We experienced an electrical issue on a Thursday night that cut power to the kids bathroom. My wife and I were worried it would take until Monday to get it resolved with the weekend so close at hand. We reported the issue on the Guest Portal and received a phone call from a handy man within 30 mins - that very same night !! We scheduled a home visit the next day and had a pleasant and efficient repairman. Very cordial and he took the time to explain what it was he was repairing to my inquisitive son. Its never fun to need a repair, but we had an excellent experience.

Shawna and her team at all county premier do a great job ensuring that we are always taken care of as quickly and professionally as possible. Anytime we have an issue with our home we put in a work order online and even if it is sent during the evening we get a phone call first thing in the morning about it. We especially love how Shawna always calls us herself to check after the service has been performed to ensure that it was satisfactory. We really appreciate that!

Rented with All County for two-years, and about to sign for our third. Customer Service has always been top-notch. The few times we have needed repairs they have been done very professionally, though sometimes a little slow due to contractor schedules. Anything that was important though (like our stove going out) was done within 24 hours of reporting it. Everyone at the office is friendly, and always ready and willing to help. All in all, excellent experience. And to be clear - Not an employee, and not a family member of anyone that works there.

Ive dealt with a few property management companies in the past and All County has by far the best response time for service issues. We had a leak in one of the bathrooms and they sent someone out the same day. They were also were fairly flexible when I had to break my lease early. They charged a leasing fee for it but it was reasonable and was detailed in the agreement. Overall, great group to rent from. Bridgette was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We are a tenant and the experience has been great from the start. Quick and smooth, despite all my questions! Even with the hurricane, they still had someone come in quickly to change the lock when we moved in. The website is easy to use once you take a look at it. They have all the paperwork and details ready to go and they didnt give me a hard time for having missed some of the details from the emails. Bridgette in particular is quick at responding to all our questions. I would definetely recommend this team to future renters.More time has gone by and we had a leaky sink in the kitchen from the garbage disposer. I entered my complaint late Friday evening and by Sunday their handyman already contacted me to set up a time to fix the issue. The handyman seemed very honest and helpful and took care of the problem quickly. I was very happy.

I recently had an issue with my water heater which required immediate attention; thankfully Shawna was able to send someone out to fix the issue by the end of the that same day.

Quick to fix maintance issues even when it’s a non emergency. I put in the request online received an email back stating it was received by the property manager than within 24 hours I received a call from the maintance gentleman they hired. He was super nice accommodating to our schedule and did great work. The property management company even followed up to make sure work was completed and done properly.

I have been working with All County Now since May of 2014 and I have to say they have been really good to my roommate and I. The maintenance guy is great and always there to go above and beyond. Any time I call the office I get greeted very nicely and helped in a timely manor. Not so much when visiting the office but thats no big deal. Overall a good place to rent through.

I have worked with Terry and his Premier team a few times and they stand out because they truly care about their homeowners and tenants. That is a rarity, and I think it is important that people know this when they are looking for a good property management company.

I really believe the people who are rating this company with more than 1 star is working for the company lol. Their properties are so disgusting, I don’t see how they are still in business! Left over food on the stove, rust and mold in the bathrooms and laundry room, dirty carpets, thick dust on the ceiling fan, the list goes on and on. And when I confront the company about it and asked if they were a scam, they hung up on me! I don’t trust them at all and nobody should either. I visited 4 of their “properties” and each one were the same. I’m convinced either they are a scam or just a horrible nasty lazy company. Do not recommend it!!!!!!!

Any 5 star review is just their workers leaving good reviews. I was a tenant for 2 years with them and I can safely say that they are the worst. If you think you are going to get your security deposit back.. You are dead wrong. No matter what you put on the slip of paper they give you regarding damage done to the property by previous tenants, they will still wreck your security deposit. They didnt even inspect the properties before we moved in so I wonder what they did with the previous security deposits.. Just please stay away unless you want a bad time. Incompetence is strong with these people. Have a great day

The absolute WORST service I have received. I was a tenant, left the property spotless, better than how it was given to me (I have photos and videos as proof) and they took money out of my security deposit to clean the carpet and to clean. When I contacted the office to find out why, Kelly, the new property manager, said shell research and get back to me. I called back a couple of days later to follow up because she never called me back. From the moment she answered the phone was nothing but rude, so I asked to speak with the office manager. She refused to transfer the call and hanged up the phone. (I had the phone in speaker and as I was talking, my sister was seating on a couch with her back to me, when she heard the last thing that Kelly told me and then hang up, she turned around with this face of disbelief and said: is that lady crazy?! What kind of service is that?)Well, I called right back and someone else was able to transfer me to Jim, one day of the owners. I explained the situation and he said hell get back to me. Well, Im still waiting for that call a week later even though I have called a couple of times and left messages saying that I just wanted to follow up.I WOULD NOT recommend the services of All County Premier to noboy. Not even someone I dont like. Because I know how bad it feel to receive such BAD treatment. Their review ratings says it all.

