Zina is amazing! She is professional, attention to detail, precise, and tedious with every single nail. I am VERY picky when it comes to uniform shaping and application. And she checked all my boxes! She was very welcoming for my first time and first time having a Russian manicure. Her personality also fits well with being your nail tech. She was so funny, and professional at the same time, it made my experience at Luxy - well worth the 30 minute drive. The venue is extremely clean and well kept up. It’s beautiful and gives you a relaxing and chic and happy vibe. 👏🏽❤️

I had my nails done here as a gift from my daughter for mothers day. I received a Russian manicure and OMG my nails have never looked better! They did an amazing job! And they have lasted so long. I cannot wait to go again! If you are looking for a place to go I highly recommend you trying this place. You will not be disappointed!!! 100% beautiful work!

Fantastic quality of work that you cannot find in many places around town. 40 minute drive for me is certainly worth to have beautiful and healthy nails. Girls are extremely busy all the time, so I highly recommend to book your appointment well in advance. Zina is my favorite, but all of the girls are great.

Does great Russian manicures/pedicures, but her customer service? Not so great. I had been going to the salon for over a year and multiple times I was left waiting for over 25 minutes without notice. Also, she would push the time of the appointment the day before without even consulting with me to see if I could make it on time. Additionally, she increased her prices two times in one year with no exception to returning clients. I went to get my nails done for my birthday and I was never even gifted a discount. The cherry on top for me was changing policies without informing her clients. She is now charging a deposit for returning clients even if the appointment is a month away. How are you going to charge for a deposit without advising the client of new policy changes? That is just outrageous to me. They were very rude and did not even apologize for not informing the clients about the updated policy. Zina replied Just follow our policy. This made me very uncomfortable. In my opinion, quality customer service and keeping your clients happy is a priority for me. For that reason, I will not be returning.

Amazing nail techs!!! I rarely get my nails done, because I work with my hands, and didnt know much about different types of manicures when I went there.. Zina was kind enough, to explain to me the different types of manicures and helped me correctly schedule the appointment so that I get exactly what I wanted! Kate was super attentive to detail, and did amazing work!! I will be returning soon, and would definitely recommend this salon! 5/5 stars!I would suggest checking out their website to book the appointment, because these ladies are super busy and get booked months in advance!

I recommend Luxy nails to all my friends ! I’ve been getting acrylic nails done for years and decided to go on a more natural look. By far Russian nail manicures is where it’s at with Zina! All the ladies there are super professional and so sweet. Her booking website it very simple to use. My nails are healthy, and super cute since I started visiting her!

The owner is nasty and rude ... I couldn’t make it to my appointment because I didn’t have a babysitter the owner talk to me nasty and said I needed to pay for service for not showing up... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody you need to humble yourself as a business owner

1 star because my nails were cute for the few days they lasted. Ive been getting russian manicures for over a year now recently moved and decided to try this place. Nice establishment but Anastassia wasnt nice. She was more than 15 minutes late. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Grooming time is suppose to be relaxing and make you feel better about yourself. Well not this nail tech. VERY critical, huffed and puffed throughout the entire experience. Would like to go back to give the other girl a try, she was informative and kind. But wont even bother if I have to cross paths with Anastassia again. My nails didnt even last a week before they started chipping

I was so impressed with Zina!! My nails look stunning right now! I live on the other side of the city but still would drive 40 minutes to this amazing specialist! I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends.
