By far the best service I ever had... I mean by the time I drop car off.. It was ready to pick... I spoke with a work 2 min after opening and said bring it in.. Broke the back hatch window while moving. In literally just a couple hours they got a hold of a window, put it in and made a lifetime buddy out of me. Other company wanted the total just to put it in. So value, Brad was stand-up professional, absolutely fast and accurate service. Quality glass and advised what to do the following days. Had an awesome experience here. Picked this place because of good reviews and proximity. We were panicking about the price as we busted a window right before a road trip and these guys squeezed us in, had amazing prices and were very kind. As stressed as I was the environment was calm and yet they worked fast even with short notice. Side note: I am a plant enthusiast and had a great conversation with the guys working about their beautiful plants in the front window that they take care of themselves which turned my day around.

This was my first time replacing my windshield and it was an amazing experience. The price is unbeatable compared to other places, the staff is very responsible, polite, attentive and honest. The replacement took only 45 minutes and the job was perfect. The staff keeps in touch if any changes arises and they work the best way depending on your schedule. Customer service here was excellent and the price was great. service only took about 90 min for replacement of a rear window in a pickup truck. only reason this review is not 5 stars is they broke the old window while getting it out and left the pieces of glass everywhere in the bed of the truck, and in the interior (some on the seats where I was sitting). despite that, the guy running the place seems like a really nice guy and seems to genuinely care about his customers for the most part.

I called and set up an appointment to have the windshield replaced on my truck. They were courteous and answered all my questions and had the best price of the three that I called. I arrived on time and they pulled it into their shop and got to work on it immediately while I waited (I live about 90 miles from Omaha). In an hour I was back on my way with a new windshield. They have the best price, best service and their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.

They were able to get me in Saturday AM since I work during their business hours. They finished replacement under an hour and I am happy with the results! Best place in town hands down

I had to replace a window in my car that they do not make new anymore. Other glass companies either said they couldnt help saying they do not search for used parts, or they charged me up the a** for finding the window on a junk car, taking it off one car and putting it on mine. 123 Glass was so great. They pulled the window from Upullit across the street and put it on my car in under an hour for a very, very reasonable price. I am so grateful for them! Never go anywhere else for glass needs!

I was able to get an appointment when I needed, they were very friendly and were able to match the best price.

My appointment went great, I asked if theyd be done by a certain time and they were, also they were very nice and accommodating. The waiting area came in handy as I couldnt leave while they replaced the windshield, it only took an hour anyway. I would definitely go back!

Fast and great work! Needed my entire windshield replaced on my 2014 Mazda cx9 with rain sensor (automatic wipers) and they were able to do it in an hour and a half while I waited. Excellent price for outstanding service. New glass is so clear it looks invisible! Glass looks perfectly aligned and my auto dimming mirror was replaced perfectly. This is just the place to take your car for glass repair, dont waste your time with other companies. Will be recommending to others!

I had called around to get some prices on fixing my back window of my car and found that this company offered the best deal so I went with them. They were friendly, on time, and even fixed a plastic part that had broken off and I really appreciated that b/c we hadnt talked about fixing that piece when I called. So overall it was a great experience and I will defiantly come back.

Great customer service. I called for a quote several days before my appointment and there were no hidden surprises after the work was done. The work they did was top notch and very fast. I was told it could take 1.5-2 hours to complete the work but I could sit in their waiting room (flat screen TV, free WIFI, etc,). I decided to wait there while they installed my windshield. Less than an hour later I had paid and was out the door! I will always use these guys.

I recently had the windshield of my 2005 Honda CR-V replaced by 123 Glass Company. They did an outstanding job, replacing my broken windshield with a high quality OEM windshield using excellent craftsmanship and thorough attention to detail! They even have a large window between their waiting area and shop, so I was able to watch the work being done. They also took the time to answer a number of questions I had prior to the install. I called around to several shops prior to having this work done, and I thought 123 Glass offered the best overall value - quality work at a reasonable price. Ill recommend them without reservation to anyone I know who needs auto glass work done, and Ill definitely use them for any future glass work I need done.

Had a car window broken out on Friday night, knew most places closed early on Saturdays, called them a little after noon (their closing time) and they stayed to fix the window for me. Less than an hour and half later, I was on the road again. AWESOME service, best price in town, couldnt have asked for more based on how quick of a turn-around I got for having an inconvenient act of vandalism fixed.

I visited a few different auto glass specialists in Omaha when my back window was broken out last week. The guys at 123 Glass were very humble and hospitable helping me get it replaced. I had a lot of bad experiences around town shopping for a good deal, a lot of the places I ended up not going with left me with a feeling of uncertainty, and they were dirty and unkempt. The price 123 quoted me was the best in town, and they actually offered OEM which was very important to me. They have a rock chip special that I took advantage of to repair my windshield that had a few small rock chips, which are now practically invisible. Im a huge Huskers fan, so, it was nice to see that they have another section called Husker Mirrors and More. I would recommend 123 Glass to anyone, and they will continue to have my business because they treated me fairly and with respect. Thank you guys.
