My policy only covers one free tow. This is very irritating, especially when your appointment is days away and you cant move your vehicle. But I digressASAP is very flexible, and affordable. Even before this situation, they were able to program my key fob for a very low price. I can see why most insurance companies chose them first

Be careful when dealing with this business. Your dealing with frauds here. Called for business hours for a Saturday to get a car out, lady on the phone gave me the schedule and then mentioned that if u pick up the car on Saturday there’s a extra $100 gate fee and that she suggested coming on Monday. I knew there was a daily charge also so I thought to myself that it would still be cheaper to take the car out on Saturday instead of being charged for another two days which is usually more than $100. So I asked how much is the daily charge and if it would still be cheaper to come in on Saturday instead of Monday. The lady who answered the office phone number then tells me sorry I can’t give u that info you would have to call back next morning to get more info. So I ask if I can find the prices online somewhere. She quickly answers with “no, sorry” then hangs up.

They made sure to tow my car for reg problems at 4pm so that it would be impossible to pick up that day and I would have a 1 day charge minimum. When I went the next day to pick up my car they tried to charge me for a 3 day charge even though the car was only there for 19 hours (I called earlier to get the actual cost before I talked to the tow yard, I was told $290 and the yard tried to charge me $415) which I had him change the charge and he said $300 which I paid out of frustration. Even though my car was there for a short time it was still blocked in by 4 crashed cars and there shop truck (5 cars total) which took over an hour and a half for me to even access my vehicle. When I asked if I could have a Jump start they said they didnt have any cables and that their Jump boxes didnt work (even tho they had 3 charging in the office) glad I brought my own battery and tools to replace my battery when I got there. I may be bitter my car was towed, but there lack of professionalism did nothing but make me more angry about the situation. My car was also towed from lakeside to almost mission Valley for reasons Im not sure of, but it is what it is, I also had to call 3 different locations just to find my vehicle which took almost 30 min on the phone.

This company is on video causing a accident after making a illegal turn at a intersection and then leaving the scene. Very dangerous and irresponsible.

Horrible company. Manager was also super rude. They ask for your credit card ahead of time. Ask you to sign the work completion form even before they start the job, which I declined. Then they failed to perform the task and they still go ahead and charge my credit card without any of my consent. Don’t use this company

They left my car parked facing the wrong way and I got a parking ticket smh

Based on the driving I just witnessed, I would never hire this company. One of their drivers ran through a red left turn signal and almost ran over in a crosswalk. The walk light was on. The driver actually made the left from the extreme right lane (of three lanes). If this driving is indicative of their lack of professionalism, then I would avoid them as there are better, more responsible towing companies out there.

Wow what a Great experience. Usually it’s such a pain but not with these guys. 11 minutes it took them 11 minutes to get to us and the app said it would take an hour. Not only that my driver Jason he made it just so quick and easy. And you know how uncomfortable it is driving with some strange dude next to you but no he was a sweet nice guy. Made it a lot easier on the drive home.I recommend them with 20 ⭐️‘s.

USE ANY OTHER COMPANYMy husband had his Harley Motorcycle break down and he had this company that GEICO sent to him as a tow company to use to get his Motorcycle towed. Keep in mind this happened at 6:15pm and it is not 8:30 pacific standard time.No tow truck has come and oh I called the rep and what would you know, the original tow truck got a flat tire but we only found out due to me calling in and wanting a follow up. Now he says it will take another 35 minutes.

Dont ever use these a####### they will make you wait and wait and wait giving you new times every 20inutes saying they are almost there. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a tow truck to get me that was only 5 miles away. Worst company ever just get a tow from somewhere else.
