Ive been looking for a good nail salon and finally found it! Trish did an amazing job and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Im a visitor to the area. I did a walk in around 3p. I was instantly greeted. The interior of this facility is very beautiful and modern. From the cushion chairs, to the marble tile floors, to the hanging chandeliers. My nails tech that approached me was the sweetest. Her name is Mia. She was very thorough with her job. My pedicure that included paraffin wax and a gel nail polish is perfect. She was also great with the massage. Oh and this place is clean inside and out. Which is a plus for me! I highly recommend! 🥳

Took my 10 yr old for a mommy and meSpa day. My pedicure was decent but they totally ruined my daughters nails. The lady was friendly but did a horrible job on her pedicure. Layers on top of layers! She didn’t even paint it on, she dabbed it on. Then she took my daughter to the seats for her manicure. Didn’t file or buff her nails. Again, dabbed on her nail polish. By the time we got home, it started peeling off!! To expensive for such poor quality work.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! i don’t ever leave reviews but god. this place was the worst. while doing my nails, i got cut. TWICE. my cousin, who attended with me, also got cut and bled. they only discounted 10$ from her set (which was initially 35$ for a refill). not to mention, the color was wrong. they mixed up the nail polish my cousin asked for with a different one. they didn’t change even after knowing. the lady working on her nails was extremely rude and rough!! pls don’t come here, the service is trash:/

Acrylic seems to be weak as multiple nails have broken (have been doing my nails for a straight year with no problems). 4 nails broke within a week. One nail bubbled up and peeled (even tho they were supposed to be gel polish) when I went in to get that fixed they didn’t follow the same pattern and rushed it.I asked for the other nails to be fixed. One nail was filed down shorter than all the others even tho only the corner needed to be evened out. I was asked if I wanted the other broken nail filed down or just a nail put on top.When initially there the tech seemed rush, the person answering the phone complained about people asking to be seen even tho they closed at 7 (it was 630) if u can’t take them, turn them away/stop offering services after a set of time.Waste of money, I’d advise going somewhere else. Or save ur money and buy glue ons. Same quality.

I have been coming here for more than 6 months, Leena is my favorite, she’s the only one that does my nails, always does a perfect shape, she makes sure I like it, takes care of every detail and my sets always last me at least 3 weeks, in any other place or with any other person my sets last me less than a week. I love coming to this salon! It’s clean, high end, yet very competitive in regards to price. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Emily does excellent work, she is detailed oriented and takes her time. She listens to what you want and recreates it to the T. You will not be disappointed 👌🏽. Highly recommend you book in advance to get the best experience possible as appointments book quickly although walkins are very welcomed.

Do not come here. Receptionist had so much attitude when I asked her how much longer I would have to wait since I had already waited 30+ minutes. Basically most of the employees are unprofessional. Talking about their personal life’s with eachother in front of clients. I am not there to listen to ur problems. The girl who did my nails was more focused on talking and changing the music playing then doing my nails. Had to tell her to fix them because of poor application. When I showed her initially what I wanted she said she could do it and then called another girl to do the design. The design looked nothing like what I asked for. just do not come here .

Ana was Incredible, really professional, sweet, took her time and had excellent attention to detail. My mom gets her nails done here too, with Thuy (sorry if mispelled) who is also really sweet.

I walked in and waited about 20 minutes to be seen. That was fine, my nails came out nice but she did not clean around my nail beds or fingers after she finished. It wasnt busy and as I was washing my hands I realized the acrylic wasnt coming off. I had already been there 2 and half hours so I was ready to go and decided Id clean them up myself.Unfortunately I didnt get her name but she was attentive to the design I wanted and after a few attempts the ombre effect was to my liking.After I left I realized my right thumb didnt have the shine like the other nails, so I will returning to get that corrected. If I do go back Id be seen bysomeoneelse.She did do a great job on my toes and eyebrow clean up.

