Particularly Emmanuel, Angela and Vanessa that are in the office. They always respond fast to every request and are always going the extra mile!Excited to renew my lease and continue living another year here, truly recommend it! PS. Best pool view ever!

The alarm system goes off at this complex almost once a month with NO REAL EMERGENCY. They never even send an email explaining why these alarms go off so often. No apology or anything. It usually happens at night when people are sleeping and have work the next day. God for bid there was a real emergency one day.. how do they expect their residents to know it’s serious? I hope they consider fixing this issue.

Leaving 1 star because at least 3-5 times a month the fire alarm wakes me out of my sleep! I understand the alarms are necessary but why do they go off so often? There is never any explanation whatsoever and they continue to go off multiple times a night. The worst part is it seems as if nobody is on standby to turn the alarm off???????????? Do you guys care at all?????? Never once got an email that stated a reason for alarms going off in the middle of the night. As I’m typing the alarm went off again!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!! THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS ALARMING. COMMUNICATE WITH US WE NEED TO KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING! OUR SLEEP MATTERS JUST LIKE YOURS!!!!EDIT: I saw they replied to someone saying the alarms don’t go off which is a complete lie. Please don’t do that

I like living here for the most part. Its not as great as when I first moved in but I would continue living here at the end of my lease. I had a serious issue that took about a month to be addressed but once I had a conversation with our courtesy officer theres been a real turnaround. Some things do cause me a great deal of concern still. One thing in particular are the maintenance checks on the apartments. The last one specifically was very unsettling. I received a letter on my door as usual letting me know that there would be a check, however it was less than a 24 hour notice which was unusual. Luckily, I was home to witness said check. Two strange men entered without addressing themselves. Both had a flashlight and one had a clipboard with nothing attached. One of them, with the flashlight proceeded to go into my bathroom, closet, then bedroom. He didnt turn on any lights. He only used his flashlight to do what resembled a police-like search of my home; looking in my medicine cabinet, closets, and beside/under my bed but not actually checking to see if things were in working order. I finally confronted him when he was in my bedroom as to what he was doing and he nonchalantly shrugged and replied with a half laugh, a maintenance check. He then proceeded to the bedroom windows where he lifted and lowered the blinds for reasons unknown. There is much more to this incident but the picture is very clear; I felt very upset afterword and completely violated of my privacy. Being 5 months pregnant doesnt help either because now I feel scared and paranoid since they have keys to enter my apartment at any time they please. Landstar Village employees: if someone can address this incident that would be great. Also, there has been a car in the parking lot on cinder blocks with 4 stolen tires for several days now that is cause for major concern. What is that about?

A great place to call home. Willy was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and guide me on making my moving transition run smoothly. The staff are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The fitness center is open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of having nearby supermarkets and restaurants. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood.

Im schedule to move in at the end of next month, the girl who attended me and my son was nice to us, the apartment the we saw it was on the second floor, but we are getting the third floor because it has the 3 bedroom Im looking for. But to be honest, after seeing all this negatives review, got me thinking, why the hell people likes to complain about the minimal thing? I dont know how long this apartment complex has been in the area, but it looks brand new, of course you will see under construction, limitations, rules. and if you dont like it, build you own house. Anyways, I hope I get to enjoy the apartment, I wish they would have the 3 bedrooms available on the second floor, due to my health problems.

I’ll start out by saying I was impressed by this property. I was in a crunch for finding a place to live in Orlando when I moved from Chicago. It was a beautiful apartment, close to where I work and where I play, and close to the airport. However, the second year I signed a lease with them, it went downhill. They say they spray for pests but I still had cockroaches running around my apartment no matter how clean it was. They raised my rent close to $100 a month just for the same old stuff where the pool was closed for maintenance A LOT and down for COVID. Not only that, they never emailed me about resigning my lease/ending my lease when they did say they emailed me. They never did. I had a family emergency and financial issues due to covid and had to move out emergently with less than a months notice and even when I explained to them it was an emergency, they still charged me a full months rent. I feel scammed. Lastly, I have been off the lease for more than a month now and have not gotten correspondence regarding my security deposit. These people are scammers - scammed me out of $1800. They are also very difficult to work with. Don’t rent with them.

