I lived in this complex 3 years and always was a nightmare. They had me live in that apartment (8 months) with mold on the ceilings and roof leaks in the kitchen and dining room. Due to the leaks the kitchen lamp fell and they never replaced it. They never fix anything. They never installed the walking closet door. They enter the apartment without notifying you. When they finally entered to fix they left a mess, they use my personal things and put dirty objects over my new washer. They never did an A/C assessment to verify the intense of the mold. Due to that my daughter and I started having breathing problems and allergies. I moved on July 30th and today Glory from the office tells me I owe them $85.00 and they are not returning my deposit. I started questioning why and she hung up the phone on me when I was talking. Very disrespectful. There is no security in the parking. Residents have useless cars and motorcycles holding parkings and the management doesnt do anything. If you dont want to live a nightmare stay away from this place. The office never answers the phones, never answers emails and the office is always close. I am sharing the pictures.... judge yourself.

Dear lord if you don’t strike me down. You are lucky if they even pick up any of your calls. Staff is unorganized unprofessional and not on the same page at all. I’m not sure if they are just trying to push people away but even Ray Charles could see that this place is not where you wanna live. We got approved to move in (application and financial status) then the manager said they would be declining our application after it got approved cause she claimed we were “misleading” them even after everything was stated clearly on the application and their third party financial check said we were approved.There was one lady when we first applied that was nice and honestly trying to help us but damn was she the outlier.

SCAM! This is without a doubt a scam. I applied online as I was encouraged to do after going to the office to get updated information. I paid the application fee wich is a bit high and non refundable. I understood that before paying and was ok about it because after all, I was requesting a service and I had to pay for that service even if I considerate it too high. My problem is that I was denied that service. I received a call the day after my online application and they asked me how long I was in my current job. I wasn’t long enought for their criteria wich by the way it wasn’t in the application papers I signed after reading carefully. The money I paid for my application wasn’t refundable even when they didn’t processed that application. This people is just milking out of the great neccesity of families in the area in need of a safe and adecuate home. Hopefully the supply of housing will be equally co-related to the demand and this scammers will have to beg to the people to apply their.

No was in the office although they said the office is open on a Saturday by reviewing off on the weekend thats the only time we have to look for an apartment but of course the property manager always hiding out somewhere where theyre not in the office so we were able to actually inquire about the apartments or you know ask the questions we wanted to ask someone about the apartments so other than that I cant tell you about the apartments because no one was there when they were supposed to be and we also waited for about an hour for someone to come back to the office and they never came back

One star given only to post review. Lived here a year and have not really had issues with the apartment. However, the snarky incompetent office “staff” is another story. They never answer the phones, answer emails at their discretion and not in a timely matter. Both “property manager” and “ assistant manager” LIE, they will LIE on you and then LIE for each other. Please stay away from these conniving people. It’s is low rent but I’m telling you it is not worth the headaches tears or stress. Go to Chapel Trace instead but honestly just go ANYWHERE but HERE. I am so disappointed in the way customer service is in the office staff, they are rude to asking questions about your property, the office staff have the door locked all day as if it is not safe, and the office staff is not informative enough and seems to not have a answer about the property and its availability and when. The up keep on this property has gone down since I had visited some time back but, the staff is totally disappointing because, I have live in a property owned by this company before in Jacksonville and this property in Orlando is completely different and not quite as professional.Sincerely,A disappointed customer