I visit Orlando often and was looking for a nail salon to use while I’m down here. I’ve definitely found theee perfect nail salon! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. She did my nails exactly matter of fact she did them better than I wanted them. I’m so happy right now I could cry! If I could stay at the salon all day I would. The vibe there is so awesome and warming. I definitely recommend this nail salon! Can’t forget she massage all the stress out of my feet. I’m a nurse so I’m on my feet all the time. Ugh I feel so much better now! Thank you Nail Lounge 💕

Had an appointment at 5:30 and finally got seen at 6. I was worried that they were going to rush because they were closing in an hour and sure enough they did. I get my nails done very often so I’m familiar with the process and steps were missing in getting SNS dip this time for the 20+ time. The woman who did my nails was on her phone the entire time and was rushing so much that my nails aren’t completely smooth from her not wanting to spend time filing them. She only put one coat of clear gel to seal and cured once.None of the workers were friendly and were very unprofessional showing each other from what it looked like, their statements of tips they made that day. Most of them were with clients at the time too so it looked very awkward. Very disappointed with this experience and service.

Pros and cons to this place. The service you receive from the front desk and the nail artists is below average. Language is not a barrier but they choose not speak seemingly just because they don’t want to or because they are chatting it up with each other about some guys Facebook post showing that “he is with some girl that’s not even cute”.They shape very well, design well, and have great attention to detail BUT the pedicures comes with free gel polish. Sounds like a nice freebie right? WRONG! If you are a loyal client it’s a double edge sword because they charge $25.00 just to remove the gel before getting started on your next pedi. So, a 28 dollar basic pedi turns into a $53.00 pedi. THEY ALSO ADVERTISE WINE OR DRINKS WITH PEDI SERVICE BUT DONT UPHOLD THIS OFFER. If it’s you and the girls for a self care night BYOB. All in all 4 stars due to the sever deficiency in customer service.

I’m so upset I got my nails done Saturday and by Tuesday they are falling apart. It was not cured right, the surf is not smooth, has dents and overall just not worth the 105 I spent I would at least expect it to last a week… my toes even chipped!!!

Probably the best nail salon I’ve been to, to get my nails done this is the first nail salon that I have actually had that knows how to do the exact coffin shape that I like they are a little on the pricey end but honestly I think the nails are worth it! This will definitely be my new nail place to go too! It’s the best they are super friendly when you walk in and I didn’t even asked to be seated they took me back right away! The girl who did my nails was awesome I don’t really remember her name but if I’m positive I think her name was Keyla? I definitely recommend her she takes her time and is very gentle and didn’t hurt me at all!

Schedule appointment and that was not honor. Was told that it was a wait. So not cool. It’s useless to have scheduling system if it is not being used. Just a poor customer experience. This shop needs do better.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in.. salon was clean and modern.. but the attendant working on my nails hardly said 2 words to me. At first I thought she did a decent job, until closer inspection when I got home. My real nails are peeled away from the dip. The edges are really rough, sharp, and uneven. Theres still tons of cotton and polish leftover from the removal of my last set. The new dip is also really thick. I wish I could capture it all in a photo better. I honestly wont be back. Ill head back to the salon near my office tomorrow to have these fixed.

I got an Acrylic Nail with Gel polish fill today, my nails are completely uneven and not the color I wanted, despite me saying so. I also have cuts on almost all of my cuticles. I wanted the coffin shape and the edges were not blended at all, the flat tops aren’t all flat and when I look at my nails from the side, it’s not smooth at all. Every nail was pretty much a different shape.I’m disappointed because I got my nails done for a weekend getaway this weekend and I’m not happy with them at all.

WORST nail salon I ever went to, nails cracked next day from being so thin. She then proceeded to fill them in when I went back so thick it looked like there were legos as my nails lol. Very bad work i’m highly unsatisfied with this place. Disappointing cause it’s close to my house. save yourself the trip & go to a better place. Unless you’re booking with John he’s great.

Would you pay $45 for this? Sorry but this is simply not good work.. polish is sloppy and not fully covering my fingers and my cuticles were left looking like a mess. She also didnt take off the clear polish I had on my nails before painting them. I would’ve done a better job myself. In fact, I went to ulta next door to buy nail tools to fix it. Two stars cus the pedicure was ok..UPDATE: my nails chipped after 2 days!!! Back to one star, what a waste of money!