I personally would not recommend this company by being a new tenant with rent paid every month so far for the past couple months we ran into some issues when we first moved in with couple of repairs that never got fixed when parts were supposed to be ordered or replaced we had to wait since November 2017 all the way up to nearly February 2018 with a refrigerator that is leaking water and ice building up inside where the door wont close. Then we have a heater that keeps setting off the fuse. Then we had a problem with the oven handle broke off as we went to open up a 500-degree oven glass fell on my foot and the realtor was very careless still to this day no repair of the oven was made supposedly part was ordered two months ago. So this statement is to share my experience to this day what has not been accomplished by this realtor. Then the sky has a repairman come at awkward hours of 7 in the morning 7:30 in the morning that was not approved by appointment or decent hour then the repairman claims to be at the house when he wasnt or he did not knock hard enough to have someone to open the door then the company blames us as tenants we were not answering the door that we refuse to let them in so with this company I hope people decide to go with other companies that have a better rating and will take care of them and please always rate your Realtors company so other people would know

Hands down the worst property management company in the business. I travel for work so 3 weeks ago when my wife said the fridge broke I assumed they would have it squared away in a timely manner, but 3 weeks later and they want to send ANOTHER guy out to look at the fridge they know is broken. After 5 years of on-time and early rent payments I shouldnt expect much more. They are great to the owners and awful to the tenants. Dont believe the 5 star reviews, most are from employees and their families.

THINK TWICE! Unprofessional, poor customer service, poorly managed, properties not brought to health code are just a few attributes associated with this company. Pursuant to Florida Law, a landlord is required to provide a tenant with a property pest free and meet health code regulations.The home we viewed had live and dead cockroaches everywhere. There was mold and mildew throughout the fridge and freezer, which caused the worst stench to fill the house. I guess it was unreasonable to simply ask the company to have the home cleaned to bring it to move in condition, which is required by law.......READ REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE

Run for the hills, took me over 45 days to get our deposit money back. The most unprofessional organization Ive ever witnessed. Do not believe a word they say or any rating thats over 1 star here on google reviews. They deserved no stars.

I have been trying to contact someone for weeks. I finally went to the office and Renett helped me She was the only one in the office and had other people there that She was helping. She answered all my questions and even called the owner right then when she didnt have an answer to my questions.

PLEASE READ and BEWARE before doing business with them! I know it’s long but will save you money and slot of headaches.We agreed to a lease with pets allowed. I signed the lease and all other addendums, except the pet addendum because for some reason this was the ONLY addendum not sent with/attached to the lease. I turned in my security and pet deposit as agreed and then a few days later the pet addendum was sent saying the agents or owners can withdraw consent at any time for any reason with a written seven days notice. I did not agree with that, as most people wouldn’t. I was first told by Bridgette that this addendum could not be changed at all and if I didn’t like it we would have to move a different direction. The next day Terry calls me and says they can’t strike the clause but the can revise it a little, which I still didn’t feel comfortable with that clause in the addendum. If I would have received the addendum with the lease, like all the other addendums the lease would have never been signed. I also would be very disappointed if I was in the owners shoes or anyone’s shoes who Terry and Bridgette are representing. I met Terry the day he showed my girlfriend and I the house for about 30 minutes. He told me I could come back if I wanted and show the house to others and he would just give me the code to the house. I called him back because I wanted to show my parents the house and he couldn’t make it back out to the house so he just gave me the code to the lockbox and told me to make sure I lock up when done. I do not believe that is allowed? Isn’t an agent supposed to be on the premises when showing the house at all times? It is not safe for the owners home and could be a big liability for all count premier if something were to happen to the house because the agent, Terry in this example, just gave the code out to someone he just met. If something were to happen while an agent was supposed to be there but wasn’t how would that look on All County Premier? I wouldn’t want strangers in my home alone with the code to the lockbox that locks my door without my agent/agents there to ensure it’s locked up right and everything was okay. What if I would have forgot to lock it and someone would have went in a destroyed the house? There are a million possibilities that could have turned out negative with giving the code to a stranger you only met once. Luckily, I would never do that to another persons property and did lock it up. Also, the communication was awful after I told Bridgette and Terry I was not comfortable with the pet addendum and wanted to move a different direction. When I talked to Bridgette it was no longer her responsibility and all Terry’s. I called Terry on a Monday after he either ignored my emails for a week or so to finally get some correspondence and answers about getting my security deposit back and pet deposit. He ensured me I would have an answer by the end of the week. I sent an email that same Monday and still have yet to receive an email back. I finally called him on Friday (today) because it was the end of the week and still no word from Terry and was told not only are they keeping my full deposit and pet deposit but that I owe even more money than that to them which is absurd and I will be receiving a claim in the mail. I will never recommend All County Premier to anyone, not even my worse enemy . I could go on and on about the shortcomings of of my experience with All County Premier and my experience with Bridgette and Terry.

