This is an absolute wonderful place to stay!! Beautiful scenery, quiet little tucked away place and always peaceful! Not the mention the staff in the front office is absolutely amazing! Olivia is such a sweet heart and has always addressed my questions promptly and with a smile! I Would give them a 10 star if I could just for the encounters with the staff! You Just get an at home experience when you walk through the door!

I had the pleasure to work with Tiffany throughout my whole process. She consistently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns even after establishing an official residency. She is very knowledgeable with such a positive spirit! She made my move as smooth and stress free as possible. This is such a clean and beautiful apartment complex! I only have two minor complaints; Tiffany said they are currently working to resolve these inconveniences. The visitors parking lot is small, and the gym has no weights on the weight racking area. I love to lift heavy weights, but that’s just me! I hope to have an amazing living experience at this complex and make new memories here in Florida. Thank you Tiffany!

Beautiful apartments in a great area and close to downtown. Adam Q. in maintenance is awesome! We had an AC issue and he went over and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

The apartment is awesome and the experience with the office was great. Tiffany was super kind and helpful. If you are looking for a well managed community and a nice place to live you should apply.

Olivia was wonderful in making the move-in as easy as possible. Fast and efficient in their communication. The only thing we dislike about the complex is the visitors parking. My fiance works for the sheriffs office, so she has an additional vehicle but will be required to park it on the opposite side of the complex. Other than that, very happy with our experience as new residents!

Genesis was so kind and helpful in helping my boyfriend and I look for a place to live. She exceeded all expectations when it came to answering all our questions and concerns about a new place for ourselves. Thank you genesis for all your help!!

Beautiful property. I’ve been living here for 5 years. I like my apartment and the common areas. In 5 years they have changed management companies every year. Very limited parking. Not managements fault because they inherited it. But every management company is worse than the previous. I will be leaving once my lease is up. Management treats residents horribly and all they do is inconvenience residents. It’s a shame because the property is nice.

Wow. This place is amazing. Is a beautiful and peaceful place to reside. I never have felt like hone like in this place. If there’s any issues that I may need Maintanance, they’re there. The staff and there professionalism goes above and beyond to help you. Especially Mrs. Padin the manager makes sure your stay here is a memorable one. She treats you life a VIP. I recommend this place and Mrs. Padin to anyone who’s looking for a home NOT an apartment.

I’ve been living here for a year and really liked it at first. However it has gone completely downhill in the last couple months. They replaced the mailboxes and I have been trying to get my new key for the last 2 days but each time I go to the office to get it; the door is locked with a sign that says they had to close due to being short staffed. They also haven’t been answering the phone. So I can’t get my mail, which is unacceptable. Also, the valet trash only comes sometimes on the days and times they are supposed to, which is also unacceptable considering they charge $45 per month. Unfortunately I just recently renewed my lease but will be moving out ASAP.

It has been a pleasure having Genaro apart of the maintenance team. Every time I call him he arrives promptly and always takes care of our issue, no matter what it is.

Quick response with phone request and app request, Genaru was very professional and accommodating.

One of the highlights of living here is the responsiveness and quick resolution from Adam Q. in regards to service calls. Even through Covid I knew I could count on him resolving any issues

I liked the apartment I toured and hope one will be available when I am ready to move. Sonia, in the office was nice and answered my questions. However the one thing I found lacking was no schedule of fees, cat fees, admission fees or any other fees are posted on the website and no printed schedule was available when I asked for one. These fees need to be posted so potential customers know what to expect.

He communicated well and was able to fix everything in a reasonable amount of time and was very kind and helpful. -the parking was horrible-the complex had no vybz-in general it was justa an unpleasant place, the disrespect was at a all time high.

Terrible complex. Parking is ridiculous you onlyGet one spot per unit. Guest parking is super tiny and in the very back. It’s not worth it you can find same quality and price with better parking.

My son loves it there & management cares for the tenants.

Initially I loved the thought of moving here ... I have literally spent my first night in my apartment home and when trying to go to work I realized my car was towed. I had been trying to get in contact with the leasing office to ask about what space to park in and was told they would call me back. I had been over my documents that they gave me and I still couldn’t locate where to park my car. Upon speaking to leasing representative they were not willing to help me they left me outside and told me to call and talk to them. I have tried to call at least 10 times and they are not answering the phone. I can’t believe I am being treated like this it’s absolutely disgusting treatment. Now I have to pay $125 to recover my car from towing and I’m literally a resident. Absolutely unbelievable I am lost for words. I wonder if they will leave me outside like this and unwilling to talk to me when the rent is due. This is really disturbing. I literally can’t make it to work and lost money because they towed my car. They really just don’t care about residences.

The staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive, particularly Derrick. Any maintenance order I have put in that he has addressed was done so almost immediately with great attention to detail, going above and beyond what I would expect. Very much appreciated!

We toured this property today with Karla. She was so pleasant and professional. We were looking for a 3 bedroom, but were only able to view a 2 bedroom, and she explained the difference in the layout. Very helpful. She thoroughly explained the entire process, and answered all of our questions. It was an all around good experience.

Karla was great when we met and toured the property. She showed me one unit and gave me three other options to choose from. Even when I was unsure of a move-in date she stayed responsive which is far more than I can say about other properties I visited. Very pleasant experience.

First I want to say the guy that handles maintenance for this property Derrick is so awesome and attentive to details. Any issue I’ve had he has been prompt and on top of it and honest about the process on a repair if couldn’t been addressed immediately. Anytime I see him he makes sure I have filters or anything else that’s needs continuous care. He truly cares about the residents and wants us all to live in fully functioning properly maintained units. This guy knows his stuff and is the best maintenance man I have had a pleasure to meet Overall from any property I have ever resided in from NC to GA to FL.

Have not needed to contact maintenance much since living here. When I did Derek came and fixed my problem extremely quick. Most of all he was cool, and friendly. Going the extra mile to ensure if I have any issues he would be there to take care of them.

The new management is great! Ive been here 15 plus years and they are one of the best management teams weve had! Jonathan is professional, highly competent, compassionate and puts his heart into his work!. He gets the job done, no matter how big or small and always makes sure I am satisfied. Olivia is second to none. She is making this Complex the special place it once was. Since she has been here, there have been more positive changes and tenant perks than in all my 15 years combined. She cares. Genesis takes the time to explain in detail things that I have asked of other teams and not understood. Now I understand. She is amazing!

Great community with great staff, specifically Cecili who goes above expectations. I spoke with her yesterday and knew she would be off this weekend. I emailed her expecting a response next week but she immediately replied and was obliging as always.

Derick is the best Maintenance man!! He’s always on time he always calls and is super respectful. I work from home so I put in a request everyday it feels like but he’s always here to fix the issues.. I’ve been here going on 2 years and I love it here.. the lake is beautiful and all my neighbors are amazing, like the kind you can ask for sugar. :-)

Love this apartment complex! Quiet, safe neighborhood. only downside is parking. wish it was open all the way through and not numbered so it could be more first come first serve. Naylin helped me and my roommate get settled in and even went above and beyond for our unit. So far so GREAT 🖤PS: Put it a maintenance request at 10 Am one morning and by 11 Am had two people at my apartment fixing things. Very good service !!!

My experience here is not be great as the property needs a ton of upgrades for these rent prices including the gate that scratch my car as it’s always broken ! However The only thing this place has is the maintenance crew who work extremely hard to fix this place I commend them ! Genaro & Jonathan you guys rock !

I’ve been living here since May and even with this whole quarantine going on managers and staff have managed to still make us feel safe and comfortable in our home! Cecili Rivera always responds quick and helps with every question or concern I have she is a great community manager! I will def recommend to family and friends who are looking for places to live

I want to give a shout out to Derrick from - Maintenance. Best Customer Service I seen the best few years I been living here. I called when my AC was not working properly at night and was here as soon as possible during after hours. He stayed to fix the AC late at night and clean out my AC vents and door to help me out which he didn’t have to. Prior maintenance teams would not come until 24-48 hours or my requests would not be in the system until I call multiple times.I appreciate someone calling back within the same day and helping / caring about my issue.Best employee within the team and he definitely deserve to be appreciated with the service he always provides especially with everything going on in the world. I wanted to make sure the good people in world get what they deserve with the good comments.Thank you again Derrick!

Pretty upsetting experience. I scheduled a tour of this complex a week ahead of time, received a calendar invite confirmation to my email, which I accepted. Arrived 10 minutes early only to be told my appointment had been cancelled because I did not reply to a text message because they had the wrong number. Not sure why they did not go through email. Regardless, the blonde representative inside said there was nothing she could do and dismissed me and told me it was my fault for not replying to a text I never received. Gave no further explanation or direction. Waste of my time and extremely rude customer service. Terrible first impression, will be taking my business elsewhere.