Made my appointment the night before and was a little worried going in since I have tried 3 nail salons since moving to Orlando and had disliked all of them. This one broke the bad luck streak! It was a nice and clean space, very relaxed atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. Ill be a returning customer for sure!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and wasted 40 minutes in a pedicure chair with my feet in mildly warm water, no one ever came over to do my feet until I had no time left as I was on a time constraint. Appointments mean nothing here clearly! A salon should not be taking appointments if they don’t have enough Nail Techs to cover the services booked!! This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here, however @naildadstudio fixed my nails the first time around so I have been back since.. after this- no more for me. Don’t waste your time.

So I came in for a pedicure. One of the younger girls did my pedicure. SHE WAS RUSHING THE ENTIRE TIME. I asked her for acrylic of one of my toes she completely ignored it. Was taking on her phone the entire time & BARELY TOUCHED MY FEET. WORSE PEDICURE I EVER GOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ A total waste of time & money 😭

Took forever and over charged! Quoted one price and charged another. Nails didnt last a week and my white polish turned on my toes after 3 days! Upset is an understatement!

I called in asking if they take walk ins-they do! I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get a mani/pedi done before my weekend getaway and so I was so excited when I was able to just walk In here. I waited for maybe 5 mins before they brought me back to a chair. Anna did my pedicure and she was so great! I don’t get this kind of stuff done often and so sometimes I get scared (idk why) but she made me feel comfortable and pampered. After. Long days work I needed it! I got the signature pedicure and gel polish and they look amazing! Then she had one of her regulars come in and asked me if she could pass me along to her coworker (I think her name was) Thuy. I really appreciated her asking me instead of just telling me. I said that was totally fine as it wasn’t an issue with me. Thuy did a great job on my manicure and I was so relaxed! When that came to an end, we did my brows!I was impressed with the cleanliness and how pretty it looked. That’s a big deal for me and I appreciate a clean area lol.Overall I was happy and so glad I found this place! I will for sure be a regular!Thanks Anna and Thuy!

I was coming here because lady (Annie) who did my pedis was super friendly in the past. This last time I got someone else who seemed rushed and who was clearly having a bad day, shows in the work done. After this last experience I will likely not return. Disappointed for a high price and for the holidays, sucks.

I stopped by here during my stay in florida for a quick fill and nail repair. the staff was very friendly and professional, the place was very clean and nice and my nails looked perfect.. however- 4 days later the shellac polish literally chipped off every single nail one by one and peeled off ... this has never happened to me before. also the nail that i got repaired literally broke off on the same day. i really wish i could go back and get my money back but im back in canada now. i will be returning to florida in a few months and will make a side note to never come back here again. the pictures below were taken roughly 5 days apart.

Im not one to usually get nails done. But Im so glad I came to Nail Lounge. It just opened up about a year ago (if that). Its so clean. Very affordable. The staff is so sweet. My friend and I had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit.

Nice clean place! I got lymphatic massage by Angel and I have never felt better in my life. It was not noisy and I was able to relax. I can wait to go back for my French Dip and pedicure. Super chill spot I totally recommend this place!

Will not be back. Receptionist did my nails and couldnt even shape or do a fill. I called to make the appt and then was asked to wait 25 mins when i got there. I declined and totallywasted my money trying to be polite. paid full price for work that looks like a 5 yr old did it.

This place is great! It’s very clean and open and modern. My appointment was with John. I came in 10 minutes early and he took me immediately. He was very personable and does amazing work. His attention to detail was great and he really took his time to perfect the shape. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he made sure to give me the option that worked best for me. I showed him a picture of what I had in mind and he pretty much gave me exactly what I wanted. My best friend also got a pedicure with Lena and she said that she was extremely nice and did great work. Will definitely be coming back! I’m not sure how to post pics with the review but I’d definitely flaunt these nails if I could!!!!

DO NOT GOT HERE! They gave me a fungus, had to go to a different nail salon to find out. If you are using dip powered and your skin in flaking off from the underneath your nail, ITS A FUNGUS!!

I scheduled an appointment and I got there I was told the person I book was not there. And that I needed to wait 30 minutes. What is the point of appointment or even the process. This place is very unprofessional.

Appt was at 3, say down at 3:02. Website said 50 minutes. Walked out with completed nails at 3:50. Sweet lady, my type of appt though, didnt small talk much, which I appreciate. The nails are a bit long for my taste, but I should have spoken up, not her fault, polish is smooth. Got a dip.

