom to get color gel with manicure, the lady did not clip my nails, massage it nothing, all she did was polish no personality anything, only reason I ended up here I was in a rush and the previous place which is 15 the wait was too long... Stay away overprice, money hungry place and their only response is here its 20 and if you want manicure its 30...... Stay away people they some thieves

This place was awful! The lady was rude. The massage lasted less than a minute and they usually do it for a couple. Plus instead of letting me sit there and dry she said you can go. Its over priced and ugly

This is the worst job ever, Ive never payed $35 to HATE my nails. Uneven lines, VERY messy nail painting, the woman doing my nails didnt even attempt to speak to me, and my nails are all different lengths and the shapes are so off. This was the worst nail salon Ive ever been to, if I could post a picture of the disaster on my finger nails... I would probably be able to convince everyone that this place isnt worth the money they charge.

Horrible place. Over charged me after telling me the price was $40. Was charged $65 after they did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. -5 stars

I was waiting for 45 minutes and when four other girls came in they let them go in front of me so I ended up waiting more time and then when I try to leave and the owner had told me that hell be done in a couple minutes but I just ended up waiting 20 more minutes and he still wasnt done so I had left. I had wasted more than an hour of my time and watched four other girls go in front of me. I had $1500 in my bag and I was going to tip them well for their services but its their loss they dont know how to run their business the right way. First time going to the salon and I will never go back.

Please dont waste your time and money here, they had to redo my nails 3 times while I was there because they were so terrible(waste of two hours) and I got SNS powder that should last 3 wks and the SECOND DAY I saw the clear layer already peeling off!
