We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and sky lite. I called Home Pride and worked with Diego. He met the insurance adjuster and they agreed that the repairs needed to be done. Diego scheduled the work and the repairs were done very quickly. The roofers were on time and completed all the repairs within just a few days. Diego kept in touch with me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. We were very pleased with his follow up and the repairs that were made. I would recommend Home Pride for repairs.

This is a great company to work with for your roofing needs. These guys are professional and process focused. Team arrived at 0600 on one of the hottest days this year. A team of at least 8 - 10 had the tarps, containers, materials, tools, and all required manpower ready to roll by 0630. They are fast, diligent, and thorough. They cycle their breaks to keep the work moving continuously. The team was off the roof and conducting a thorough clean up by 2:30 pm. Thus far to date, I have only found 7 nails and maybe 5 plastic washers. The quality of work met my expectations as does their sales and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone that requires roofing replacement services. My project managers name is Don Zurcher. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him.

We used Home Pride for roof storm damage. They were able to come out for an emergency call which was great. Follow up communication wasnt great but they got the job done at a reasonable price. We even recommended them to neighbors who had work done. Fast forward to recent storm, more damage. This time just fascia trim. So we called Home Pride. Again, communication not great. This time the quote to replace two pieces of trim was higher than their charge to replace an entire ridge vent! So much for customer loyalty. Clearly a we dont want your job quote.TLDR; your experience is going to greatly depend on which roofer/crew ends up handing your job.

Very professional on the job, they listened to what I had to say and performed the work very skillfully. The color matching with my old soffit was spot on. If I every need to repair or replace my gutters in the future they will be the first ones I will call. Pricing was very good also, right in the ballpark with other estimates that I received.A very happy home owner!

What ever happened to customer service? Seems like every contractor I call anymore either wont respond or they come over and say theyll get back to me. Never happens. Same here. They came out to look at 2 skylights I wanted replaced. Said they would do some research and get back with me. Never heard from them again. I chose them because I thought they were a reputable company. But so much for that.

We haven’t used yet, but talked to Hunter. great service. look forward to having them do the work soon.

We had all those replaced along with a couple things not related to the hail damage/insurance claim. Michelle and Traylee were thorough and professional as they quoted the work to repair my roof after a hail storm. Tray took over the account from there and worked with the insurance assessor to address all the issues that they had found. It was a tricky job, with a mixture of steep slopes to the roof and a rubber flat roof over the garage. All the work looks great and the upgraded materials will add to the longevity of the roof. All the staff that I interacted with, like Kat and Diego, were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Tray did a great job working through this project in the challenging 2020 we’ve had so far. Great work and I would recommend that you give this company a try.

Nick Cessna isnt professional at all. Scratch my brand new car on my hood where he thought was the best place to go over the shingle colors. Then when job was done broke my Christmas decoration. Good luck getting any answers. They tell you that youll pay this then after work is done and they want payment its way more. Then when you wait for insurance money and they will send a letter out to threathen to put a lein on your house. Nobody in the office can ever tell you any billing. So the only person who can is your contractor. Nic always was sick out of the office so it was horrible experience. So we just ended up paying them even though it was more than we were told and also they throw interest charges on the bill if your insurance doesnt pay you on time. Overall horrible experience. After Matt Ryan manager of home pride called and begged to have us change our review and told us he would make sure my in laws job was done and completed all the way i would change it however still the job is not complete and lots of noy communication was given to my in laws. The work is not complete and Matt Ryan was supposed to make sure it was complete and done right and that was a lie.

I had hail damage to my home and due to winter and scheduling it took a little longer to get completed, but Kat Palmer maintained contact and reached out to provide scheduling updates on a regular basis. As the repairs were done if I ever had a question Kat was a phone call away or Matt Ryan would be pulled in for more detailed issues.I am very pleased with the work they have done and would not hesitate to use them for future repairs. This is my 3rd roof repair from hail over the years, and the team at Home Pride provided the best experience by far.

