Lived here 5 years. Brett & management are kind, quick to respond, and honest people. No surprises in payments or anything about the unit. The picture and tours will show some dated finishes, but again, everything was clearly communicated before signing the lease. The few maintenance issues we had were taken care of super quick. Utilities were cheap, and the location was awesome too. Truly loved living here. Highly recommend anyone looking to live here.

Brett, the owner, and his entire staff have been a positive experience during our stay here. When we returned to Bozeman, we rented here again because of their commitment to their renters. They respond quickly to any concerns you have, and continue surpass your expectations. Thats hard to find in todays environment. I would recommend Greentree Apartments to anyone without hesitation.

Incredible place to live! Been here a year and the service is great. They are good communicators, respectful, they repair things quickly, they take pride in their work, nothing bad to say about these guys.

We moved here because of hearing that the management was great, and seven months in we are not disappointed! Maintenance is beyond prompt, and they always take care to fix anything that needs attention. Its great how they take care of the apartments!

Great experience! Rent/utilities are very affordable for the Bozeman area.Heat was included with rent - we stayed very warm all winter. Staff is honest, friendly and helpful. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend very highly. If we could do six stars we would!

Have never had any issues with these apartments. The manager and all employees are agreeable and helpful. Have lived here for a year with my s.o. We love the neighborhood. It is tucked back into a beautiful corner of Bozeman and is very close to campus. The apartments are old but clean and all appliances work well. Have never had any noise issues. Have had one maintenance issue; our toilet was leaking. The manager immediately set a date for our toilet to be replaced and we got a brand new toilet within a couple days! Would definitely recommend to others.

The buildings were built in the 70s and do show their age in some areas, but are overall very well maintained. Everyone working their was extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient when dealing with any kind of issues. Even minor maintenance problems were taken care of the within hours. Moving out was also a very painless process for us as they gave us a very clear and detailed list of what cleaning was expected of us. For the price, its definitely one of the best places to rent in the Bozeman area.

My family and I loved our time at Greentree. It was clean, quiet, maintenance was always timely, and the snow removal was AWESOME.

It was really great living here. Managers are professional and firm. However, they understand that life happens. Apartments are a littler older but well kept. Best prices in Bozeman though.

These apartments, although old, are still nice. The landlord Brett always takes care of my issues in the apartment quickly. The distance from MSU is great and these are pretty nice apartments for the price.

Greentree owners are true scum lords!! Renters beware!! They completely exploit young college students who are too inexperienced and naive to challenge their dishonest cleaning charges upon move out. I helped my college daughter and her roommate clean a 600 square foot apartment and upon inspection by the owner, Bretts, minion office employee, was told that the unit was going to require another 3 hours of cleaning. How can a 600 square foot unit, which is completely empty, take another 3 hours to clean? The owner, Brett, is abrasive, argumentative and unprofessional. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE and plan to report them, along with supporting documentation, to the Better Business Bureau and the Bozeman Renters Advocates. They should not legally be charging for cyclical cleaning (as in the carpets) or normal cleaning such as dusty blinds and baseboard. What an awful experience all around. Greentree should be required to amend their move out cleaning charges which are fabricated, dishonest and truely should be illegal.