Been a resident for sometime now and overall I really am overall impressed with the complex,respectfully in comparison to its price. The property manager is awesome at addressing any concerns-when approached correctly. The other office staff, all I can say is you get what you pay for . The maintenance staff is friendly and very professional and response times are with in terms of good for pressing issues, anything not pressing - they’ll get to it. They are strict with enforcing basic rules that typically detours drug dealers, chaotic neighbors, and neighbors that do not belong in a family friendly setting. Roaches was my main concern moving in after reviewing all the other reviews, I personally have no issues with that. However, from just looking at some old cracks and build up in deep hard to see and clean places, I can tell that if you’re messy, unclean, or do not keep with your unit that roaches will be on your lease as a tenant. Looking at how other income based complexes typically are ran- they are well above that standard. It’s nice spacious units and beautiful place. Yet, not superior or elegant but ranking far above standard and expectations for the price-hence the 4 vs 5 star rating.Pros: Price,Great property manager, welly lighted at night, waitlists is a lil shorter than competitors(averaging 2-3 months), very family and safety friendly, spacious units, good web based system to pay rent and maintenance request, good location from essential needs, well keep grounds, thick walls(barely hear any neighbors except the ones above), has enough and free parking for multiple vehicles(which both are ridiculously rare in complex’s now) and they are quick to address any nuisance issues in the neighborhood.Pro/Con: The second restroom is located inside the guest room- in 2 bedroom units at least, management and office staff lives on site vigilantly*Cons: They never answer the phone, Overall old units, old appliances, they do not have model units for showing you - they even prompt you to signing a lease prior to even seeing the specific unit you moving into(sadly a normal practice for low income and basic apartment complexes), the general office staffs’ level of helpfulness with above basic issues, the pool is more broke then working, the general quality of paint and wall patching upon moving in looks like a middle school art project ( paint over entire electrical outlets, visible bad old wall hole cover ups), no overhead light fixtures or plugs housing for fan or light in rooms or living room (you have use lamps ), and whatever time and do your unit is due to be ready - do not expect it to be ready. Recommendations if you do consider moving here: 1 Do not sign your lease until you walk through your unit, 2 If you need to move in by a certain day or planning a certain day to move in, schedule your walk through and lease signing a day or two before .......yes you pay prorated rent for those days, but once you sign that lease it’s your unit and whatever needs to be addressed will not be meet gracefully and with concern as it would prior to signing your lease. Signing without seeing the unit you may be meet with endless surprises.Overall I’d say it’s a great apartment complex for the price.

My family lives here and its great

I have lived here for over 4 years and do not plan on leaving until I buy a house in the future. The grounds are kept clean daily, the landscape is always well kept. My AC had broken and they even gave us a portable unit until the whole new unit came and was professionally installed. Love it here & recommend it as well. It is usually quiet also. Only down side pool is not open enough. Thanks Oasis for all you do!

If I could rate 0 I would my friend moved in and had no hot water for several weeks to a month and when they said they fixed it she turned it on and she started to feel lite headed as it was not repaired correctly and had to be turned off and fixed again, then 2 weeks later her ac dies and she has been a month without ac and there are roaches and they will not come our and spray. I am horrified on her behalf. No person should be treated like this and the conditions are unacceptable. This place needs to be investigated. I will say it again rating 0. Do not recommend

You will never move on the exact date, they delay the delivery of the apartments, moreover prepare for cheap. I was given the apartment without doors in the closet and it was like this for two years that I lived there. People are dear and only respect you as long as you live there. if you want to change places you will have to ask them to give you references 10 times. After you move, neglect gets much worse. do not answer calls and do not answer emails. Ive been trying to get my deposit there for almost two months. They say they have already sent the report but the report never arrives. I already sent about 20 emails and only got the answer in one. look for me if you want me to change my testimony because I got tired of looking for Anybody in Oasis club. And more, After this, We dont receive the deposit.

I’ve been in the apartment for one month and two weeks now and every single day I see cockaroaches in the kitchen in the bathroom in the cabinets in my room even in my car I see them everywhere I goI’m scared till now to cook when I opened my boxes I saw cockaroaches in them the trash can is right next to my car everyone throws there trash at the ground the people upstairs are so loud and they awake till midnight and smoke the workers in the office don’t fix anything and don’t care about people the dishwasher is broken my closet door is broken the ac doesn’t cool the balcony door is broken and it’s too hard to pay the rent when I go to amscot they are saying the amount is not the same now

If I can give 0 stars I would this place is HORRIBLE they do not fix anything the steps to go up to my sis apartment has been broken for more then 2 months my niece almost fell through thank god I cought her in time. Whatever you do please stay away from these complex they are quick to receive the money but don’t fix nothing at all I’m so glad my sis is moving out soon.

I love living here ! The staff is the sweetest they are always willing to work . If there is an issue the office manager always come out and is willing to assist . I went to Oasis Club and I love it, very nice place. I got all my questions answers,. Not like other income base propertys! they were very professional and very honest about the wait time for apartments and qualifications.