We recently had work done on the wood soffits around the exterior of my home. The wood was nearly 100 years old and rotting in many areas. Home Pride did a very nice job of restoring the soffits. The work they did was quick and efficient, and we are very pleased with the final result. We worked specifically with Tray, and I would definitely consider contacting him for any exterior home repairs.

Duane was great. Helpful, efficient, and honest. We had him look at both our properties; he told us the roofs were in solid shape, and gave us some pointers to get even more life out of them so we didnt have to replace them in the near future. I left our inspections feeling confident in the structural integrity of our homes, and grateful we didnt need to file a claim with our insurance. Well definitely be calling them again if we ever have any concerns.

Kalub Kunik did a great job for us!

We had a problem with an ice dam forming in the late winter of 2019. Gave Homepride a call to come inspect the situation. Oscar and his crew showed up in a timely manner(same day!)and gave us a thorough evaluation and some tips on how to further prevent these from occurring. Recommended adding some further ice and water shield to the roof sheathing in that specific spot, should it occur again. Completed the job quickly after scheduling and I have followed his advice for heavy snowfall and its been good since! Thank you guys!

They work seamlessly with my insurance company when we remove the original roof and found some unforeseen problems underneath. I want to recognize the integrity and honest evaluation we were given by Duane Tiller of Home Pride Contractors. We called to have an assessment done for hail damage and Duane came out, did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain his findings before he left. He even took the time to send some photos of his evaluation and spent a good half-hour plus reviewing those findings and providing recommendations this morning on the phone. This level of customer service is almost unheard of in todays fast-paced world -- this company and Duane in particular just plain get it.Bottom-Line ---- Home Pride Contractors will be getting our business in the future when the damage does warrant a roof replacement because they value their customers -- even if they are future customers like us.Thanks!

I was very impressed with the quick response I received today.. Tammy was friendly & helpful when I called about an issue, and Oscar was at my house within a few hours to complete the repair.(with a smile!!)

My home had damage from the Memorial Day storm and I was putting it on the market the next week to be sold, so I needed lots of work done in a short amount of time. Matt did the estimate and was my primary contact from start to finish. I could not have had a better experience. We communicated daily to ensure I was satisfied with the plans and timeline. He provided options and also worked with my insurance company. When my home sold, they put the warranty under the new homeowners names, which they really appreciated.High integrity company and staff, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof, siding, or gutters replaced or repaired.

Today Duane Tiller came to my house to inspect my roof for hail damage. Home Pride was the 3rd of 3 local companies I called. One supposedly reputable one said I should make a claim. Duane said my roof was still in good shape. I applaud him for being honest with me and saving me the hassle of dealing with the adjuster, etc. In addition, he pointed out some minor issues that should be taken care of. It’s not often these days to see this genuine, honest assessment when many companies are just out to make a buck.

Jason has made everything so easy and stress free from my storm damage. He helped me with my insurance and met my adjuster out here and has come over several times to keep me up-to-date and help me pick out the proper shingles and gutters Etc. So far my roof has been put on and the crew that came out was friendly, professional, courteous and they were working hard the entire time they were here. Highly recommend.

I have used them for home and work for 15years . They have done excellent work. My roof at home was done 15 years ago so fast I was surprised, done on second day mostly done on the first day. At work we had damage to a gutter called and they said no need to estimate they would just fix it and bill us. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced with great service. Now I am calling them again do to hail.

I had them do some siding work on our home in Dundee and whilst some of it was well done, the replacement stucco solution they implemented didnt look similar to what it was replacing. After a few communication problems, to their credit - they resolved it to the point that we were happy. The owner Michelle was very professional in fixing the situation. I would just suggest as with any contractor project, you use photos / images of what you want the finished result to look like and document so everyone is on the same page before they start.

I had HomePride out to check for possible hail damage to my roof. Luckily there was no problem with it but there were a few other issues.
