They did a fantastic job! Jon explained and went over process which was spot on. We had them put on new siding, install new windows and new doors. Excellent workmanship. In fact, I am having our front yard tree trimmed down, to show off our new house. Excellent, responsive and detailed installers and the office customer service is second to none. I Highly Recommend them!

They have replaced most of our windows, do great work and stand by their products. We had a few minor issues at install and a few years later a broken piece of hardware. They were quick to remedy both issues. Tom, our “sales” person, was more like an advisor. He was highly knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. I know you can pay a lot more, but won’t get a better product or service.

I had them replace several windows 5 years ago, and Im having them replace more windows this year. Communication, honesty, and a company that stands by their work is important to me. They do all of those things.

AA Windows N Doors replaced two windows in our home last spring. This winter with the extreme cold, we had our humidifier up too high. As I walked around the house the old windows had frost on the INSIDE. The AA Windows were frost free and DRY.One of the windows we replaced is in the family room and the curtains were always covering it due to the draft. With the AA Window, we pull the curtain open to let sunlight in while we sit by the window and work jigsaw puzzles - no cold winter draft!!That is the quality of the product. Now for the service. The estimate was given to us by Jon Rhodes. No pressure selling with AA. Mr. Rhodes simply presents the product, answers your questions, and gives you FACTS - a very professional presentation. He told us about the process and the time it takes for windows to be ready before they can be installed. There were no surprises with our installation. My wife and I used AA Windows N Doors to have a window removed from our laundry room and a door installed. Jon R. Came out and provided us an estimate. Showed us our options of doors and hardware. We scheduled the installation and everything went exactly how Jon said it would. Window removed and door installed all in the same day. Fair price, great warranty and the best part this was over 2 years ago and the door looks and operates exactly the same today as it did when they installed it. Highly recommend AA Windows N Doors.

Seem to be great hardworking people that have our best interest in hard, but we have just had a heck of a time getting our order correct. Seems to be some issue with communication between the ordering, purchasing, and installing.The first shipment of windows was the wrong color and size. Then we they had them remade they only remade some of them (and also didnt tell us they were coming) so now we have yet a third order and to wait for and get delivered.

I have used AA multiple times in 2 different houses I have lived in and have always been very happy with the work. Last year after the tornado hit, Jon was great in assisting with coordinating all the repairs as well as working with State Farm on the claim. The windows and doors they use are great.

I called this place, Said I have 4x8 siding. Want it replaced with new stuff. Person comes out, doesnt know what I want. I say replace old put new on. They said oh we dont do wood siding, let me call my boss. Calls boss, says yep we cant do that, but we can side the in something else. I just walked away......

I initially had some installation problems with my gutters I had done last month but Gary and John were great to work with and corrected the problem promptly and professionally.I would recommend for windows, doors, and everything else they offer!

Plan for your order to take 2-3 times longer than they tell you. I agree with the poor communication comment in an earlier review.Our salesman said it would take 3-4 weeks after measurements for our window and sliding door to arrive. 4 weeks after measurements, I called (having heard nothing from AA) and was told our window would arrive in 3 weeks (7 weeks after measurements) and our door would arrive in 5 weeks (9 weeks after measurements). After indicating my disappointment, they apparently called the factory to rush the door so both would be ready in 7 weeks. 7 weeks after measurements, I called again and was told the window would be ready at the end of the week and the door would arrive in 2 additional weeks...so no new window and door in 3-4 weeks as I was told and no rush as I was told.

Wonderful products! Great installation! Office staff kept me updated along the way, step by step, very friendly.