After I hold the apartment like 2 months before. I called to many times for the status and they told me they had apartment for me. Less than a week before the day that Im supposed to moving there, they told me that they dont have apartment for me with no valid excuse. They know I have 3 kids and my last baby had only 3 months and they dont care my situation. They literally let my family and me homeless.

Lived at this place many years ago. We did not have any major issues up until we told them that we were going to be leaving the condo since we were buying a house. They told us that we have signed a lease with them which still runs and that we cannot leave the place when we wanted. They were telling us this because they just wanted to keep us there even though out lease was expiring when we wanted to leave. We also gave them 30 days notice. It turned out that the condo manager forged my dads signature presenting us some paperwork that my dad never signed. The signature that they presented us was not even close to my dads signature!!! When my mom saw what they tried to pull on us, she got so frustrated and we just left. The condo management would lie and cheat just to keep you there. We should have taken them to a court. Dont know who manages that place now, but I would not go there anymore, nor would I recommend that place to anyone based on what happened to us.

- 3/12/17 Edit - I posted this same review on the website 3 weeks ago and unsurprisingly, its not under the review section.- Original - I found these Apartment Homes around 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. I attempted to call and make a booking to see an apartment but no one would answer the phone. I looked up the hours and it said it was open until 2. I figured I had an hour to get there take a tour and decide if I wanted to lease an apartment. Well I got there at 1:30 and there was a sign saying that the leasing office was closed due to maintenance. And that I should follow the signs. But there were no signs to point me in the right direction. I had to ask 2 residence where the temporary leasing office was and they finally got me in the right direction. It was 1:40 by the time I knocked on the door. And no one would answer. So I stood around and waited 20 minutes to see if anybody would answer. But still no luck. So I left to get information before the rooms on the website were snached up and now I get to work an extra 2 hours at my job because someone there left early. So to the staff of Oasis Club Apartments I would like to say thank you. Youve lost my business. More than likely the website hasnt been updated at all. Dont waste your time on this place.

GUYS DO NOT RENT IN HERE!!!! It was the worst year of my life living in here!!!Whenever they want to come for “inspection” they just enter your apartment without any notice, doesn’t matter if you in your apartment or not, they don’t care, they just walked in. Several times my stuffs was got stolen and I reported it to the office, they don’t care at all, they even hang up the phone on me!!! Especially at night, there’re always some gang hanging around the neighborhood and smoking Marijuana all over the place and playing loud music. I reported to the office and spoke to staffs and manager, they were completely ignored me and careless!!! DONT RENT IN HERE GUYS!!!

New Tenant: 7/31/18The complex overall is nice. However, the move-in process was stressful, apt was not move-in ready and Im still waiting on pest control for severe bug issue, repairs and cleaning from previous tenants. Its been a week tomorrow! Onsite laundry room is dirty, one operating washer, one operating dryer. I pray things get better with the care and compassion of how we live and the service they provide! It would also be nice if the staff would answer the phone.

Maintenance NEVER comes when our AC is broken. We CONSTANTLY CALL THE FRONT OFFICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS. My husband swung by before they were going to “leave” the office and they said they would come and fix it. Their phones are right next to their computers and they see when people call yet DONT PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN ITS FLASHING BC THEY PIT THEM ON SILENT. I’ve been here for a year and a half now. NOT BY CHOICE. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. So many things wrong with the apartment that have yet to be fixed for a year and half now. Really disappointing.

I would recommend this community because all my problems have been handled fast and with no problems. Ive always owned my own home, but after several personal problems, it is a great place for me covenient to store, nice gym, pool, etc. for the cost of rent I believe its fair but have seen other places with a liitle more updated kitchens and appliances and tile & granite. Overall I due enjoy my apt which I made a Home.

Walking into oasis club they were so kind. Everything was clean. The park looks clean and safe.

