Been coming here for 30+ years and they always have keys for whatever I need. They are prompt and very professional. They are also not pushy with any of their products. One thing I have noticed is that this place is always packed and that is understandable. Their costumer service is on point. They have served the west side community for a very long time but this place is known city wide and for very good reason. They not only make keys they have a mobile locksmith on duty and also fix car remotes and transponder keys for certain car brands like Ford. If you ever need any of their services do not hesitate to call or come by. You will not be disappointed.

Not only was this experience awesome, it was inexpensive. The dealership wanted to charge me over $300 to cut and program a new key. I was able to get 2 done here for under $100. Will definitely refer people here and return when I need to.

They are the best of the best . They have been in business for over 25 years or more. I can think far back as a kid growing up on that side of town .They did a job for my late husband with his Red Dodge Ram . Just the other day they got my truck on after several hours of reprogramming and inputting several codes onto a blank key that cost me about 300 from a armature locksmith . So they were able to get it started and charged me 5 dollars since my awesome mechanic had re did the key .

We’ve been to a few different places to replace my husbands truck key and alarm and no one could get it programmed. We came here and it literally took them 5 minutes and we were done. Not only that they were extremely affordable. Definitely recommend!

The best place to get your keys done. Few years ago we could not find the stong box key. They made one for us. Also went to several places for a car key. Went here and it was no problem to make.

Las Palmas Key Shop is the only locksmith I would recommend in San Antonio, they have knowledgeable staff that is up to date with current technology, they are fast and affordable . I am a Master Mechanic and I only take my customers vehicles to this shop when key reprogramming is needed. They also can re-key most any lock cylinder.

I got a new FOB for my 2011 Ford Expedition in a matter of 10 minutes, and the cost was considerably less than dealers quote. It wasnt cheap, but we saved over half. They observed safety protocols by wearing masks and customers waited in line keeping their distance. We took the chance of driving to the key shop, since there was no phone answer for over a week, and glad we did. Highly recommend.

Las Palmas Key Shop had a blank in stock for an unusual key that I needed copies for. Other “quick key” places either didn’t have the blank in stock or had an automated machine that made a copy that wasn’t exactly the right shape. These guys still cut keys by guiding the cutter with their hands. Great job!

These fellas helped re program my transponder key. They have all the info I needed. They even came out to my house twice and didnt charge until the key was programmed and running. I pass by this place every day and never needed it. I decided to pop in when I needed a duplicate key for my Nissan Rogue just to unlock it. The service was fast, the price was super reasonable and these people really know what they are doing. I was impressed because I thought I would end up paying more since its one of the few places very close by they can make a duplicate key. I was blown away by the prices and the excellent service. I think itd be great if we all supported small local businesses like this place.
