Worst apartment to live in. Has roaches and all types of bugs. Wash room does not work properly and your clothes will sink after use. Neighbors are the best thing about this place. Manager will find a way to keep some of your deposit when you leave. And last thing they have pest control walking into your apartment when they want and dont come every month like supposed to.

I really appreciate the leasing staff and maintenance crew, they really value your time and want to make your experience the best possible. The best person who shows this is the manager Wanda. She is really friendly and just overall the best leading manager Ive ever had.

I would like to let you know that you have a lovely staff at the office. With the exception of the Spanish lady in the office. She lacks professionalism and she is rude and unaccommodating. You need to hire more people like the other lady that is in the office I believe her name is Wanda. She is courteous, polite, and all around professional. That is the kind of people that you need around to provide professional service to potential residents and people already residing there

This complex has the best reviews out of the surrounding apartments. These apartments are a bit outdated, but they are decent. There are a few roaches, but if you keep your apartment clean you wont see any. What I like the best is the great customer service from the leasing office from Wanda, Connie and the maintenance crew. Also the complex is QUIET which is a must for me.

The year we were there. My opinion, the apartments arent the best but the management is awesome. I was a previous tenant there so they worked with me with moving in and they helped my rent stay the same when everyone elses went up because I am on disability. For what its worth while I stayed there, I had a pleasant experience. No one bothered me and my wife. Everybody minds their own business unless you give them a reason not to and the maintenance does his best to fix whats broken.

Great customer service and fantastic area. Nice and quiet. Only complaint is that the Hispanic lady in the office was very emotionless, she doesnt seem to smile a lot.

Excellent location, it is around everything I need. Wanda is the most polite and friendliest person at the complex. She takes care of everyones needs ASAP and with a smile. If I could rate this higher I would.

Lovely area. Lovely service. However there seems to be a lack of enthusiasm when it comes to the co-manager (not Wanda).

When I was a tenant here I had some doubts, but upon being there for nearly a year I found the management and the area superb. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

To be completely honest, in my humble opinion based on experience. Ive learned in this world people who have not established their hearts and people who are still conformed to this world, (Romans 12) will always be apart of that negative frequency thats depriving the conscious and subconscious paradigm. On my hunt for an ideal apartment just to sustain independent factors of life - I came across this one. Of course, every apartment has their ups and downs, pros and cons. Nothing is PERFECT and nothing is EVER FOR SURE. But the probable cause as to why this gets 5 stars because of the hospitality service Ive received from Property Management. Wanda which is the lady with white hair, she is superb. Her welcoming made me feel like I was not making a bad decision. Connie the Spanish lady is not what people are mentioning I kid you not. She is spanish, so her English translation isnt precisely fluent, but me as a young man understood everything she said. Thus, she is just as wonderful as Wanda everyone is different. I feel the people on here who is knocking down the spanish lady (Connie) is full of spiritual darkness and are bias. I am a young BLACK man and the services I received, even with the attire I had on that day was phenomenal and I wish EVERY apartment complex would have the service this Property Management provided me. There was no discriminating feeling, my intuition didnt rub me the wrong way and the process of submitting my information was a breeze. They kept it real with me and thats what a lot of people dont like to embrace- REALITY! People are to content and will settle. But this is a fairly new comment because I was just there on Tuesday. The apartments arent the best of what you get - keep in mind the building structure is roughly 2 decades old. You get what you pay for! But the inside of the units is up to living standards. I dont know what the future holds but Ill definitely like to create a home in this area because I already feel like I have one by the services they provided me. #100

I like to say that it ay not be a five star hotel...But the Staff makes worth a while..specially Mrs. Wanda as a Manager stricly bussine and to the point and a charm that makes you feel at home; no nonsense when anything need to be done ..And I thank Blossom Corner for that. I used to live here in early 200o and now Ive been back for the last 2 years..If the place doesnt raise the rent I would probily here a few more years; Location is excellent and bus service right in front.For me being disable that is a plus!

Management staff and maintenance is amazingly disappointing. Impossible to contact the parent company. The actual property offers nothing.

I lived here some 18 years ago and live here now and nothing has changed, this apartment complex is totally infested with roaches.

They dont deserve a single star. They gave me a renovated apartment. Behind the fresh paint, the walls are covered with fungi that have gradually been sinking due to the humidity. The air conditioner the same, covered in fungus. I asked for it to be cleaned and they used spray and brush on the outside and left all the fungus and stagnant water. Plus the problem with cockroaches is horrible. You hear all the noise from the Curry Ford inside the apt. The ineffective office service does not have the best attitude for the customer