This place is the worst. The only time I was treated with professionalism was when I reach out to them interested in renting. They were very quick to take my $160 background check & $150 deposit to hold the supposedly available apartment. Not once did they return any of the many voice messages I left, expecting a call back to find out the status of my applications since they told me was still pending on two pieces of documents. The first time I emailed them the information, I received a call telling me they were unable to accept a picture of the documents. So I kindly resubmitted it the correct way. That was back in June 2018, they said my expected move in date will be July 29, 2018. I waited for a confirmation call regarding the pending docs. but nothing. I am assuming that no call means everything is good since I resent it using the same email account I used when they told me I had to resubmit my pending documents. To my surprised I was told on August 3rd that I was denied due to missing documentations that I know I submitted. They gave me the run around making all types of excuses for my denial which did not make any sense. they said will send a job verification letter to my employer & my husband employer neither my job or my husbands job received that letter. Straight lies, very unprofessional & poor integrity on their part. Ok fine, I was able to find out I was denied 3 days after I left them the last message since my moving date passed & nothing. I was told I would get the $150 deposit fee back thru certified mail. Still today, Sept. 19, 2018 no money. I been to their office 4 times in person to find out nothing. They said my deposit check was issued at the beginning of August the third time I was there. Now if the check will come certified mail, I asked them why you think Im here? Its because I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Still no money returned. I also stayed in their property with my cousin who encouraged me to apply & guess what, her apt. did not have hot water for 4-days. It took them 2-days to fix it leaving my cousin & her two kids with no water. I am glad I was denied because this is the last place I would like to live in. Please stay away from this property & theirlying staff.

Visited my family and spend about 2 weeks there. This place is very clean, the apartments are big inside. And now that the streets have been fixed, and with the renovations going on, the place looks even better.

My son recently filled out and application for this apartment complex that it cost him $85 per applicant. after 2 weeks of no contact form them, I decided to call and my son went to their complex office, both time they told us that the application was cancelled, then they said that he made too much money to qualify for the apartment, although they never verify any information. basically my son just got discriminated against and they robbed his $85. how can an apartment complex get away with that? When I moved in I was told to expect work crews to replace the appliances, counters and AC. This was three years ago and I am still waiting.The rent goes up with every renewal. The pool is never open. The gym is only open between 9 and 6 when noboby is home. Both play grounds and the basket ball court are closed.And now they have sealed the drop box so the rent has to paid during business hours (an challenge for those who leave for work before 9 am or return from work after 6 pm. I found this out when I went to drop the rent and avoid the $200 late fee.

This place is a dump. The office personnel are not professional or helpful at all, everything to them is a joke. Because the people who rent here are either low income or section 8 they feel that they can talk down to their tenants. They get only one star because otherwise it will not let me post. Check your place for bedbugs, weird fuzzy growth.

The staff at Oasis on Goldenrod was great. They showed me the furnished apartment and all looked fine there. The apartment I got was not perfect. The place is old. The nightmare was realizing is next door to a Waste Management facility, which means trash 24/7, which means roaches everyday. The sent exterminators and they killed the first 1 million roaches. They just kept coming thru the pipes. Lesson learned.

Not even worth one star. Would rather be homeless. ROACH INFESTED. Outdated everything and also falling apart. Walls and doors are damaged. Everything is just disgusting and dirty. They dont replace anything, they just paint over it. This should be illegal.

In May of this year my wife and I applied for an apt. We were in NYC at the time. We finally went down toward the end of June to finish upPaper work.... mind you... you call they never pick up or return messages. When we finally see them they start asking for paperwork and giving us the runaround. We paid them each $50 for a background check they never did because my job never told me that oasis called... I verified it.... or my wife’s job.... so they denied us. We didn’t find out about the denial til we got back home to NY... they then tell us we will get our deposit money back.... this was back in July...So now.... I finally get to Orlando beginning of August and still no deposit.... last week I go in the offfice and an older Spanish woman tells me a check was issued August 3rd.... so I ask her what was today’s date? She replied sept 11th.... I reply.... if I got that check.... you think I’d be here???She said they would call me..... never did. So today I go in the office.... and since I already told them I refuse to deal with the heffa at the front desk because I won’t tolerate her attitude, I get called into an office with the same Spanish woman from before and Audrey Thompson.... she has the audacity to tell me the owners are slow with cutting checks....So I ask her for contact info for corporate.... she gives me the number.... then I asked her for an address and asks me why I’m being so aggressive?I then ask her how am I being aggressive? Because I’m asking for the proper information to make a complaint about the shenanigans going on around here...The apartments are all falling apart, it takes them forever to make repairs, and the 2 weeks we stayed on the property with my sister in law.... 4 days we had no hot water, and during the winter the apartments don’t have enough heat....Rent here at your own risk😬😬😬😬😬😬