Easy to work with, I live in Canada and have not had many issues. Jim the owner is very friendly and always there, Marleia and Steven handle my home in Disney area. I have referred them as well.

Definately would not recommend All County. They take very long to respond to maintenance requests and now refuse to keep up with the landscaping. Was treated very bad by Marlea. Was told to take care of the landscaping myself which is supposed to be included in rent

Excellent, Paula Meneses a very pleasant and helpful agent. Also very knowledgeable at what she does.

Im an owner and used this company for several years and left recently. I agreed with Amandas comments that this is the worst company I had to deal with, except that Im speaking from the owner point of view. They seem couldnt get anything right. They still own me money but they dont respond to my emails or phone messages. When I texted my tenant that Im changing property manager company, the text I received from my tenant is YESSSS!

WORST property management company I have ever witnessed. The home had dead and live cockroaches everywhere. The fridge had mold and mildew everywhere that filled the house with a very disgusting smell.Dont even think about asking the property to be cleaned if you are to rent from All County Premier. A simple request of having the disgusting, inhabitable home to be brought up to health code led my lease being cancelled. I wish I did more research in advance and discovered all the other NEGATIVE REVIEWS of this poorly managed company.

Absolutely worst property management Ive ever dealt with. If youre looking for a place to rent and this is the property management company, run away as fast as you can! Giving this company one star is a complement. We wanted to lease when we first came to Orlando to figure out where we would want to settle down and purchase a house. We had nothing but issues with this company from the beginning to the end. Our place was a disaster from the second we moved in, literally. The place was a disaster! The place was absolutely filthy, it looked like something out of an episode of hoarders or when you see a house that animals ran freely through. Stained carpets, dog food everywhere, a large trash bag in the middle of the dining room floor, filth throughout, nails up and dents in the walls with NO painting done, batteries missing out of all of the smoke detectors and light bulbs missing throughout and more. NOTHING WAS DONE!They apologized profusely and said they would fix everything. Unfortunately we werent in a position where we had time to go through a long process of finding a new place so we took them on their word and went with it. They told us to put together a list of all the issues and they would fix it.We made a list and sent it to them which they stated it wouldnt all happen immediately but they would make good to fix it. The patterns started. They would fix a couple of things and then we wouldnt hear from them. We would have to call and call and they would not return messages. We even tried calling the parent company which got us nowhere. We would get to the point you would have to practically threaten them to get them to do anything at all. They started to turn it around on us, we got an email from managers Enzo and Jim who were very rude and condescending stating we were too demanding and they do not paint or clean their places, that this was promised by someone who no longer worked there (the guy who showed us the place ended up disappearing and quitting which they seemed to have a revolving door for many employees) and their places are taken as-is. After going round for round with them, they finally did some of the items, the ones we deemed most important and gave us touch up paint for the place. At this point we had gone on for so long we just took what we could get.Service issues were very difficult to take care of as well just the same. Heck I had my A/C go out in the prime heat of the summer, and the thermostat showed 96 degrees and was told at first it was going to be a week as this isnt an emergency. Whats even more ironic is the manager, Marleia who told us this, the technician that got sent out told us without us even asking that this same thing happened to Marleia and she was all over them raising cain to get it fixed immediately.When you end your lease, they tell you then they dont do walk thrus and state they will do it after you leave. We found out from many other experiences with them they cant be trusted, so we documented all conversations, had photographs and video from when we moved in and did the same when we left. I could go on and on about many other issues we had, just take my word for it they will do everything they can to get out of taking care of them and cannot be trusted. They will act like they forget, not return messages/calls, many times close out requests you put in online without even calling, and even get confrontational and tell you flat out they wont do it. They are nice when you are trying to find a place but its downhill from there. Jim, Marleia and staff are confrontational, incompetent and rude. I could not recommend anyone to rent from this company. You have been warned, I wish I was!

Im in agree with Amanda this property management company is horrible, no customer service, property maintnance from a scale 1-10 is 1 and almost never answer phone calls. If I would of read this review earlier I would of not rented this apt with that company. Is not worth it. They know the real conditions of the apartments some stuff you dont get to see until you actually living in the unit by then you have already signed a contract stating you will be responsible for it... for example pest control, this unis is beautiful until we started to see roaches the 3rd day we where in the apt when we removed the stove, exhaust vent, dishwasher and back of fridge they where infected with roaches all around, the only thing they said it was on us to do the pest control. Also the fridge they had in this unit is not working I did the maintenance request about two weeks ago and a guy came check the fridge and said we needed a new fridge. The property manager told me on Monday we where going to have a fridge this week and still to this day no fridge and I have tried to get a hold of Paula Meneses our property manager and guess what no answer... This company NOT RECCOMMENDED

We have found All County Premier Property Management to be extremely unresponsive to tenant needs, with significant delays in even the most basic of maintenance requests.

ON A SCALE FROM 1 - 10... A DEF ZERO! BEWARE

The staff there is always very responsive and patient. They are very professional.
