Ordered laminate flooring online. Great selection and ordering was easy. They called the same day to confirm and let me know approximately how long it would take to get the order in store. Material showed up on time, they called me to tell me they had it, and even helped load it into my truck at pickup. No pressure or bugging me to buy anything else, yay. Great service! Happy with the product too.

If you are looking for flooring this is the place to go. Dont let the age of these guys scare you. Ive had my own business for many years and these young men are the kind of people I would want on my front line. They are not only knowledgeable, but also very patient. They have a wonderful selection and I was having a hard time making up my mind, but they didnt seem to mind. I was not rushed and there was no high pressure sales. If the guys that do the labor are this good, and I think they are we should be enjoying our new floor very soon . Thanks Brandon and Alex, Lumber Liquidators should be very proud of this store.

This will be my fist choice for all flooring in the future. The 2 young gentlemen at this store were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to us as we picked out the best flooring options for our needs. Pricing was competitive to the big box stores and the selection was great. Highly recommend!

The staff was so helpful. They helped me compare so many different aspects of the flooring choices that I hadnt even thought of. They sent me home with samples, checked the availability of the choices that I was considering so that I would know how soon I needed to make a final decision. They even said they would call to find out about integrating heated tile with Alexa or Google Home.

Have been there many times and the sales staff is very courteous ans patient with all of our flooring questions and needs, just installed 1300sqft of flooring and it looks and feels great!

Flooring was ordered by my parents June 8 and was not installed until august 28, Lumber Liquidaters ordered white quarter round when quite clearly the floor was stained as well as the trim, they ordered 4 boxes too many of flooring because the man asked to take measurements quite clearly couldnt handle the job and over-ordered and when asked to take it back and give my parents a refund they said no they dont do that, my Brother handled the return and got that amount taken off the bill. When the manager was told his business would be turned in to the BBB his response was go ahead I dont care. I believe there are companies who could have handled this job without all the drama and wasting time on installation. Zero stars would have been the ideal rating.