I highly recommend Landon on the greeneway apartments as a great place to live ! Willy, who works at the office is extremely helpful and he is very patient and he tries his best to get you the apartment that you want.The community is very organized

I toured this community with Meggie and she did a wonderful job giving me all of the information that I needed to make my decision and answered all of my questions. This property is by far my first choice. All of the staff members were friendly and greeted me while I waited. The property looked excellent, and I love the space the 1 bedroom has, and the fact that the washer & dryer is in the huge walk in closet is a major plus for me. I am looking forward to moving in!

I moved here when the apartments were first built and under different management. Since we changed owners and management it has been so much better. Our new office manager Vanessa is truly amazing and wonderful at her job. If I call with any issues, she handles them right away without question. Couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I have been here two years, one with previous management and the other with the current. The initial application process was smooth and easy and the staff was very helpful. My stay has been unbothered and I’ve been notified promptly of inspections or anything for that matter. I had little interaction with the new management but the few times I have, they have also been amazing.Some people may say this place is costly, but in all honesty with the quality of the apartment I feel it is well worth the price.

Landstar Village is highly recommended place to live. The office staff is amazing, helpful and go above and beyond for the residents. I love living here and my family is happy to call Landstar Village home! It would be a better place if everyone worked together to help the community look better. For example, some residents do not follow the trash instructions which causes their trash to leak in the hallway by them not using the trash bin that is provided by the office. If we all the residents worked together with the office as a community Landstar Village would be even better.

Great apartments! The staff is fantastic. I love being able to walk to restaurants, groceries and even to get my haircut.

Had deadbolt fixed this afternoon...after waiting over a week to find out the work order was missing. Came home after a couple of hours to discover that someone had tried to break in, and snapped off their key inside our deadbolt (which we still have). Called emergency maintenance, since we have our service animal inside, only to be quoted with a 45-60 min response, and told that if we broke the door to get in, we would be liable to all costs.Police had fire dept come super fast, they actually helped by getting in through a window, and let us in. Now waiting on police to file yet another report on the safety of this area.If you value your safety and privacy, please find a different area to live in. There are plenty of safer areas of town.Not to mention how many registered sex offenders are in Meadow Woods.... we counted 20 within a quarter mile, and there are kids running around constantly, no doubt their parents have no clue.

Horrible .First off the place inside might look nice but everything is done bad .Hallways are dirtyPaying for restricted but theres no gate the apartment is open to who ever theres no gateCant even park your car in guest parking cause you get towedAnd only one building has in door hallways the rest are ghettoIm paying so much for no reasonTheres always a problemAnd we pay for trash valet and sometimes the guy comes late or he never comes and if you still have your trash can outside they will give you a 50 dollar fine like thats ridiculousI do not recommend theses apartments your better off getting a cheap apartment then theses .

This place is a complete JOKE!!! Dont get me wrong the inside of your place is beautiful but thats about it.. I pay so much here and I have not once use any of the amenities besides the gym because the business center, lounge area & pool is available ONLY during business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Thats the same hours most people here work, how could they take advantage of amenities if its closed by the time they get home. That doesnt make any sense to me. On top of that, they have super strict parking rules. The hallways are always dirty,.. I pay for valet trash, & sometimes its not picked up on the scheduled days. Not to mention, they give out notices of upcoming maintenance services, and dont stick to the written schedule time they sent out. Recently they just sent out a note for all residents to remove any holiday decor, are you serious? I pay for my patio, if I want to have twinkle lights out there I should be able to do whatever I want with the space that I pay every month for. Its ridiculous. Will be considering leaving this place!

