Really DISAPPOINTED with this place for lying about their departure times. Laredo route to be specific. They make you wait at least 2 hours before your bus arrives and they don’t even bother to update you on the status. This is the second time it happened to me. Maybe the first time you know, things happen but the exact same thing happened again for the second time… Expected more from this place seriously. I recommend to consider a different bus line.

The place is old, in a bad looking neighborhood near downtown. The service is good. The busses are comfy, with individual screens for each seat, big space for legs and reclinables. Nice drivers.

Its my fist time traveling in a bus, I wasnt expecting much but good views and some old country american road. But well it was horrible, my seat was broken and they didnt had other seats available, the recliner wasnt working. my seat was the worst part of the trip it was at an angle, everytime the driver kind of slow down I would slide off the seat. The bus was full so I couldnt change to another seat. It little to say that I was disappointed. Im editing my review and adding stars because even tho the bus wasnt very good, all the people, the driver and the helpers were amazing.

The lady in the office is very unprofessional. I had a bus delay had to get off before my destination due to bad weather and the lady did not want to help me with my claim. She acted like i was teying to screw the company and acted rude & the manager was not there....Do NOT recommend this bus line. 2 thumbs down!

Omnibus is a step above all the competition. The drivers dont fall asleep at the wheel like they do on every trip with Tornado and Zima Real bus companies. Omnibus buses are new, clean, and comfortable. Another thing... Relax... They do not move money or drugs for the cartels so there is little chance your bus will be the target of a rival cartel attack.Omnibus does have Mexican federal agents that ride on every single trip, for your safety.

To many stops and the service needs to be improved, I could save a least 3 hours. They take to much time on every stop or changing buses. Maybe I think about it next time I use this service.

I took my uncle and cousin to the station for their trip. The tickets only says 2 bags per passenger and the website says 2 bags per at 50 lbs each. When we got to the station the guy tried to charge $25 extra per bag ($100), for being over the posted sign of 35lbs per bag. I told my uncle to not pay it, since the ticket only says 2 bags, and the site says 50 lbs each. But the guy pointed to a poster behind us on the wall that says 35 lbs. He got extremly rude and said pay it or leave it behind. I showed him the web site and ticket but he said no can do. Then he settled with my uncle, for $40 he would overlook the four bags being over 35lbs. He put the money in his pocket. No receipt amd no cash registers. I felt it was a fraud and that my uncle was being robbed. Will not recomend this bus line to anyone this in the future.

This time I had the best service ever. Starting from the lady selling the ticket the drivers very attentive. Thumbs up

The two times Ive riden using this company have been a million times better than the more than two dozen times Ive riden with Greyhound. The staff is friendly, the service is outstanding, and best of all its cheaper and they dont hit you with all sorts of BS service fees. If you dont mind the fact that they dont have as many buses as their main competitor, I recommend using this service than wasting your hard earned money with the leeching Greyhound.

This is Mexican buses!Bus, makes, drivers, Mexicans.The restrooms are never actually clean.In fact, the whole place has that grime oder.People are very nice, service is good, it just could use a good washing.Although Spanish is the norm, English is welcome.

Very nice people, and all time try to help you, the bus is all time clean and the drivers very nice and kind with the people.

The women that was attending me and my family was very rude and she wasn’t even paying attention to me when I tried to buy my tickets, she was the whole time in her phone, also she started to fight me and saying mean words to me and my family. She has long blonde hair. The manager should be paying attention to their employees because they’re not making a good job.

1hour delay

People are nice and helpful, rates are good for travel to and from México. Location could really use a little maintenance. Location right next to San Antonio downtown and nice hotels. Parking is a bit tricky but public parkings and parking meters right next to this location. Bring a few quarters if you are picking or dropping off.

Booking is easy and the prices are reasonable. The buses are spacious and comfy. Especially the VIP ones.

I have been taking Omnibus for two years from San Antonio to San Miguel de Allende. Cant beat the price nor the service. It is $25 for the second suitcase, not bad in this day and age. Drivers are professional and safe and they stop every couple of hours for restroom breaks. Only thing is they often have to ask passengers to change buses but that is how they keep the prices low. Most disgusting bus ever. They picked up my son in San Antonio to go to Garland, Tx. They just dropped off people in San Antonio and didnt bother to clean the bus. There was trash everywhere!!!

Terrible and disorganized. Rude attitude. Got extra $15 charge for extra suitcase. Bus was delay 30 minutes. Greyhound is better regardless of any price difference. Due to schedule, I took this awful line.

Ive been using there service as well as my family members. Way before they became omnibus they use to be Americanos back in the day.. Yes there are people experiencing different scenarios but they have there place clean. The bus that I recommend is VIP with them but its up to your expense. They at times do not answer but that hasnt happened recent they give you the time the bus will arrive but can be there sooner or a bit past its not the office fault but the international bridge, the traffic, or worse comes to worse if something else happens like the change in a bus or if the driver cant drive anymore. They do that to avoid the driver falling asleep or the bus has ran already too much and has to take it back or shift change. Overall never have had luggage lost, engine problems with them. Very on time a bit early but thats always great. We travel from san antonio to Monterry Mexico. The bridge is always a heavy waiting time not because of the bus but because of the bridge.

I go to Monterrey Nuevo Leon at least once a month because thats where my in-laws live. Hell no i wil not drive in Mexico, people there suck when it comes to driving .The only way to get there for me is the omni bus. Service here is usually cheap and pretty punctual with arrival and departure times.

The older lady with blonde hair, gets to rolling her eyes when asked a question about bus schedules etc, the really heavy set guys so rude! &so is the man that loads the luggage under the bus! Whos in charge at this place!? The staff is horrible please talk to these employees they make any ones trip a headache with their unprofessional customer service if you can even call those rude replys customer service

Wost bus service Ive ever used. On our way into Mexico the bus driver was very unprofessional,did not lift a finger to help with luggage,and while he drove he blasted his music. It was 7am and some people where trying to sleep.On our way back to texas the ac broke and they left us at a gas station for over 4 hours. Yes not one not 2 but 4hours, all while the bus driver kept telling us a new bus was on the way. Do not use this bus service they deserve 0 stars!!!!!

Got the bus from San Antonio to Laredo the bus was an hour late then it stop in Cotula to stop and eat at taco palenque for an hour. What a waste of time why did the bus stop for an hour if we only had one hour in the bus. Never again getting this bus line

Departures have been delayed until 2:30 at the headquarters. The driver asks for a tip of money and it is wrong, I think they are already paid well and there is no need for a tip.

Very bad service, they do not warn that the street is closed I had to walk three blocks to get to the office and it was closed the bus arrived almost an hour late and the driver made me a pex for not bringing my printed tickets, because I bought them in line tells me it is not the airport ah and it is the VIP service I do not want to know how is the regular.

Terrible service I have tried for 3 days to communicate and when they respond they put me on hold for 30 min. Then they hang up. They need more personnel and trained. As then they say whoever wants a store to attend it but ... to sell it. They make the price go up, with the staff they have.

Good prices, good service, attentive drivers and workers, the only bad thing is that they never answer the phone in case you need something and unfortunately they charged me 2 times for the same ticket bought online but as they never answer with who made the complaint. Anyway, just a suggestion buy your tickets at the box office so that this does not happen to you.
