I had a couple of family members schedule themselves an nail appointment as a gift from me to them. I figured that this place, because of a referral through a mutual friend, would be ideal. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. They had an horrible experience. They had scheduled an appointment for 2pm this afternoon, 30 minutes later, the one young lady was seen. Her experience was very unsatisfactory. Her nails were uneven, the tech refused to do dipped powder and before leaving, she heard the tech speaking negatively about the person she came with.Speaking of the other young woman, she never got serviced. Several others walked in after them, having no appointment, while she patiently waited and they got serviced immediately. She decided to not spend money at this establishment after the horrible customer service that (she) they had experienced. The snide remark that was made by the male tech was heard. I wouldnt play the race card, but call a spade a spade. Im quite sure they did, during this time and do other times. Judging by the reviews posted, majority white clients had a wonderful experience, while the more negative ones, have come from their black clients. Its really not that hard to see. Its a shame.

TERRIBLE. We had an appointment and they made us wait for 45 mins and said we’ll have to wait for 30 more minutes or we can reschedule. Extremely rude and unprofessional.Wouldn’t recommend if you actually want nice nails

I went a total of three times for acrylics. One being for a new set and the other two were fills. All three of them were way less than subpar. The gel did not go all the way to the cuticle, and there was polish all over my hands. One time I asked for black nails and they had to completely redo it twice because the gel wasn’t setting right. I thought it’d be fine the second time repainting them because it looked semi okay and honestly I was just over it. Two days later I had chips all over and ended up just painting over them with polish. I also have had to wait for my appointment time. Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I would not recommend getting your nails done here at all. Waste of money.

Took my friend’s 4 y/o in with me for manicures. They were friendly the whole time and so sweet with her. They managed to give her beautiful pink and sparkly nails with the Star of David on her thumbs for Hanukkah. My gel manicure was perfect as well! Only thing negative I’d have to say was we made an appointment for 2:45 and didn’t really get started until 3:30. But it was still fine!

Leaving this review to formally apologize for wrecking my nails by making an appointment anywhere else. Ive learned my lesson and Ill always wait for the appointment here from now on. Trust me, its worth it.

They are expensive. My girl did a great job but I wont be returning. Even though I can afford it I wont pay that much.

It doesn’t matter who you see to get your nails done they always come out the way you want them. They are also very friendly like a family and make you feel welcome.

When I went to the salon they had a poor variety of color choices and I got a full set and within one week I had 4 nails pop off. When the acrylics popped off it left bruises under my nails and completely destroyed them. The nails coming off was in no way my fault they came off doing everyday activities. After I got them done I noticed the tech did not clean up his job, I had polish on the back of my nail, around the sides, and there was hardened acrylic powder on my skin. The owner and her daughter were very nice but I’m just super disappointed.

This is my new go to nail spot. They do amazing work, have decent prices, ample parking. The nail technician was really nice and down to earth. Her work was pretty quick, but she did a great job. My nails have lasted over a month.

Terrible service every time. I set my appointments days in advance and every single time I’m waiting in water for 45+ minutes. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt but this occurs way too often. Never again.

I had an appointment at 12:30pm first time going there. I asked for a dip powder on my natural nails. Sadly to say I’m not going back there, I didn’t have a good experience going there. I was there for 2hrs! My nails aren’t straight and they’re so lumpy, doesn’t feel smooth at all. Seemed like they were in a rush to get them done. I did go back and tell them about the nails. All they did was buff them out and use the UV Light. I was really disappointed in going there and spending $45. I wouldn’t recommend going there at all.

I am in town for business and had some time to kill so I decided to get a manicure. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me within 5 minutes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. I will be back again when in town next!

Our appointment was scheduled for 3 o’clock..we got there exactly at 3 and we had to wait 45 minutes and we eventually had to reschedule our appointment because my sister had work at 5 and she was planning on getting her nails done for her birthday. What is the point of getting an appointment if when we get there we have to wait almost an hour? Very disappointed. Also, when we walked in, everyone gave us dirty looks as if we weren’t allowed to be there or something ! Not sure what that means.