For your own good do not even try to rent an aprt from here. Its horrible, they dont let you see a showroom they say they dont have any. I should of realized why right away! Its filled with roaches and no matter how many times they come and spray and you leave your place spotless, they will not go away. They gave me the keys and when i went to first get in the cleaning crew was still there cleaning the apartment, when they left and i looked over everything it was still so disgusting i told the office and they sent the cleaning crew back again next day, The cabinets were so old they were peeling and they had painted all the shelves inside, the bathtub faucet leaked water onto the floor everytime it was turned on, theres holes all over cause you can see them stilk they just painted them over n over to cover it up instead of filling them in first, the bathroom floor was all bubbled up from water damage, they replaced it and few days later the flooring was peeling up everywhere, i called the office and they came with a caulking gun! to try and glue the flooring down, it didnt work. How ugly is that So gross so disgusting, it took them 1 yr to fineally fix the pool and the old nasty wooden deathtrap playground they had for the kids! I paid 50 extra a month for a washer n dryer my first washer broke, they replaced it with another used one, that broke and i went 3 damn months without one they wouldnt replace it but they took my money every month for it they said they would reimburse me, they lied they never did, unfortunately my lease was up and i had no other place to go at the time so i had to unfortunately renew the lease, they never fixed the bug problem i couldnt take it any longer i found a diff place and broke the lease, then they want to charge me for it when its their fault the place was inhabitable i have to take them to court

Had an 11am appointment and was tended to immediately. The process of filling out documents went smoothly and the customer service was awesome.

This place is a complete hole in the wall place, there is favoritism with residents. the front office are very unprofessional. The manager Audrey Thompson is highly ignorant. They are racist towards minorities of all color. They Gave me a 3rd floor apartment knowing that i have 3 small children. there is one neighbor at 7325 gatehouse circle apt 110 who is a nuisance towards tenants above her and next to her. this place is a waste of time and money for what they are charging you is not worth it there are better places near by. I repeat this is a horrible place to live in. save your money and dont rent here

Ladies in the officer was very nice to me... they take the time out to a assist me..

Love that we have a new playground for the kids and that i can pay my rent online........the only downfall os that there are too many roaches bit other then that a great place to live

This okace is really close to my school, walking distance from Valencia College. Love how i can walk to it, anf also am close to the public library to do my research assignments and in any case of emergency my fsmily is close as well.

The people in the administration office of this complex has 0% professionalism, human sensitivity or customer service. I have been treated as a person that is sheltered for free in the apartment complex and not as a valuable customer/resident that works very hard to pay the rent in a timely manner. Managament shows no care about how residents feel and openly disrespects the hardworking people. Ive been yelled at in that office by a lady, the manager does not take time to get out of the office to attend the issues.. she just sits and let her employee treat very badly the residents. Create conflicts and then dont know how to resolve it. Maintanence goes in the apt without notifying the resident. With less than 1 month living here I had a break in and I had to call the police at 1200am, when I went to notify management in the morning they treated me like it was a lie and it happened because they never changed the main lock of my apt. Maintanence went to change the doorlock while I was at the office.The next day sent me false eviction notice saying that I owed money that was wrong I did NOT owe any money, the person in charge said they would charge me for the old-lock key if I didnt rerurn it... I said I was going to get a lawyer and they said go ahead ...they posted maintanence request on my behalf without advising me to make it look like they took care of the issue prior the incident happening.Then I had problems logging in the acct. Of the resident portal. I went to the office to receive help and I was treated very badly the lady has 0 customer service skills and looks like she is not happy to deal with people. I had to request speak to the manager and she acted like nothing was happening and gave me a $8.00 credit on the rent. After all the inconviniences that I have received, being AC not working for 2 days the most recent one. I can tell to whoever is reading this to look for a lease someplace else. I have tried to get information from the office on how to contact the corporate office, they will not tell me. Administration is very poor in care and not worth requesting any help because they will show 0% of respect or willingness to help.