Julie took amazing care of me and did my nails really really nice. She pays so much attention to detail, it’s amazing. You can tell she cares and takes pride in her work. The whole place itself is beautiful, reasonably priced, and is overall a really good experience. Will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous new nail salon near The Millenia Mall. My wife and I live in Manhattan and visit Orlando regularly. We are a “high maintenance couple” and difficult to please, especially when it comes to our nails. John and his wife and brother are in a league of their own. This is hands-down the best nail salon my wife and I have ever experienced in Manhattan, Orlando or anywhere else. What makes the salon so good is John’s detailed knowledge of nail technology and care combined with his prioritization of quality above everything else. John ensures that everyone who works at the salon meets his extremely high standard. This will definitely be our new go-to salon whenever we are in Orlando. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

I called at about 7 pm to see if they could get 3 pedicures and one full set. They said yes! We went in and it was a nice place. They stayed past closing to finish us all. My wife didn’t want to put them out with waxing and the lady told her your not putting us out or causing problems. She took her time with my wife and her nails look amazing. Her eyebrows are even. Please keep being kind to your customers. My wife now wants to keep driving from Longwood down there which is 30-40 minutes one way. Great prices.

I have been going to this shop exclusively for months now and absolutely love it. The service and quality are hands-down superior to any other salons in the area. The atmosphere is gorgeous and relaxing, complimentary water, soft drinks and wine, and beautiful skilled work done by top notch professionals. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!!! Such a great atmosphere and they did an incredible job! The staff was super friendly and the service was beyond perfect! My Mom and I both got the dip for our nails and also got a pedicure-the massage will put you to sleep, that’s how amazing it is! Very clean with very friendly staff and good prices

Prices must be based off of the location because the quality of my nails left a lot to be desired. I got a full set for my baby shower and the nails weren’t filed to the same shape. Halfway through another client made a complaint about the work one of the other technicians had done to her nails so without even finishing with me first, my nail tech switched chairs to appease her and sent over the other lady. Not only did she use the wrong polish, and didn’t seem to understand me when I said so, but I wanted to get my baby’s initial on both ring fingers and she wrote the letters upside down as well as backwards. I was then charged $5 for each nail I had the initials added to. They were friendly though, I guess.

Just left the salon and had a great time! The Tiffanys are fantastic! They listened to what I wanted and liked and did an amazing job! Ive been in several times over the last 2 months and have always had a great experience! No matter who has done my service, they are all fantastic! Amazing customer service EVERY TIME!

Price is outrageously expensive (double the price)! Might be acceptable if your nails were done perfectly...but that was so not the case. Had to have them take all the Polish off and redo every nail! Nail tech that worked on me was rude from the get go. Not a good experience to say the least and will definitely not return.

Nail Lounge at Millenia has all of these ... plus some!When I first came in, my nails were destroyed from poor gel manicures at other salons. The staff at Nail Lounge helped heal my nails, and honestly they’ve never looked better. I highly recommend this salon!

My girl Isabella moved from Shilla Spa to here and as always she does such a good job and always so sweet. The Nail Lounge is also so clean and everyone here is super helpful. I will be coming back again!

My friend and I tried Nail Lounge for the first time 3 weeks ago while we were in Orlando for work. We both got gel manicures and the staff was super friendly!! Today we chatted and realized both of our manicures still haven’t chipped! Only have to get them redone because of regrowth but we are both impressed with their amazing quality!

Called last minute to get my nails done and they had an availability. I wish I knew the girls name that help me, she did such a great job. I got a pedicure another time that was ok but it was when they first opened I would try again.

They did a good job but the lady filed my nails after she put the colored polish on my nails. I also think they were making fun of me because when i got there i was wearing a bow bun and they pointed at me, said something and they all laughed q

I had the most wonderful service today at Nail Lounge! This was my first visit to this salon and it will be my go-to from now on. After learning what I do for a living and what events I have coming up John made a suggestion on what to do with my nails and I trusted him completely to make them look amazing. Boy, did he deliver. He got me out of my usual, boring rut of nail shapes and colors and gave me a fresh, fashion-forward look. Tiffany did my pedicure, which was relaxing and also turned out beautifully. I cant recommend this salon highly enough!
