I loved the nail shape and the French tip type of design which is exactly what I asked for. Customer service was great, the salon was nice and clean and also very relaxing. The only thing I noticed is that they didn’t push in my cuticles but it isn’t a big deal for me. Overall I’m really happy with the experience and with my nails. :)

I havent gotten my nails done in about 5 years. We now live in an era where we go by reviews, to my dismay there werent many salons with a rating above a 4 star. This place is located in National City where no offence its kinda sketch....You walk into this salon and its so open and roomy, unlike other places ive been to which are smaller and cramped. You honestly forget youre in National City the second you sit down. I called in about 3:30pm got an appointment for 4:15pm there was one other lady there. As soon as I walked in 4 other women showed up, I felt bad for them having to wait.They only had 3 persons on staff, well this particular Monday.There are so many options for nails I had no idea which to choose. I had seen a semi cute set on their google reviews and chose it the dude told me it would be $45 bucks. I assumed getting the butterflies on them was included. Final price was $55 and a $10 dollar tip total of $65 for my nails. Wasnt expecting that but I was really happy with my nails and blinded by how gorgeous they looked.I read a review on here that they felt like they were rushed....as we all know nail salons get crowded, go with time, at a time where its not rush hour if you want to feel like a queen and they will give you their undivided attention. Imagine the pressure they feel as more and more clients show up or when they leave. Theres gotta be a good reason if they have more and more ladies show up. Dont let other bad reviews ruin your experience, go early on a Monday *wink wink*

I brought my girlfriend and mother-in-law here. They were really happy with the service, I know nothing about nails but if they are happy Im assuming the people did a good job🤣🤣🤷‍♂️, I highly recommend this place .all the works do amazing jobs and offer great customer service 👍👍👍👍

There’s a guy with Really Bad attitude, plus he did my nails and 6 of them broke off in less then a week. Which made me pay extra to get them fixed somewhere else.

Very good service, fast and friendly. I came in already needing to take off my nails because they were too long. The technique used to remove my nails was not your typical sit your fingers in acetone for the next 10-15 min, you’d have to come in to understand that he cut the nail down cracked it near the edge and proceeded to use a full acrylic nail to lift my nail and remove it, painless, fast and easy. Very pleased with the service indeed. Highly recommend!

First time back at a nail salon since Covid. Was pleased with all the precautions ZE Nails is taking. Appointment is required, mask is required, and temperature taken before nail appointment. Cindy did my nails and she was great! Very gentle and nice. She did a great job on my manicure and pedicure! Value was great as well.. $55 for gel mani and pedi!!! The pedi was one of the best I have ever had! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back! Just found my brand new nail spot!!!

Very clean place and reasonable prices. However the lady I got for my pedicure nipped me when cutting my cuticle and burned my skin with the callous remover on my ankles and top of my toe. Careful with her, she doesnt have her nails done and doesnt wear any makeup. The other ladies and gentlemen working here seem like they would provide a 5 star experience.

I waited a while which I didn’t mindMore people started to show up and I get they needed to help them but I felt like they rushed MY nails. I got a full set. They’re a couple that are uneven, the second coat of polish is clumpy, and it looks like I’ve had these nails for a week and need a fill soon and I JUST got them. I’m disappointed. So if you go then pick a time they’re not busy or else!!