Staff are exceptional, great service and luxury living. Beautiful apartments. Great location, close to supermarkets, gas stations, literally you dont need a car, practically everything is walking distance. Property managers are also very pleasant.

Love this place! It has been a great two years living here our family couldnt be happier, my kids love their schools and are very happy they are able to ride the bus. Very convenient location close to everything! We Love being able to walk to Publix and having the Walmart Market across the street is fantastic.

I received a letter from the Landstar Village asking to recommend them, I DO NOT DO IT ANYWAY! If you decide to lease with them, read the agreement twice, they trick you to make easy money on you. Do not expect to receive any email answer from them. They never answer a email. They include expensive services in the lease agreement, even when you not ask for.

Sure my apartment is nicely put together and the staff can be friendly to you., but when will we get REAL SECURITY for the price we pay? As of right now this property is renovating the dog poop area. Which by the way is rarely used buy the tenants with pets. From what I can see tenants just let there pets poop/piss in the grass. I see children playing in that area more. My son came to visit recently only to wake up the next day to see his car sitting on bricks. If your guest parks in the wrong area they risk being towed. If you guest park in a guest spot they rick losing their rims and tires. That’s right your guest can park their car for a visit and wake up on bricks. All because as residents here at Linden on the Greeneway there are no preventive measures in place. The staff says this has never happened here before. The staff also said they knew about it but did nothing to try and locate the owner of the vehicle. Procedure I’m told. Well shouldn’t there be a plan in place so that it doesn’t happen again? Why isn’t there a gate? The fiberglass one surrounding the property that’s there for show also needs repairs. How many police reports does it take to get a Secure Gate? I’m not the type of person who posts things online I Know that more should be done to keep the thieves away. Plus I called the regional manager of Linden on the Greeneway and she has yet to return my call. Sure my son has insurance and things will be replaced but I still live here.

If you want to be disrespected and have issues all the time without getting them fix please move in. Maintenance people walk to my apartment and I was not ready since I was naked getting ready for work (my three year old daughter in the apartment at home) told them I needed some privacy to get dress for them to please come back in a few they proceed to tell me they couldn’t wait and they didn’t care. These is supposed to be my home and they totally disrespected me. Went to management even worst. All she did is justified herself and provide me with no solutions. That is not the way you treat your customers specially customer that pay every single month in time and respect every single apartment rule. I feel completely disrespected and will contact corporate.

I have been here for several months and the staff has always been great, friendly and helpful. Ive seen the halls being cleaned by staff more than one time. Its the residents themselves leaving trash bags around then they complain. The gym is an amenity and its open 24 hours, its beautiful, like a real gym. The apartments are beautiful within and I LOVE the layout, open and spacious. Also parking is not a problem I come at all times and never have an issue. People need to remember that although we pay more rent it does not mean that we can mess up the place and make up our own rules.

The apartments are very beautiful and Spacious! The office staff is always Genuinely helpful and kind. The property is beautifully landscaped and free of litter.

Now this place just looks nice, the customer service here on the other hand is bit of a mix at certain times. And just trying to live here can be a bit of a hassle like other apartments but a little bit more of a headache to do so. But overall the apartment are indeed more MODERN than some others.

Meggie had been so helpful from the moment I began my appartment hunt. She explained the terms of my lease and walked me thru every step. Anytime I’ve had a question, she’s been knowledgeable and has answered my concerns. I am looking forward to renewing my lease.

Applied and got approved but changed my mind after reading these reviews. It made me realize that when I applied I send an email and never got a reply, called and they did not pick up and even after getting approved they have not followed up.They got me chasing after them so imagine if this is how they handle customer issues (not a good thing).I will not pay extra for a place where they cannot control people that come in and out (not a gated community), parking is extra but anyone can park in your spot.During the research phase, Edgar was very pleasant but in a different occasion another employee was just there, not useful at all, we had to work to get her to give us more info and seemed annoyed by our presence.

