This company is great! Our window cleaning company notices some of our windows went bad where the gas charge between the panes was leaking on four windows that created a cloudy view. Premier Excel Window Solutions came out and assessed the issues with a great quote to correct the issues. Their crews came out and replaced the damaged windows in a very prompt manner and with the utmost professionalism. We even asked for additional services like maintenance on the remaining windows to ensure all seals were good. I highly encourage anyone having issues with windows to contact this company. Excel Window Solutions is one of the most professional groups Ive worked with in Omaha. Their craftsmanship and expertise shows in their work. Theyve been honest and communicated with us to ensure that we werent overpaying for unneccessary services. Giving 5 stars alone for a review doesnt articulate how appreciative we are. We had a representative come out to do an estimate on our windows. He said we would have an estimate emailed and over a week later we still havent heard anything. Called the office and they left our email address in the file, but didnt know where the estimate was. Also left voicemails for the rep that came to our house and never received a call back. We have since contacted another company who promptly gave us an estimate and ordered the materials needed to do the job. Disappointed in the time wasted on Excel Window Solutions.

We had our front picture window replaced because the seal had broken and it looked terrible. Chip came out and gave us a very competitive quote, the staff was very friendly and scheduled the install for a time that worked for us. The installers worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did an absolutely wonderful job. I would highly recommend calling Excel.This window is beautiful!

Chip returned my call immediately! I tried to get a number of people to call me back, but only Chip called me back immediately.He came out and talked me through our bathroom window- it was much more affordable than i had thought!5 star

Worst window company!! We moved into our new home early Dec and they came out that day to fix 2 of our windows. Said they needed to ordered parts and didnt get ahold of us for a month! Came and fixed again. Said they work great, and they were done. They left and the windows didnt work at all! I called that day and talked to the secretary and she said she would call me right back, took her 4 days! Needless to say she said they told her they were ordering parts and would be back, after letting me think they were done. Another month goes by with no call. I talk to the manager who admitted his guys pretty much suck, and he wouldnt have ever called me back because they put in system they were done. Now finally got a guy out here and he is supposed to come today at 330, well shocker he is 20 minutes late. Please stay away and find someone else to use!!

There service was quiet excellent! Nick and Clint did an outstanding job. I dont know who taught them how to caulk but what a beautiful caulk job. I would recommend excel to anyone. Make sure you ask for nick and Clint!

Exceeded my expectations. I chose Excel to replace over a dozen windows & sashes in a home I recently purchased. It wasnt until after they arrived for installation that we were 1 window sash short (i.e. their original estimate had 14, but their invoice had 13). Without hesitation, they accepted responsibility and agreed to purchase/install the additional window sash at no cost (and it wasnt cheap!) Moreover, during installation, they found - and offered to replace - a broken screen (again, at no cost). Lastly, the 4-person crew was professional, upbeat, and clearly enjoyed working for this company. By all measures, Excel Window Solutions is a top-notch organization. I strongly endorse this company and encourage others to choose Excel Windows. Im certain youll have a similar experience.

Excel showed up when they said they were going to and confirmed with me that i was satisfied.Had trouble with any other company returning my messages, Excel returned promptly and came right out to quote.

Their estimate was almost triple that of what I recieved from another window installer in town. Shop around people, this company will try and pull one over on you.

I purchased a house in April of 2014. As part of purchase agreement, seller had to fix a few windows on the house. Sellers relator paid Excel Window Solutions for the repairs. It took Excel Window Solutions almost a month to come out and repair the windows after closing date. They repaired 3 out of the 4 windows. In the process they broke one of the window nets on the bedroom window. They replaced the net, but the net keeps falling off every time a storm occurs. Now, when they came to repair the fourth window I was present to watch what they were doing. What I saw was just a disaster. The repair man took the window out, but had no idea how to put it back in. He kept slaming the corners of the window into the window frame, but the window was not going in. He angled and slammed it into multiple positions, but it did not work. In the process of slamming the window, he broke 3 of the balances within the window frame. When I asked him about it he said nothing and attemped to put the broken balances within the window frame. After numerous failiures of trying to put the window back in and fixing the balances, he reluctantly called his co-worker to help him. When they finally slammed and squeezed the window into the window frame, I saw that two of the broken balances were no longer inside the window. As a result, the window is not held up by anything, and the other window can not open because it is holding up the broken one and it has a broken balance as well. In the process of slamming the window inside the window frame, the seal around the glass that was replaced also broke. The glass started moving and it still does. I asked them about it and they said the glue has yet to settle. That was a lie, and seeing how things were wrong I also checked on the other window they worked on before and found they broke two balances in that window as well. That window is also not functional because I can not open and close it easily like before. In the end, I went from two perfeclty functional windows that had to have their glass replaced to two non-functional windows with glass half repaired. I contacted the office the same day while the workers were at my house about the issues they were having and that they broke my balances, but nothing was done about it. The workers said they would talk to their boss NICK, but when I called him he said it was not their fault and that they are not responsible. I told him that his employee was the one that broke them and that I saw him do it because he did not know how to put the window back in. I also told him I had picutres of the broken seal, but he just ignored me and blew me off. I later contacted my relator and she tried to get them to come out, but again they did not come out to see what their employees did. After a month of calls to them and calls to my relator the other boss CHIP contacted me and stated my windows have a warranty where the balances would be covered by it, so once I get them from Narandex they would come out to replace them. So, I called Narandex and got the balances, but when I called Excel Window Solutions no one could be reached. The office was not picking up nor their bosses. Finally, a few weeks ago I got in contact with CHIP to set up a time when they can fix the balances. But instead of setting up a time, he now wanted more money to replace the balances that his employees broke. I told him I was not going to pay him and he just told me he would call me back. It has been four months now that these windows should have been fixed. I have no ideas what to do anymore. Excel Windows Solutions were paid for the windows to be fixed,but instead they broke them even further. Now they want more money even after I got the repalcement parts. They have not held up their end of the contract once. They are no longer answering my calls. I have been forced to file a complaint with BBB
