I haven’t had a pedicure since COVID-19, and I chose this spa because it was close to my physical therapy appointment. Totally awesome experience! Linda was my technician and the massage was heaven. Thank you so much Linda for such a fabulous job!

My mom and I came here two years ago out of a whim, and we had such an amazing experience we have never gone anywhere else. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful, the people are so nice and sweet. My mother gets a gentleman name Sonny and I have have a lady by the name of Linda. They both are amazing and make sure you always leave happy. Such a great place can’t talk more highly of the place.

I reached out to three nail places at the last minute, requesting appointments for my daughter and I. Im visiting from MD and it was a last minute decision to get our nails done. Not only were they the only salon to respond, they were so welcoming when we arrived. The salon is very relaxing with the sound of water ongoing and soothing music.Jenny and Stephanie took care of us and were great. I love how my manicure and pedicure looks!Highly recommend and if Im ever in the area again, Ill definitely return.

I went for a pedicure and was not disappointed!!! Jenny was absolutely wonderful! Calm, peaceful atmosphere with great staff.

They did not tell me that adding any sort of shape to my nails would cost me additional 8 dollars. I asked them how much nails would cost before I got them done and they said “it starts at $45 for dip w/tips.” When I had finished my nails, they tried to charge me $53. I haven’t had any other place try to charge me both for the tip AND the shape of the tip. I think getting some sort of shape is a given?? I mean, I understand an extra charge if you want a complicated shape but just a simple oval shouldn’t be an extra charge. And if it is, they need to communicate that, so I can go elsewhere to get the same thing done for $45 and not be stuck with that awkward conversation at the check out.Pretty nails though! And nice worker.

They gave me a beautiful polish change on my toes and fixed a broken nail from a recent manicure from a different salon. Top notch! I recommend!

Absolutely hands down the best salon in town! Went there for my birthday and found out it was the owner’s birthday too! Celebrated with champagne and walked out with the prettiest toes & nails imaginable. Highly recommend this place! The pedicure chairs are all new and beautiful, the environment is very relaxing & zin as a spa should be!

My sister in law recommend this place so i drove about 30 minutes & went in for the saigon pedicure. Hannah took care of me, she was absolutely amazing and did a phenomenal job from start to finish and will definitely be my permament pedicurist! The owner front desk guy was great as well! I went there with Jenny and She was really wonderful getting my pedicure, it was the first time and was very very professional and I was so satisfied with her job for that reason I came back and did my manicure and that was excellent too so I want to recommend her. This is very nice and wonderfull place.... 😍

The place was clean and stuff was pleasant. I was able to get my nails done in a professional environment with a glass of wine. That topped it off. Sonny did my nails and he was amazing!

I absolutely love the place! My first time there and I was attended right away with smile and kindness. The salon is beautiful inside and very clean. I had a lash appointment this morning and it was by far one of the best experience I have had yet getting my lashes done. It was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever done the music and ambiance was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will definitely be back very soon. I LOVE MS. LILY. She is the sweetest lady, always smiling and making sure I’m comfortable. She’s also very accommodating to my needs and wants (These are my natural nails and shes very good about helping me take care of them. I ask for them a little bit thicker as I do work with my hands so I need them to be durable. So far they have not peeled or broken). Im new to the state and it’s been hard finding my beauty stuff. However, after going to a couple different places I’m so blessed to have found her! In fact, I’m moving to my new apt soon, about 35 min away from her, but trust me I will be back to see her every week!!! She does my toes with the most amazing foot massages and my hands. Her Ombre nail designs are beautiful and she works very fast. I usually do my feet with 20-30 min massages, dip powder nails, and eyebrows and I’m usually out within 2 hours which is perfect for my busy lifestyle. In conclusion, I love Ms.Lily and if she is ever employed elsewhere, she will definitely take my business with her.