Out in less then 30 days..... place looked great until I started cleaning Molding,windowsills,cabinets & Floor. Carpet was Dirty to Begin with all areas of the place we’re not to Pleasing after a good look around. The Hall ways haven’t been Wasted. An people smoking Illegal substances at certain times of the evening when I was coming home from work. Honestly I don’t even have anyone to talk to today about my money all put out of pockets. It’s No place you’d wanna be for a First floor as well with Bugs & small Frogs. Hope this helped someone save some Money.

They charged me after canceling my lease when my apartment door was literally right next to the exit and when I was cooking hot water fell on my belly while I was pregnant so I canceled my lease and they had the nerve to charge me

The staff never address any situation or give explanations or even memos to residents that have woken up at 1 am!!!, because FIRE ALARMS going off MULTIPLE times late at night. No gated community, so people wander and have STOLEN/TAKEN items left from delivery companies from residents front door. Nothing to be said on matter. Lighting WAS OUT for at least 2 months at complex, despite multiple requests to fix. Rent is expensive but front desk customer service in general are not really pleasant to speak to, maybe 1 exception. Quick to add fees and send letters about charging you, but no letters addressing what is to be done about more important issues stated above, among others. They CHARGE residents that have 2 cars or more, extra money just for having them there. Its Florida and having a car is essential. Hallways are dirty, full of pests, spider webs all over the walls. People MAKING NOISE with MUSIC/YELLING in gazebo area, way past 10PM. People at the pool after hours making more noise, nothing done about this. The list goes on and on. For the price we pay here, all these things are unacceptable. Horrible experience.

This community is a great place to live. The pool and grounds are kept immaculately (the pictures dont lie) and although some reviewers have posted about the inner hallways I think the criticism is unfair. Management is aware of these past complaints and are taking steps to address it - keep in mind its up to the residents to do their part and follow the rules on how to leave items for trash pickup! My interaction with the management staff is bar none the best Ive ever experienced and my ONLY complaint is about the unavailability of the clubhouse outside of business hours...resolve that by making it more available to residents on weekends and evenings and this will be a full 5-star review. If youre lucky enough to get an opportunity to live here, dont hesitate! The location is great and the units are stellar! -A happy resident.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! they talk you into applying KNOWING youre going to get denied. The application doesnt even look legit. I applied and the application asked for my social which i told the lady i didnt have and she still INSISTED i apply, My credit is perfect, i dont owe anything so there was no reason for denial. They denied me without even checking my social and when i call to get answers they give you the run around. MAGGIE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HER JOB EVER AND VANESSA WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE U APPLY KNOWING U DONT MEET REQUIREMENTS.

Beautiful place but some residents are unruly and inconsiderate! Like theyre living in a South Bronx Project Building! You cant have your packages delivered to your door, as thieves will steal them. The halls are filthy and full of cigarette butts and garbage. May not stay past lease!