This is the worst place i have ever lived. Roaches everywhere. Kids cant play on the playground because people are always smoking weed there. Our fridge stopped working and took them 2 months to replace it and never let me know they were coming. Maintenance told me i either let them in or i get no fridge so i flipped out on them and they bring the community officer(he is a joke)to my door threatening me. Ac broke and fried the wires outside because they only have a 110 electrical line.( not up to code) and our roof leaked for 16 months before they even tried to di anything. Then we withheld rent until they fixed it, but instead of fixing it they evicted us. And im pretty sure the management are gettung kickbacks from the drug dealers. For a place that claims to be drug free there are an awful lot of drugs there.

Came to The office today to for assistant AMD Joanne, The leasing agente, was ver y helpful and she got My situación resolver very fast. Not only ver, but everyone there are very nice and helpful all The time

They are not recommend it they take to long to give you and answer and know I have to weeks to look for a place not so good like I taught . In gods name I will find something for my kids and I 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you anyway

1. You have to pay for painting and cleaning the carpet. So its around $200 when you move out. No excuse.2. They promised to check my A/C unit and never didnt. The unit are old. The unit outside always running, even when I turn off the A/C control inside.My electric bill for just two bedroom apartment I paid $189 . All year around.3. Always dirty hallways4. Trash everywhere.5. Requested pest control every month.6. Can smalled people cooking all the time7. People in the office with actitud.8. Loud music outside on the weekends.Even is cheap, the units are old .Definitely I dont recommend it.

EDIT: THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW HAHAHA. I will NEVER stop making sure it stays here. This place is the worstOne of the absolute worst places i have ever lived in my entire life. Every 3rd apartment is filled with drug dealers, managment refuses to add a net to the volleyball area for the children, refuses to fix rotted out benches on the childrens playground, refuses to add a hoop and backboard onto its already made basketball court (I watched a group of 5 kids playbasketball using the disabled parking sign as the hoop. if they hit it, they got two points.......AND they wont even put windows on the laundry area after heroin addicts broke in overnight to get high (used needles were EVERYWHERE) I had issues with my outside lights 4 months ago and that light isnt fixed.... BUT the same people who refuse to fix it had no issue coming into my house twice without permission to put in things i was given no notification of. OH AND THE ROACHES ARE HERE TO STAY. You will never get rid of them. They will be here today, tommorow and the next day. Mold isnt an issue ive YET had to deal with but from the stories of my neighbors it can get ugly and of course...WONT get fixed. And the cherry on top is that when somebody tried to break into my home and broke my lock THEY wanted me to pay for thhe damages. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? the office had absolutley no concern about my well being or those of my family... they were just concerned about HOW i was going to pay for something they should be providing . the same office that refused to fix the light in front of my door for JUST the situation i feared earlier. I will without a dout NEVER live here again. Great place to live if you sell coke, like commiting murders, or plan on raising your child to be a future gang member .. People with actual intelligence STAY AWAYEdit: its 8/18/2016 and they have refused to accept my re-lease since they felt i was rude to them because they didnt fix my outdoor street light and hallway lights F THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. Never paid rent late, never had a noise issue...Not to mention the desk lady is literally smoking weed and yelling outside day drunk almost every week in the building right next to the office!....Only come here if you hate your family and the people around you. My neighbors were given wood floors and i never got a notice about it once. Come here to die and just thatAny review with 3-5 stars is PURE BS. Before you move here plz drive around the neighborhood around 5pm to see how BAD the kids lives are here.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! The apartments refrigerator leaked the entire year and caused loss of groceries. They never fixed it. There were all kinds of kids and teens outside partying, breaking into cars and vandalizing property - they LOVE the smash beer bottles right in front of tires of parked cars. Dirty place, rude management, trashy, and on top of that they charged me with $3000 after moving out stating I broke my lease!!!!!!!

I was looking for an apartment in the area. Stopped here to get information was very discouraged by the leasing consultant answers. I was told I did not had a chance to rent here before even filling out an application. I called later to ask one question about the waiting list time frame, left a message last week, til today no call back from this place.