My experience at Jennys Nails was wonderful. I didnt wait long to get my pedicure. I really like they gave me the way helpful advices. The women there are really sweet and very personable. I love my nails and the excellent service I received! Its a great, satisfactory experience 100% of the time.

JENNY IS THE BEST! I have been to so many different nail salons and never stuck with one because my nails were always too thick, too long, too short or not even. Jenny makes my nails look EXACTLY how I want. All my nails are the same length, perfect shape, thin enough to not look fake and down right awesome. If you show her a picture of what you want, that’s what you’ll get. I highly recommend!!!

Pmy nails take a long time to dry, plus she has put 3 coats on, felt like they were trying to hurry me out the door. And guess what polish didnt even last 2 weeks, and wasnt dry so I got marks on them less than 30mins out.

Never once had a good manicure from this place and I stopped going for a long time - decided to give it another chance and nothing has changed here. Walked in and asked for a walk in spot and wanted to see if they had time was told they had time...I proceeded to wait 40 minutes before asking how much longer and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Unless you have 4 hours of time and $50 to waste on a bad manicure I wouldn’t come here.

Jenny and staff are amazing! Always kind and understanding compared to some of the other shops in town. I had even gotten in a car wreck and went in a few days later to have my nails repaired and Jenny wasnt going to charge me! I enjoy going there

Im very particular about my nails and have only ever had them done by my favorite place - Jennys Nails,. They do amazing nails and finish pretty quickly! Every technician here is great - Ive never had a bad or even a mediocre experience. 1 week later my nails still look pretty good. Ill be back, thats for sure!

I love the people here, and they always do an amazing job. They are one of the best in town, and the prices are reasonable especially with their student discount! They are normally pretty busy though, so definitely make an appointment or expect to wait. :)

Really have tried over 5 nail salons and almost gave up hope until I found THEM. Their work is exquisite. They had a wide range of colors and played good music. Also, the price is very GREAT!

This place is great! The employees are very friendly, diligent, and skilled - the foot/lower leg massage was better than the professional massage I had at a spa earlier today! I got the Signature Spa Pedicure (only $30, only $12 more to add on a pedicure).Just a quick note that starting July 1st 2017, due to additional charges on credit cards they are asking that tips be paid in cash (advertised on a sign in the salon). So bring cash, because youll want to tip!

Given all the wonderful reviews of this salon, I was surprised to have such bad service. My powder dip nails are extremely clumpy and thick and took over an hour and a half. In some places, it is sticky and not shiny. The technician did not seem to have done a powdered set before. She would not acknowledge me even though I was friendly and did not make any suggestions or negative remarks about her work. When I went to pay, the young woman behind the desk was unresponsive and did not sit up from her seat. I was confused when a neighboring technician asked for my ID. She did not explain there was a discount with ID, and I only found out when the technician bluntly interjected, rudely explained the ID discount, and randomly demanded to see my finished nails. I left feeling very embarrassed and not welcome. Although I would like to get my nails redone, I would never walk in there again.

I had the luxury pedicure today, And a manicure. Hao did a super job. This was worth every penny

I will not go to any other place in town! Jenny and her crew are the BEST and friendliest nail technicians. I have been a customer for a little over a year and I am never anything less than thrilled with the wonderful manis and pedis that they provide!

Loved the shape of my nails at the time, but I got a gel manicure a week ago...literally and it’s already chipped!!! And not to mention that the polish bubbles so badly. Sadly will not return. I really liked this place at the beginning too.

Came in as a walk in for a manicure with my friend and was seated almost immediately. It was a pleasant visit. The employees are polite and dont do a lot of gossiping among themselves. They even offered me water which was a nice touch. They are very clean and sanitize everything after every client. Very patient, work with you! Not only did they do exactly what I wanted, they made sure throughout the process that I liked/approved what they did (shape, color, thickness of nail)! From my past experiences elsewhere no one has ever done that. I got stiletto SNS with a design and matte top coat, and I love it!

Went into this nail salon to remove acrylics, she asked me 3 times if thats all I wanted. Then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t going to remove my acrylics NOT because of time but because she doesn’t make enough money doing it. Terrible Service. Don’t recommend!!