Been looking for a good nail salon and I think I found it !!!! I’m a very picky person when it’s comes to my nails and I was impressed. The place was nice to look at and they played really good music . The staff was very polite and professional and also friendly. It was very clean and sanitary from what I saw. I went to a lady named Vivian and she did both my pedicure and full set and she did great . She made sure I didn’t leave there unhappy. I had a lot of “demands” with my nails but she made sure everything was done . I also showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did it with confidence. Jenny did my son’s manicure and my spouse’s pedicure and she did great on both !!!

The first time I went it was great, but my second appointment was the complete failure. I had regular for my feet and gel for my hands. The color for my feet was the one I wanted, but the gel that was supposedly the same color, ended up being a different tone (when the lady was painting my hands, I told her the color looked different, but she said it was the same so I thought maybe it was the lighting). I was offered to get them changed the next day to get the color I wanted. There wasn’t a gel that matched the color I had chosen so I asked to get my hand regular. At the end, it came out really sloppy and like patches of nail polish instead of a clean full coat. Also, I didn’t even get a refund for changing from gel to regular. Vey disappointed!

I came in for a gel pedicure which I thought would be a fun experience and a treat. However, I left feeling frustrated and scared about what will happen to my nail. When I sat down I informed my pedicurist that I have had many ingrown toenail surgeries and to be careful and not to cut to much off. She went about the pedicure and it was all good, despite the nails being cut little shorter than I would have liked. When she was done and before she painted them I noticed my left big toe looked a little crooked. So, I asked if she would cut just the side that was a little longer so that it could be straight. Instead of doing that, she cut it completely across making the shorter side way to short and making it so it was still crooked. I told her to stop and that it wasnt what I wanted. She apologized but continued to do what she was doing and didnt offer to fix it. When I went up to pay, I mentioned the toe to the cashier. I informed her that now I am worried that I will end up needing ingrown toenail surgery again, and that I was very disappointed. Instead of offering to take some money off the service, they offered to either put acrylic (or dip) to make it longer or take some money off the next time I came in. I definitely didnt want to do the second option as I no longer trusted them with my nails. So I figured it couldnt hurt to at least make it look okay, so I had them do dip power on the nail. I made sure to mention how this doesnt restore everything because my main concern was with the possibility of getting an ingrown due to the excessively short length of my natural nail. They didnt seem to care, and still charged me full price for the service. I would never recommend this place to anyone who has had ingrown toenails, or who wants to be able to communicate something important about their nails.

I walked into the salon 30 min until closing time. They gladly took me in to do a manicure. My tech took her time even though it was close to closing time! She did an awesome job and give me a beautiful design! It has taken me over 3 years to find a good nail salon in orlando and I think I have found my go to spot! I will definitely be back!!!

I have been to this location before a few times before the pandemic, this was my first visit since. It was my fiancé and I, we got the hot stone pedicure and it was the perfect experience. It was my fiancé’s first pedicure ever and I think I got him hooked starting him off the right way. Would definitely recommend this service, it was my first time receiving this specific pedicure there and I was relaxing and refreshing from start to finish.

This is the second time I have been here and each time its been awesome. Its quiet clean and the nail techs are patient and helpful.

First time coming here but I’m not 100% sure I’ll be back. The ladies were super sweet but the quality of the work was unfortunately not the greatest. I had acrylics removed (from a different place) and then got the dipping powder on my natural nails. The end product was disappointing as the shaping was not done well with the powder and my nails. I’m not too pleased with it and it makes me sad because the employees were nice.

Staff was very friendly and talented. Loved how my nails came out! They look even better than I expected :)

My Husband took me here as part of my birthday celebration to get a pedicure and my nails done. The staff here were very nice as well as professional. They listened to what I wanted and duplicated the picture that Id shown and added some flair to it. All around great experience and I would happily go again.

European Facial advertised as 1 hour on their services menu. My mother in law and I only got 40 minutes. The lady told me the incorrect time before leaving so we could change. The manager argued with me that it was one hour when it was definitely 40 minutes. Do not recommend.