Terrible place to live extremely corporate not worth the extremely high price. I have been living here for two months and they have already entered my apartment twice for no good reasons. Next month they are coming to change my air filter. Like how ridiculous is that they come in when your at work to replace a two dollar air filter. New and very happy tenant of Landstar Village. We moved about two months ago. Our move-in process was pleasant and extremely easy. All of our documents were sent to us electronically to sign. We love the layout of our apartment; the location is very convenient.-Location- One of the many great features we the (tenants) have, is the easy access to the different establishments we currently have close to us. We can walk through the property, and not have to leave in our cars – thanks to Landstar Village, for thinking of us, and making the easy connections available. The easy access to 417 and the Turnpike is another plus!- Staff- I have had nothing but, pleasant experiences with all of the staff members. They are very attentive and courteous. Always willing to go the extra mile to assist the residents, the best they can.- Maintenance- Maintenance staff is quick on service calls. The grounds are very well maintained. We always see the staff outside; putting in work, to ensure the property is kept clean and desirable to the eye.- Quality of Community- The main office, the club house and the pool area, are absolutely gorgeous. Friends who have visited commented on the resort-like feel of the place. Everything is well-kept and maintained. They even love our mail-room area. Very chic!- Parking-. There is no assigned parking, which we love and never have any issues finding a parking space. The community offers plenty of parking spaces for our guest.- Amenities- This may fall under the ‘quality of community’ I already commented on, but I will elaborate a bit more. Our club house, our pool are and our GYM, are amenities that were a HUGE selling point for us, when we decided to become tenants are Landstar Village. The areas are clean, well kept, up-to date, and very elegant. The GYM officers, state of the art equipment’s and is big enough, that there is always open equipment’s to work out.- Apartments- Our apartment is a 3x2 on the third floor, which we LOVE! Our view is amazing! The apartment is large and very comfortable. Everything is new, as we are the first tenants of the apartments. We have wood floors and an L shape balcony. Kitchen is very elegant as well as the bathrooms. .- Trash Valet- The community offers a very convenient trash valet pick-up, with great schedules. A container is provided for you to use and it can only be placed outside of your door at certain hours of the day. There are a few cons and they are mostly driven not by the complex but they exist:- Noise – I’m not sure if is the way the building is structer, but we ready don’t have any complaints about noise, loitering after hours or kids running while.- Crime- We have been residents of this area, for the past 22 years, and have never had any issues with crime. Landstar Village offers a courtesy officer, who lives on the community – and is great!

This place is filthy. Ive been living here four months and these halls havent been cleaned not once. Theyre stained with the leakage from peoples trash, filthy with leaves and dust, theres even balls of womens hair. The stairs cases are just the same. So though the place looks great front the outside, they dont take very good care of it in here. Ive had guest several times and have just been completely embarrassed by the disgusting halls they have to walk to to get to my place ... They have an obligated $25 charge added to the rent for trash valet, they take FOREVER to actually pick it up. Some days though theyre scheduled to pick up trash, they dont even show up ... Luxury apartments, thats literlly it tho. JUST your apartment.

Do not rent from these apartments first of all they false advertise that they take Section 8 and they really dont because they say you have to make two times the rent and they know damn well most people on Section 8 dont make that much money if that was the case they wouldnt be on Section 8 . Then on top of that they discriminated against my brother thats wheelchair-bound. They going to tell me that they only have cheaper floor aparments on the third floor and bigger floor apartments on the bottom floor so we got to pay a higher price because he cant get on the third floor or the second floor because they dont have a elevator how can you do that? THAT is totally discrimination how can you do that to someone thats in a wheelchair? THEY already go through enough and you going to charge them a higher price than a person that can walk normal are you serious? Youre supposed to accommodate them I dont care if the apartment is a little bit bigger they need more room anyway with their wheelchair people have no heart and I dont know whats becoming of these companies thats building these places with no elevators it just sickens me Im contacted the American Disability Act for this discrimination I feel, and for they were rude and dont care attitude if you dont like your job quit. And this rude attitude came from the so-called manager named Rose she is nasty and dont deserve to be a manager with that kind of attitude and behavior Lord have mercy on your souls I hope one day you or one of your family members dont have to endure what someone in a wheelchair has to go through everyday from ignorant people such as yourselves. She really pissed me off Im calling to get some answers about my brother in a wheelchair and not being accommodating shes questioning me about whats my income that wasnt even the reason I was calling for, Im calling about my brother in a wheelchair your worrying about what I make none of your damn business thats not what I call for. But I guess that was to try to throw me off because they didnt want to give my brother one of the bottom floor Apartments so you going to try to find something else wrong anyway to not give it to him no one is stupid you dont know what I make or what I have to be questioning me about what I get Im more worried about my brother being accommodated. Smh

It is a very nice complex, quiet and pleasant, it has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and plenty of space to do sports and walk with your pet, the people are very nice.