First time here and i was very impressed. Linda was wonderful! Everyone was fully masked up and both the nails area and pedicure area had partitions for safety. Huge choice of nails colors and they had matching SNS and regular polish of you wanted to match. Highly recommend

Maxim is a spacious, comfortable salon. Sue gave my husband a great pedicure, and Kenny did a wonderful job on my mani/pedi. We will be returning.

Got my acrylics filled and painted here for my birthday. They came out great and I got tons of compliments on them! My friend and I both had a pretty good experience here.

Jenny did an excellent job in my nails, she was very gentle, friendly, professional and overall amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They did take your temperature before entering the building which means they are definitely being safe with COVID guidelines and that’s a plus! Jenny also did my eyebrows and she definitely aimed to please, I am very pleased with how my eyebrows turned out. The whole atmosphere of the building is relaxing and spacious, and clean. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. I am most definitely returning and would recommend this salon to anyone.

Update: The salon owner called me directly to apologize and explain. I appreciate his ownership of the misunderstanding.Not a good experience for kids with sensory issues.Have been patronizing this salon for several years. Took my tween with me tonight who just wanted to soak her feet and have polish applied to her toes (while I got a gel pedi). They have done this for me and both of my daughters many times before but charged me minimally.Tonight the hostess informs me it will be $12 for the polish and $15 for soaking.....a full pedicure is $30. Due to sensory reasons, she doesn’t want cutting, filing, exfoliating, massage, etc. I let the hostess know it’s not reasonable pricing and I would NOT be back if that’s the charge. Hostess called her manager and would discount soaking to $10...proceeded to try and charge me $15 at checkout anyway.Sorry, won’t support a business that doesn’t value my business enough to be reasonable:(

My husband and I went to get a pedicure and relax from having a stressful day. We stay 40mins away but we wanted good service and that what we got. We allowed our techs pick the type of pedicure we needed and we got hot towel, hot stone and hot wax with an amazing massage and pedicure along with a glass of wine and a great atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back oh and our feet look and feels like a babies bottom. And there wasn’t a language barrier. I felt bad leaving only a $20 tip for each tech but that’s how pleased we were with the service.

Tina does a top-notch job. It’s very relaxing and comfortable.

Prices are reasonable. Variety of beverages offered and service is amazing. I walked in, but highly recommend an appointment.

The man who did my nails was great got my acrylics tooken off did it hurt my nails and a different place I went to made my nails bleed so I was thankful of the guy could do it correctly and it felt good actually so I had good experience

What disappointment!! The guy who did my pedi was very rude. First he blamed me for breaking the plastic thing for the foot bowl then he burned my feet not only once but twice with the soaking water and towel. He had no courtesy!! Then as he was painting my toes he scolded me to ease my toes down! Then when I changed my mind in just doing pedi he said” ok go!” Very rude!! The receptionist was very nice and apologized for him. I hope he learns how to be courteous!

They were super nice, very friendly, still took me right up until closing time and tech took her time and my nails came out beautifully. Will def return

Came here for a facial and SNS. The facial was wonderful, the woman that did it was great, and communicated well with me, made me feel comfortable. I got a French manicure SNS, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was older woman and had good personality, and made me laugh, she was funny. She did a wonderful job on my nails, they look beautiful. Good attention to detail. I appreciate they’re cognizance for safety for all patrons. Very professional from the moment I walked in. They have so Many services, I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you 😊

I came in as a walk in, let me just say how professional and clean this salon was. They were willing to stay later to do my toes after but I refused the amazing offer. I got my nails done with Jenny Chan! She’s a beast! Super fast! And effective with a keen eye to attention.. super nice and funny! The salon really takes serious their COVID guidelines and everyone is constantly cleaning and wearing masks. I’d come here again in a heart beat! Also, prices are pretty good for the area. This was my second and last time. She was either talking on the phone or to herself under her mask during the entire pedicure. And I’ve never had such a ridiculously poor attempt at a pedicure. She didn’t even try. My paint job is splotchy and nails are unevenly filed. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

Stephanie did my pedicure, it was a wonderful experience! I also love the plastic covers they have in front of the pedicure chair, can’t wait to go back.

The most expensive pedicure Ive ever had $60 for the gel nails and the elite package didnt even get the towels wrapped around my legs after two days that nail polish was chipping. off I called and asked them about this and the offer was to come in and they would fix it and give me the elite completion I live in Palm Bay I came to Orlando to spend the day with my niece they dropped the ball and didnt offer any refund at all I said I should have said something to them before I left

I walked in early in the morning. I’ve been here before and have always had good experiences but this time was probably the best experience I had. My nail tech, I believe her name was Thao, was amazing. I wanted a French ombré and she did an amazing job even with keeping my nails shorter. She was very professional and I very much appreciated her work. She took her time and made sure she did everything right. She made sure she knew exactly what i wanted and exceeded my expectations.

In town for a race and the personnel was awesome. My other half and I received the best pedicures and the ladies were excellent!

The place was clean and the service is great. We were treated like royalty and it was the best treat for my daughters. We are making this a monthly date.

Maxim is the place to go! The largest assortment of colors I’ve seen at a nail salon! Regular polish, dip, gel! Linda is always so great and so pleasant! My pedicure, gel polish and eyebrow wax always exceed my expectations! I have been a loyal client for the last year + and refuse to go anywhere else!

The people were very friendly, the shop was clean and they took multiple infection prevention precautions. They did a nice job on my toes and finger nails.

There were just enough options for feet care so as not to be overwhelmed and the glitter pages were a nice touch!Sat back and relaxed to the sound of the trickling fountain and almost dozed off once. I just recently moved to the Orlando area and have been looking for a new nail place. I have been hesitant due to covid but I finally gave in and went to Maxim. The whole process was very well organized. I got there and they checked my temp, I picked out my color and went straight to my pedicure chair. The chair had a clear plastic covering that separated the tech from me which made me feel a little more comfortable. The pedicure was sanitary and was not rushed at all which I loved. After my pedicure I went and had a manicure, the station was again separated by a lear plastic wall. I felt safe and catered too during my visit. My nail Tech was Lyly, she did a great job and was very sweet. I will be going back to see her. I 100% recommend this place.

Did my nails today and they didn’t do the design or color I wanted . I settled for lavender color and the shape was awful. I’m so disappointed. I told the lady that I wanted the shape better and it just came out even worse . I spent $160 on my services and was so disappointed

Didnt ask me what eyelash Service I wanted, just laid me down & charged me $170 for single lashes that shed off the same day.

I scheduled an appointment for a gel extension full set. Acrylic was used in place of the gel nails which for me is not the end of the world I just figured maybe this salon doesn’t offer that service. I showed the technician my design and she said she could do it. The nails were yellow and nude ombré with a sunflower on the ring finger, so she used the dip powder and I just have to say I’m disappointed in my nails. When I left they were looking ok, the design wasn’t fully there as she could not do the sunflower, which I could live with and the tech really did try her best to match the photo however what I am disappointed in is the basic nail work. The nails are very clumpy, bulky, uneven, and different lengths which I noticed once I left and actually seen them in the light. There was paint and I’m assuming what is acrylic left all over my cuticles. The tech was sweet and the staff were friendly and the place is very beautiful inside. The tech tried her best which I commend however the basic nail work skills were lacking. For the price paid I should be in love with the nails however it is quite the opposite. I was hoping to find that “forever” salon but my search unfortunately has to continue.

Ive been coming here for 2 years with no complaints. Recently theyre just hiring anyone and giving them a chair to work in. I just walked out in the middle of my so called manicure because I might as well have let my 4 year old neice do it. Best part, I still had to pay for it. Im so unbelievably upset and disappointed. I wont be returning.
